If you look how much space sets lego makes? A lot... Space 2011, 2015, 2019, 2022 ... and now 2024. AND that is only CITY/subthemes. This faction has evolved. We can say they started 2011. They have evolved also in different themes like Friends.

Did it say LEGO is still going to make this Temple of Doom set? OR did I hear wrong... ... ok subtitles helps... hmm... so did they make that set BUT then they won't release it. Or did it stay in prototype phase? I think we could send email for LEGO and ask about this. What happened?

Yes, and there is also an admiral... is see that they have done great research from Riddley Scott and Christopher Nolan movies like... Alien franchise, The Martian, Interstellar for example. That Admiral is straight from Prometheus! (BIG sci-fi movie fan here) Also about that energy... Purple plants, Violet crystals, combination of both and also super crystal which gives POWER of whole planetary BASE. In Friends Space set they are in Mars BUT that planet is further away. Interstellar spaceship is useful. We have 3 colours with 3 groups... and the Admiral on top of them. And let's not forget how many droids / robots there are in total. This will be 1 of the most popular factions of all time. They are related (2022) sets which I own... If LEGO continues this... think about the size of this faction in 5-6 years. We are talking about 50-100 sets...

LEGO won't make own Castle or Pirates theme... reason... WAR? BUT same time they make LOTR & Hobbit and Pirates of the Caribbean... with SPACE... we have Star Wars... but what about own space theme which is not all about war. BUT also research, new energy sources, mining and travelling in space...

We get more and more: Castle, Pirates and Space sets... I did not mean that. I tried to say that 90th anniversary sets / that year is quite unique. Do we get a spaceship that same quality like Galaxy Explorer... if so - then it will take time. 2024 is the year of Space subtheme and if it is popular I truly believe we will get OWN Space theme. (sci-fi theme, not classic NASA Space theme.)

Don't get me wrong. We got 90th ANNIVERSARY set. Other was Galaxy Explorer and the other Lion Knights' Castle. THEN we got 2 GWP's Blactron Cruiser and Forrest Hideout. Ok! If you think those 4 set as an own thing. 90 years of LEGO thing - then that so called "Black Spaceship" could delay, be even CANCELLED! Which theme it is? Which subtheme it is? Is it the Moments set? What is Moments? Don't get me wrong - I really hope we get space sets as many as possible. LEGO puts 100 % Space subtheme in 2024. That means also that this Black Spaceship won't get that much resources. Also I really hope it is not a Blacktron 1 ship because that colour scheme of the faction is not good. It is the colours of German flag. Very UGLY colour scheme. (Germans are amazing, their flag should be changed). Blacktron 2 is my favourite faction BUT this new (2022) and now (2024) is probably even greater.

Well, I would say we WONT get: Castle, Pirates, Western as a OWN theme. BUT there is big possibility to get OWN Space theme. Difference is night and day if we speak about SPACE. I would say that problem is Star Wars. Space could be super popular in the long run. Even bigger / more popular than SW.

YES! That is the image I was looking for. . . . . . Well don't be angry BUT it is highly possible that we won't see so called "black spaceship" this year. LEGO tries to look in the future - AND it very much seems that LEGO CITY/Space is the thing. City subtheme are a very high level. - Space - Exploration (Arctic, Deep Sea, Jungle) - Police (lego C.S.I. + Alcatraz in 2024) It might be that LEGO CITY/Space subtheme is our SPACE now and in the future. Good thing is that it is very high quality like other City subthemes above. BUT it is not own Space theme. And that might be because of Star Wars.

yes, and 1 think which is important for me is that the designer is there also (window cleaner). then designer has some power and this actually is Doctor Kilroy's museum - where he has his own work room... where he writes a book from his adventures (in Adventurers). he is old now. then there is even a story where this DOG is involved. 5/5 set.

Here in Finland starting price is 86 €... if you wait a little bit it goes down -20 % and the if wait more -40 % ... then it is a dream deal! I will buy 10-20 set 8.1.2024 when these new sets arrive. They haven't arrived yet... next Monday :/ BUT there is outside -25 celsius, COLD!

I have that Shark because I have whole CITY/Exploration subtheme (2023). It is perfect big dangerous shark. - We have Sean Connery as Professor Henry Jones Senior... (I have also all those Indy sets) ... so you could use that head BUT is it that same character from The Rock... looks like a biker for me (Hells Angels). - That woman with pink hair is a hacker. - Woman with black short hair could be from Indiana Jones Kingdom of Crystal Skull. (from Ukraine but in Soviet army). - That guy? We have to look history... do you know the story about Alcatraz - there are famous prisoners who have escaped from there, even in near history.

Bricklink Price super LOW about 4-5 €. BUT... the thing is that we need to buy all SPACE sets this year from all themes. That is a lot of money. IF we can manage this we will get 99 % -> OWN SPACE THEME, launching between 2025-26.....

ok, then I won't put stickers. I try to make wall with bricks which look like a tile... I have that same dark orange bricks. This might sound weird BUT I try to combine Prison Island and Lion Knight's Castel... LEGOtraz... prison island in the middle of sea, rocks and old castle like prison complex. If DC makes amazing CARTOON like figures... I would not mind to send there even most famous super criminals... lets see.

1 polybag is 1 polybag. 2 is 2 and so on + all the other sets... 2024 will be the most expensive lego year for me... - Orient Express - Natural History Museum - all Space sets - all space tecnic sets - lego city police sets look nice (C.S.I. & Alcatraz) - Space CMF - black spaceship and there comes always suprises... CITY/Jungle an so on...

Yes! AND also in 1 of the sets they find SUPER crystal which gives energy for whole planetary BASE. Then we have violet crystal energy. Purple plant energy. BUT also mix of plants and crystals. And then this super crystal.

Well, I think CITY/space and CITY/police sets (2024) are something very special. I don't understand what has happened. ALL of them are very well thought. You probably won't see this from images BUT when you start to read reviews and watch review videos like a bow - you have to be honest. We will have a ver special year 2024. What ever happened in LEGO, I do not know - but the quality of these sets and how much there are small little things in every sets. Mind blowing stuff! ... Prises here Finland are super low also. For example Interstellar spaceship is 18 euros and that space station 85 euros. Those will even come down when sales start. -20 % even -40 %.

It is very sad that LEGO won't make stands for spaceships and other. I bought stand for Galaxy Explorer. There are companies who sell different stands. ETSY.COM for example. I think the quality of LEGO has gone super high. I bough CITY/Space sets (2022). Then CITY/Exploration sets (2023). Now I will buy all CITY/Space sets (2024). BUT what is even more surprising - I somehow like this prison island theme. Prison, hideout and even that command vehicle. There is a little bit of MOVIE feeling. And if I could afford... that modular building, detective office could go well along these sets. BUT Space is the thing in 2024. Somehow when you look / read reviews of these sets. They are all VERY WELL taught true. Even the smallest sets like mech from Aliens. AND what is even more exciting is that it is not all about war. There is so much LORE in it. And it continues from (2022). It is the same faction. They have developed a lot. If you look even the LOGO and spaceship in that logo. It is the Interstellar spaceship.
