  1. Cool. The Pack Tracker is in a suitable price range for me. May have to get that. It interested me, but looked too expensive. Kalhiki
  2. So, not sure if anyone has mentioned, but Jay Vincent does it again. "The Final Battle" has been uploaded to his site. Haven't really been giving my thoughts on the episodes, but overall, the series was great. This was one of few shows I actually got excited for every week there was a new episode. It was charming, had a great story, and great characters. Honestly, my least favorite part was Misako. I hated her. I get that she's Lloyd's mom and all, but she really did nothing. And the use of the scrolls just seemed like a cheap excuse for the Ninja to get information. As for the end, it was a great and suitable climax. Loved the symbolism with the Overlord eating the Golden Dragon and then the Golden Dragon bursting out with the scene change of the city being flooded with light. Great way to show the Overlord's defeat and the purge of evil. And Dareth using the helmet was great. Really did give him more of a role than just the funny guy. On a side note, the scene where the Overlord is growing wings was kinda creepy... Just sayin'. Kalhiki
  3. I guess this'll confirm a flip up visor. Super excited to see these heads. I also had an idea for a Splitface-like head. Where the top and the front of the head both have eyes and a mouth (like Splitface's helmet) so no matter which connector you use, there'll still be a face. So (I know I've asked this before, but I'm such an eager-beaver) when can we expect these sets to come out? I want my plethora of parts. Christmas isn't the same without that new Lego set smell. EDIT: Since I feel I'm bad at explaining things, I drew a picture of what I thought the head could be: http://www.brickshel...013herohead.png EDIT 2: Sorry, mislabeled the "minifig clip" should be the mini rod. But you see what I mean. Kalhiki
  4. Let's see. That means (potentially) 1) on top, 2) in front, 3&4) on the sides, 5) ball cup, 6) maybe one in back? Really liking what I'm hearing. These new hears seem like they'll be the best yet! Also, as for the visor connection discussion, I believe it connects directly to the head by a minifig-sized rod (that's probably attached to the visor). If you look at the picture Jetrax99 posted, you can see a little circle on the previously believed "stud". Kalhiki
  5. Mechanism? Hitting? Are you telling us that there's going to be some sort of action feature on him (possibly reminiscent of the Hordika arms)? If so, that would be awesome. Heck, if it's anything close to that, it would still be awesome. @ZORK64: I was thinking about the same thing. Given that we're getting new heads and that the visor apparently doesn't attach to the helmet, this is a logical conclusion. Kalhiki
  6. Furno, in my opinion, is the worst set of this wave (except maybe Scarox). This is one figure I'm definitely going to need to modify. ... Somehow. The crotch needs armor, and the armor on his sides needs some work. I'll have to see what I can do. Anywho, bigger pics are nice. I can now see that Rocka has two hands, which is good. I hate it when they replace a hand for a weapon (or shield as would be the case here). And I also noticed that Ogrum has warts on his face which is a really nice attention to detail. Kalhiki
  7. The only connections between Pyrox and a Minotaur I see are 1) horns, 2) nose ring (bulls sometimes have nose rings), and 3) the feet which could be considered as hoofs (hooves? Whatever). Still, I'm seeing more of the Devil when I look at him. Cool that more information is coming out. Hopefully the sets will be released soon! Kalhiki
  8. Giant Raven... Want so bad. It seems the Raven sets are the best in my opinion. Definitely be getting that along with the Glider. Chima's growing on me. Not that this is a bad thing. Kalhiki
  9. Cool! Loving the look of the Obliterator. And the bug vehicle looks much better laying down (more like a dragonfly). And I love how the captured guy has a grin instead of a scared face. I wonder if these sets will have double-sided minifig heads. Kalhiki
  10. Tuesday!? Wow. That was fast. Official pics, reviews, and now bam! They're out. Hopefully other themes will follow with the release of this. Still wanting my Ninjago and Hero Factory sets. Need to look at the pics some more. Haven't decided which sets are "must have" for me. Except the Vaporizer. I think we all agree that thing is glorious. Kalhiki
  11. No. LoC is taking place in its own world separate from Ninjago. Kalhiki
  12. However, a lot of the models in Ninjago don't even look brick-built, so I can imagine the potential constraction sets taking this route. And to The Crazy One, "constraction" is the term for constructable (or buildable... Whatever) action figures. Like Bionicle and Hero Factory. Kalhiki
  13. I would love to see the Overlord Dragon as a set. Especially since we're getting the Golden Dragon. It'd be nice to have a battle between the two. Otherwise, I'm pretty satisfied with the lineup we have. Kalhiki
  14. The Chima show looks great. The characters, environments, everything. I'm so excited for it to come out! Also, I think I saw a croc fortress. Possible future set? Kalhiki
  15. Interested in a couple of these. I like the white tank with the mech escpecially. More I look at the mech, the cooler it looks. Kalhiki
  16. Judging by the trend of previous years, I think some, if not all, the sets will be available for Christmas. But since this is a brand new theme, I can't be sure. Ninjago and Hero Factory I can imagine being out before Christmas, though. Kalhiki
  17. I'm fine with a Chima Constraction Set topic. Plus this one is titled "HF 2013 Speculation." Kalhiki
  18. So when do you think we'll see these sets available? Since the show is ending and Christmas is just around the corner, I'm hoping fairly soon. Kalhiki
  19. Hmmm... I like the images. And the Constraction set. Look at the shoulder pieces. I'm really wanting to see what the Constraction line brings in terms of new molds. I'm really loving the scenery images. Hopefully this is a taste of what we'll get in the show. And now that I'm looking at this more, I'm getting pretty excited for this line. Also, if we get Gorilla figures, perhaps a giant Gorilla Mech for them as a vehicle? That'd be different. Kalhiki
  20. This is cool. I wonder what will be used for connection; minipin holes or axle holes. Both would be kinda cool (one on top, the other on front) because then, if it's shaped correctly, it could be used for both Glat helmets and 2.0 helmets. I'm excited to see how this will turn out. Kalhiki
  21. I wonder if they'll use the CMF Gorrilla Suit Guy head. Still not Rhinos or Elephants, but hopefully in a future wave. They just seem like obvious choices. Kalhiki
  22. After seening Wreck-it Ralph, I really want these sets to come out (if you've seen the movie (or trailers, for that matter), you'll know what I mean). Or at least, y'know, pictures. I've suddenly gained a high interest in giant alien bugs. Hope the sets meet expectations. Kalhiki
  23. This is really neat! Cool to hear Bulk's shield attaches to his back. Hopefully this is the same with the other Heroes. And also cool to hear the potential rankings for the villains. Bruizer being more important, Ogrum being lesser. I imagine Pyrox is the main villain, leaving Scarox either last or second to last. I guess the combi models also gives a potential Hero/Villain Nemesis thing like Breakout. Not to mention, having them being similar colors would make a more solid model (color-wise, anyway). Kalhiki
  24. I'd love to see the Saw Dog and the Elephantank (I'm going to call them that from now on) as sets. But moreso the Elephantank because I like elephants and is more visually interesting than the Saw Dog. Kalhiki
  25. Hey, did anyone see this? It's from Jay Vincent's site: "As the Ninjago Season Finale draws closer (airing in the US November 21), Jay and co-writer Mike Kramer will be working with JAM Copenhagen compiling and mastering fan-favorite tracks on a two-volume soundtrack for the series, to be released worldwide. Producers and publishers estimate the release date to be before the end of 2012." Kalhiki
