  1. No Max Rebo mech?! What the heck, Lego! Sounds like some interesting things are coming, at least. The Cobb/Cad set having only 200 pieces doesn't make me hopeful we get much for a side build and a third minifig is probably off the table, but I'll still probably get it. I also like confirmation that some Mauldalorians are coming - I always thought they looked cool. Hopefully the Rebellion set is able to sneak in Mon Mothma at least. Also, the Cobb/Cad set is going to be Cobb's Speeder.
  2. We've got a few more details from @Renown over on the news thread about the January 2025 sets. In response to a (trimmed) comment made by @Classic_Spaceman: Renown said: I, for one, am quite excited for that Cobb vs. Cad set! Cad alone goes for nearly $30 on Bricklink, so this basically gives a bonus Cobb and some kind of small build with it. I'll keep my eye out for it for sure.
  3. Based on the leaks, we already know two figures that will be coming: koala and cat. I think another dinosaur is likely - probably a brontosaurus. And I'll guess that we get a reuse of either the fox or pigeon and get a corresponding costume (even though we already got a fox, it could maybe repeat).
  4. We have news for the January 2026 wave! ...It's an animal costume series. Ugh.
  5. This one, right? That was back when I just browsed the forum and didn't have an account.
  6. @Renown left a hint over on the 2026 News thread: And, reposting my comments from over there: An obvious reference to Max Rebo's prominent snout - Max Rebo mech confirmed! Seriously, though - the idea of duel sets coming back sounds great. Ideally, it would be the $15 or, more likely, $20 set, and not something more expensive. If it does end up being something more expensive, hopefully we get the bartender and not a repeated Mando or something. Also, I hope they keep Cad Bane the shade of blue he was in previous sets - I always thought he looked pretty pale in BOBF.

  8. ...And it's out of stock now. Darn. In Castle-related news, the recent Sleeping Beauty castle with the Maleficent dragon is on sale for $26.75 now at Walmart (USA). I can probably sell off the minidolls and castle for $20-25 and get a cheap dragon.
  9. Looks like Pick a Brick has received an update - you can now see all available colors for each part listed under each part. On paper, it seems handy, but you cannot add parts to your cart at a single click anymore (you have to click on the cart and then select a color), and it's also much less clear what parts are Standard and which are Bestseller.
  10. I think it's come up in designer interviews as a "consumer expectation," or something along those lines. But I could also be misremembering.
  11. Bwahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. (I do wonder if anyone will try to name either of the guards in the set on Bricklink - a few fan names have snuck through before, like Rex as one of the Endor Troopers)
  12. Official photos of the V-19 and 327th Battle Pack are out now!
  13. I'm glad to see that most of the minifigure parts for the STEM set are available, as are the new tiles that came with that set (Radium, peanuts, the cat mix). All of them are pretty reasonably priced as well.
  14. With heads that common? Just buy new ones. They're currently 26 cents on Pick a Brick, and they're probably even cheaper on Bricklink.
  15. Say what you will about the Rebuild the Galaxy sets, but they produce some really good minifigs! Hopefully I can find him cheap on Bricklink. I think I prefer the old Aayla to the new one. The tan lips don't look nearly as good, nor are they screen accurate, to the old one's pink lips.
  16. Clay_Bricks has mentioned over on the legoleak subreddit that "All jumpsuits are identical." I think that also subtly deconfirms Bane or Croc being bigfigs. I would assume orange - that's the color they've always been.
  17. Or there's a fox in the January CMF. Or, they do it like the plush from this year, and it's released in several different sets at the same time.
  18. We already know another Zelda set is coming in early 2026, and we have a set number for it: 77093. Assuming that leak was correct, then the set is well into development at this point. Heck, as far in advance as we got work of the next Animal Crossing wave and the Gameboy, there's a chance we could know exactly what it is sometime in the next few months. There's even a small chance something could leak out, based on the animal hat molds and the Cobb Vanth helmet that don't even have definitive sets tied to them yet.
  19. I think I'm still in the camp that I would have preferred a minifig-scale bridge over the entire Enterprise, but I also completely understand why Lego went with the full ship. Hopefully they are able to get a second TNG set and focus on the bridge. I don't know if I would be able to fork over a full $400 for it... Maybe I can get lucky and find a decent deal on the minifigs from someone who just wants the ship.
  20. A review for Thieves of Tortuga from a reputable site, if anyone needs it: https://jaysbrickblog.com/reviews/review-910053-the-thieves-of-tortuga-bricklink-designer-program-series-5/
  21. The Brothers Brick posted their Mushroom Village review two days ago: https://www.brothers-brick.com/2025/06/06/lego-bricklink-designer-program-series-5-mushroom-village-make-some-shroom-on-the-shelf-review/ Video for Adventure in Transylvania (size comparisons with Rivendell and Lion Knight's Castle): Video for Popcorn Wagon: There is also a review of Thieves of Tortuga from... that one clickbait site I don't like, so I won't link it here. But at lest there's at least one review of all of the sets out there. I will say that, after watching the reviews, I'm no longer sold on the Popcorn Cart - it just seems really simple, and the "popping" feature is pretty underwhelming, even compared to the $5 polybag from half a decade ago. However, Adventures in Transylvania looks super good! There's a lot of details there I didn't initially catch, and one of the commentors makes several connections between the set and the original Dracula book, to where the set could arguably be called a Dracula set. However, I just don't think that I have the shelf space or budget for it - I'm only in for a Mushroom Village on this one.
  22. ...Golly, that's one of my worst brain farts in awhile.
  23. Is it just me, or do Kenobi's and Aayla's lightsabers look chrome? They definitely don't look light bluish grey to me.
  24. The only issue with Peni, Noir, Spider-Ham, or any of the ITSV villains being in a set is that they will very likely be of lesser print quality than a CMF version would have been. The difference with Gwen alone is staggering. Heck, Noir could have been given a Rubik's Cube for his accessory, which is arguably more interesting than half of the accessories in this series.
  25. I have some quibbles with some of the minifigure selection and how some were executed (Miles get a normal, common, unprinted spider as his accessory? Boo!), but I'll definitely be getting at least seven, and might get a full set. Any critiques I have with this set will be immediately silenced with a January 2026 follow-up set with Peni, Noir, and Ham with a villain or two from the first movie in a $50-60 set to mirror the Across the Spider-Verse set from this year. (Seriously though, Lego - Give me Peni in her mech already!)
