It is very sad that LEGO won't make stands for spaceships and other. I bought stand for Galaxy Explorer. There are companies who sell different stands. ETSY.COM for example. I think the quality of LEGO has gone super high. I bough CITY/Space sets (2022). Then CITY/Exploration sets (2023). Now I will buy all CITY/Space sets (2024). BUT what is even more surprising - I somehow like this prison island theme. Prison, hideout and even that command vehicle. There is a little bit of MOVIE feeling. And if I could afford... that modular building, detective office could go well along these sets. BUT Space is the thing in 2024. Somehow when you look / read reviews of these sets. They are all VERY WELL taught true. Even the smallest sets like mech from Aliens. AND what is even more exciting is that it is not all about war. There is so much LORE in it. And it continues from (2022). It is the same faction. They have developed a lot. If you look even the LOGO and spaceship in that logo. It is the Interstellar spaceship.

Hello, does anyone know where in earth I could by this set?

Indiana Jones 2023 - Rumors & Discussion
legoturtle replied to Pulp Detective's topic in LEGO Licensed
If Indy theme is dead, we don't have an adventure theme. I have a strategy for 2024. Orient Express (Pippin Reed), Natural History Museum (Doctor Kilroy), then CMF series... Johnny Thunder, Hercule Poirot, kid for the train station ja Cobra guy for pyramid. MAYBE after indy comes Johnny. -
Indiana Jones 2023 - Rumors & Discussion
legoturtle replied to Pulp Detective's topic in LEGO Licensed
We are now talking about INDIANA JONES ... which you can compare franchise like: - Star Wars - James Bond 007 - Jurassic Park AND Indy 5 is doing fine with 4K discs and for example Apple TV digital movies (rent/buy). There is also a game coming from studio who made Wolfenstein (Nazis). If there is a movie, Indy 5... why there are no sets from the movie? We have sets from 4 indy movies... but not from this newest. MAYBE lego did not have information about the movie. That why they started to make 4 sets from indy 1,2,3 ... -

1 thing I just have to ask... WHY we did not get any sets from Indy 5? When Indy 4 game, there were sets from that movie. -

Happy NEW year 2024! It took only about 9 hours and first buy. I try to get Natural History Museum (Dr. Kilroy) and Orient Express (Pippin Reed) this year. AND then I put them next to this Johnny Thunder. ADVENTURERS is back 2024. MAYBE...- 226 replies

Indiana Jones 2023 - Rumors & Discussion
legoturtle replied to Pulp Detective's topic in LEGO Licensed
Well it is 2024... This year I try to get adventure sets: Orient Express (train) and Natural History Museum (base). BOTH are adventure sets even with adventurer minifigures (1 per / set). So this is sad but there will come something good out from this I hope. Also "Space subtheme" is amazing thing. CITY and Technic line-up... and then there is a rumour about spaceship like Galaxy Explorer. THE END -

Hey, could this be a NEW adventure theme? Detective adventurer... https://ideas.lego.com/projects/52f44609-e275-4694-a69e-5578a68eeb2d or maybe Sherlock Holmes? https://ideas.lego.com/projects/29291cf7-9141-4dfb-9628-37c6ce5e59e7 (I am a bit sad that we did not get Hercule Poirot in that Orient Express adventure train)- 226 replies

Indiana Jones 2023 - Rumors & Discussion
legoturtle replied to Pulp Detective's topic in LEGO Licensed
While LEGO product cancellations are relatively common, this example is unusual because this set was exhibited at Nuremberg Toy Fair and images have leaked online. -
Well thank you. I have tried improve Lost Temple and all 3 Indiana Jones sets. PROBLEM is that I am never satisfied my own MOC's. Somehow I think LEGO has real artist. They know best shapes and colours. But it is true... practise makes "perfect". Happy NEW YEAR whole forum! <3

I think you are super talented. You could maybe sell instructions in Rebrickable. Your style is very unique. That robot for example gives a lot for that collection / faction / story. (me for example, I am just a simple collector, I do not have a talent make anything my own).

Very NICE... could you build those 2024? and share images....

Indiana Jones 2023 - Rumors & Discussion

By MarcusDewaine in United States, 13 Mar 2023 I'm a marketer and often work with our internal PR department and I am getting VERY tired of these companies and businesses giving half-assed, non-specific answers. They try and sweep things under the rug and hope everyone forgets the issue, with hopes of protecting their brand image. But IMO, treating your customer base like children and giving non-answers is so much worse than actually providing a response. -------------------------------------- (it might be that we get this set later and others. maybe TLG wants to see how people react these sets). https://brickset.com/article/92777/why-has-77014-the-temple-of-doom-been-cancelled -
Guys, if you are making MOC's from these Space sets - PLEASE put some images here. Today is a start of an amazing LEGO year 2024. I believe if these sets are popular - we will see an OWN space theme. January 2024 GWP is also Space related, but very small (Artemis) probably.

Well, I bought (2023) LEGO CITY/Explorers -subtheme sets. (5) sets. I think they are all very well made. Together amazing selection. MAYBE Jungle could continue from there. Animals were perfect and there were so many of them. Even the Killer Whale which eats even big seals...

I hope we get Jungle in 2024.
