Um, yes, well, about that... Do you know how much we have to pay the blood funeral director each time we open the crypt to bury another Lord? Millions! Those bloody stones that the coffins are carved from must be made of bloody gold! Why do I keep saying bloody! Bloody Hell!! Yes, you have a fair point. I'm a little disappointed in those people who are to lazy to even post; why sign up if your not going to play? It will of course be up to you guys to decide who to vote for, but as promised, Majiko will start dropping hints if they continue to neglect their commitment. Who me? Yes you. Couldn't be! Oh shut up! Well, I tell you all this, so listen closely. Lady Suzanne, wife to Lord Ash, is known to you as AgentRick57. Somewhere in this keep he hides, and somewhere in this keep he will die if he doesn't post soon. The one you call Flatfoot Thompson is in fact the young squire Daniel. Be warned you non-posters, that I will be forced to use my wizardly powers to call forth weird and wacky notes describing your roles if you do not post! Fear me!!! :skull: *thunder is heard in the distance and creepy organ music is played throughout* That might have been a tad over the top. Yeah, but it was fun.

Thanks for the awesome find! This is an amazing set, and a must have on my list. Does anyone have any idea of a release date? I haven't read through all the replies sorry, but if anyone knows then please tell! The owner of my local Toyworld (also a mate) told me last week that he would be getting in a couple of "Death Stars" in late July, but I assume he was referring to the UCS set Death Star II rather than this one. He better not have been meaning this one, because I told him I didn't want one! I just don't want a useless grey blob, but I am very keen on this one, far more interesting! (as a point of note, I also turned down the DS II because I was already committing myself t more Lego than I could afford. ). I look forward to hearing more news!

Edit... Edit. Edit? Edit! Edit!!! EDIT!!!! Ahahahahaha!!!!!!! Well I don't know who that was, but I want him flogged, his screaming is annoying me. Although he does have a good point, please do not edit posts, even for the most innocent reasons. It means that in future people could interpret it as you trying to hide something. Now, back to my stones game, Ragnir seems to be beating me again, or at least so he thinks... EDIT: Oh yes, and one more thing... Nah I'm just kidding, I just wanted to edit my post so I could rub it in your faces. I have the power!

Another great MOC Batbrick! This is very nice, and has a very good overall look to it. I think my favourite part is how successful you were in the placement of the upper branches; no matter how hard I try, brick built trees just seem to be behond me. So I think you have done a great job on pulling off a really authentic effect. One thing I don't get is why the seaweed can be pointing upwards like that above the water level. It just looks slightly weird to me, but it isn't anything major. I didn't know seaweed was found in rivers, hence the sea bit. The treasure chest at the back is a nice touch, and so are the other little details like the spider web, crates and monkey. They all give this MOC another interesting thing to look at. The shape of the main building fits in nicely with the tree and doesn't scream 'sentry!' to much, which is good, as he probably doesn't really want to be spotted. Oooh, but look at that amazing temple, where have I seen that before? Gimme gimme gimme! Overall, another nice work, well done!

Ah yes, that was me (Majiko), I was in a rush and didn't check for spelling mistakes or colours, sorry. Hang on, twist other people's words all you like, but mine will stay as said! I said nothing of the kind! I don't think. I can never really remember anything that happened more than a couple of minutes ago. But I'm sure it was a weird note written by some person called Lady Dolores. Ah yes, Rotrigous, you are right in assuming that most of the lords are the king's children. Lord Dragonator isn't, but I wont bother trying to explain where he's from. The other Lords are all either children or other family. Sorry if this has caused any confusion. Current votes are: Atoll Dweller (Calvin the Fisherman): 2

What? Why do I always end up getting the blame? It wasn't me writing the notes, it was all Hinckley, and then his Lordship the mighty Lord Dragonator decided to have a little fun as well. Don't mind them, they were just playing. As for the rest of this, are you trying to blackmail me? I, the mightiest wizard ever to be born (apart from one or two others, but they're not here, so what does it matter ), am being blackmailed my a mere servant? Well I'll tell you know that I will not be forced into revealing anything about those people who seem to be wandering aimlessly and not saying anything. There! Hahaha, once again Majiko wins! I thought I already told you who Fred is? You see, you are like a small child, complaining before you have even listened. I will not simple state things outright; a lot of what I say will be subtle hints and clues. It is for you to decide who is who. Much of what I have said appears to have gone right over your heads so far, I really don't know why I bother talking at all! Oh, hang on, I just found this note: Hmmm, your right, these notes should definitely be taken seriously, the writter has some great stuff to share!

Hmmm, I wonder who that fifth member might be... (Hint hint  ) Don't stare at me, it's just a suggestion. I might be more suited than you first think. There have been some... hints in my recent posts as to the true nature of Lord Dragonator. He is a character shrouded in mystery... But really, what do you all think? Perhaps someone else... I don't know, I'm pulling at straws here!

CONTEST: Design your own Indy Movie! DISCUSSION
Dragonator replied to Siegfried's topic in LEGO Licensed
I just decided to delve into the theatre forum to say well done Batbrick! Your entry is stunning, and I love the detail in your story. I have already commented on the MOC itself, but with the story to put it into context, I just needed to tell you once again how great it is! The plot is well crafted and intricate, with some nice twists worthy of a true movie. This is the sort of thing I could see as being a real Indy movie. The characters are great and the artifact fits in well with your generic Indy plot. Fantastic job, your a winner in my book! -
Orellana's Cradle (Light-Up Crystal Skull ~ Possible Spoilers)
Dragonator replied to SirNadroj's topic in LEGO Licensed
Did you buy an extra sticker sheet specially for this vig? I love it! It has a very spooky atmosphere, and shows off another great use of those amazing lifelites! I have got to get me some of those! Tell me, what type did you get, the basic, the advanced, of the PF compatible? If you got an advanced/PF, did you get type A, B, or C? I'm interested to know. The conquistador looks really neat, just like in the movie. You know you really do have a great talent for building movie scenes. You probably here that a lot, but I really do love your work; you are an endless source of inspiration. The different head for Indy id nice too, a good change from the usually used TLC version. Also, another question, how do you do your lighting? Do you have a set-up like Hickley with foamcore and three lamps etc? Or do you use natural light? Obviously for this one you didn't use natural light, but I am interested in this as well, as I would like to try setting up my own photography set-up, and you seem to be very successful at it. Keep them coming Sir! -
This is a neat little vig LuxorV, I like how you have portrayed the miniature town. The lighting effects are great as well! An interesting use of pieces for the staff, yet they give give the idea of the staff very well, so no complaints here! Now I need to get on and build something for Indy month...

Don't be sorry, as I said, I don't mind since I haven't yet actually told you about the army set-up. I look forward to your battle scene. Will cross with my storyline, or is it going to be elsewhere? It would be good to know so that I don't type anything that will conflict with your battle.
-
Well don't tell me, I don't care, go tell those people inside. Can't you see I'm busy? Now Dragonator, don't get angry with the pesky human guards, they're only doing their job. Yes, but I'm in the middle of a very important game, and don't want to be disturbed. Fred, go tell someone that cares, like Majiko. You meany, just because your losing. Shut it Ragnir! Mmmm... Oh you know I didn't mean it. Look you've almost one already. That makes up for my win last week. Yes, I guess so. A tie-breaker? Why not? Lord Dragonator and Ragnir happily set up the board again, leaving Fred the soldier to wander back into the Grand Hall to make his report.
-
Are you sure you typed that in the correct thread? We'll see, I'm starting to get very scared by all these notes. Somebodies watching me! I'm going to go play stones with Ragnir, I need to clear my head.
-
Yes I could do that sometime, although it would take a while. I'll get on to it eventually.
-
I know. What's that invisible kumquat? No, I didn't realize my name was an acronym for rivals... ... Shut up invisible kumquat. *fart* I knew I shouldn't have got him started, now that foul smell is back... Man, I feel sorry for you my Lord, being called such a thing by a random note. I would hate to get stuck with that! Let me at him! He'll learn the hard way for that! I didn't mean it my Lord! Why don't we just burn the note and forget it ever existed? Nobody would ever have to know... Good idea, and I'll burn this other one two : These notes are really starting to stir up trouble aren't they? Yeah, I think you should stop. Me? He started it! Why don't you go for a walk in the gardens, it would do you good. Yeah, I'll go talk to Ragnir, at least a dragon would have something decent to say. We might even have time to play a game of stones! I love that game.

Right, I have finally made my next post, sorry for the delay. It explains what has happened up to the present point. I hope I didn't miss anything out... Inertia, it's great to see that you are eager to be involved in my storyline, thanks for joining up. In future could you please be very careful about making up things that are related to another persons faction, just make sure you wont be contradicting any already established principals such as army groups, etc. Your new character looks like he will fit in fine though, so thanks. I know I haven't really defined the way the Dragon Masters Kingdom Army is organised, as I didn't think anyone else would be dealing with it, however if it is necessary then I would be willing to work on writing out what the squadrons and ranks are. The kingdom is a very complex place, which is why I have only been posting information directly relevant to what is happening. If you wanted me to go into details about all the cities, histories, terrain, various noble houses, political situations etc, then it would take me years! Perhaps I could make it a project to work on however, a bit like what WhiteFang is doing for the Black Knights. You see, the Dragon Knights are much more than what TLC has portrayed them as. They have a huge, rich history, reaching back further than any other kingdom, back to a time when the lands were ruled by dragons and cities that humans could never even dream of were built, destroyed, re-built, and so on. I better stop now before I start writing "The History of the Dragon Masters Kingdom". I'll leave that to Cyprox (if any of you even remember who he is... ).

This is getting weird... (OOC: That was so unexpected I just snorted Ginger Beer. Not good at all! And yes, it is the Australian variety, and has nothing to do with fornication...) Lord Savril, great to see you with us! Could you do an old wizard a kind favour and get me some food off that big table over there? Oh, I just found a note too: Hmmm, that's funny, who could possibly have said that? Now now my Lord, be nice, I'm sure he didn't mean to offend your rules. Oh really? No, but you shouldn't joke about these things, that's bad taste! Who said I'm joking?

(OOC: Sorry to keep you waiting, I've been a little busy recently what with the Mystery castle and all. ) L8 On the Royal Highway heading North Dragonator sat astride a glossy black stallion brought out from the stables in the Castle of Dromindur. The last few days had gone by like a blur to him, and so in this time of riding he was thinking back on the events. The day of the battle was still clear in his mind. It had finished as abruptly as it had started. A few of the enemy, including the general, were taken prisoner, and the dragon knights were left to celebrate through the night. Lord Calvin had left late that night on his important mission; Lord Dragonator hoped all was going well with that. He could not sense any sort of trouble but still... it was better to be cautious than to be over-confident. The day after the battle they had set out back for the keep. The dwarfs decided to come with them, and they were given the task of guarding the prisoners. A small squadron of spearmen under the command of Lee of the Black Knights also stayed behind. As well as this, an old friend, Drayn, a migrus dragon born in the west, had arrived with his rider Thaddius. Dragonator was thrilled to see his old friend, and a dragon to talk with, as he had now figured that his channel to Ragnir had been blocked by some sort of evil magic. Also accompanying Drayn were two othe Migrus dragons, who Dragonator soon became friends with. I t was good to see that a few of the old Air Marshal squadrons were still active, considering most had been disbanded and dragons were now very rarely seen. But this was what he was fighting for. Dragons would once again be restored to their rightful place in this world, hopefully before it was to late. Not far out of the city the small army encountered the weapons carts that the citizens had abandoned in their panic. Luckily thanks to the trusting nature of the citizens of the Kingdom, nothing had been touched or stolen. From this it was clear that unlike in most other kingdoms, the people of the Dragon Masters were still honourable and loyal and would not stoop to stealing from their army. Not yet at least. Now the army was only a few days from the capital, and Lord Dragonator was almost ready to confront Lord Scorpia. But something did not seem right. Even with the backing of Ankoria, Scorpia would never have dared defy him. Something sinister was afoot, and Lord Dragonator feared that he already knew what it was...
-
You know I wish people would stop calling me Lord Dragonator, we don't look anything like each other! I am only a mere human wizard, serving this keep.
-
There dear fisherman, you need to learn to catch men not fish. The general has already made it clear who he is.

After all the trouble I went to? Ah well. Now the votes are: None The doctor has spoken in today's thread lad, you just weren't listening. Cheers for that Shadows, I'll go back and update it in the first post. The things I do for you people... Talking of name changes, perhaps just to confuse everyone we should change all our names. We could have our usernames changed to our character names! Let's get an Admin onto it right now! But wait, my name would still be the same... Except for the capital D. You know I really can't figure out why I didn't use a capital, names usually do start with one... Just ignore me, I'm simply waffling like only an insanely clever maniac can... (not to mention a homicidal genocidal one at that! ). Stop staring at me. You heard his Lordship, stop staring, and get back to your discussion! You know I get really sick of people who post talk about off-topic things. *the add-break ends and the show comes back on with lots of dramatic music only seen in American Reality TV shows and the like*

I wish I could come, but it's a bit impractical living in New Zealand. We always miss out on the great exclusives... Ah well, I expect someone who does attend to show us some pictures! From what I have seen, you have some great stuff in store for us, I look forward to making huge orders to your site! (Although my wallet doesn't... ). PS. Could someone register as me and then send me all the cool exclusives? Please?

(OOC: I presume that sdpirate has had a name transplant change. I will wait for him to confirm this before I change it on the main post. Hopefully nobody is to confused.) You know something smells fishy here... Get it? Fishy! Oh I crack myself up! Current votes are as follows: Atoll Dweller (Calvin the fisherman): 1 Remember that you can only vote for a character if you know who the player is. This may seem silly to some, but it is there for a reason. Technically I should not have even allowed Shadows' vote as he did not state the player, however I know he knows, so that is fine. In future please either Vote: <username> (<character>) or Unvote: <username> (<character>). Thanks for helping this game to run smoothly.

Who are you calling goofy, you can't even deliver a simple request for food! I'm still waiting from yesterday! You know what, I'm getting sick of waiting for the chef. Could someone get him out here, I want to know what he cooked these prawns in. You'll all know him as Hyphos. And I've got a pain in my leg, I need the doctor! Perhaps he could also help out those other people here who appear to have injuries. While we're on the subject of missing people, I haven't seen those two soldiers recently either, nor Daniel the squire. He's probably hiding somewhere with Mary if you know what I mean. In fact, where is everyone? Am I the only person here? Oh wait, your here, well that's good, thanks for coming! Now speak up people, or I'll speak up for you!
