Want. So. Bad. I love lightning-based characters, and the jumbled colors just seem to appeal to me. Sadly, I don't think I noticed the short arms before, so that's disappointing to discover. Hopefully I'll be going to TRU by the end of the week. Maybe I'll find him. Kalhiki

Stringer looks gorgeous. I think I said this already, but I'll be adding back armor to him due to the trans torso shell. Also should be pretty easy to mod how he holds his gun to make it more like the show. I just like how he held it, even though it detracted from the guitar look of it. Kalhiki

Voltix and Stringer will be my first purchases. Thanks for reviewing them first, Gata! Voltix looks great. Always thought he did. Just wish he had some purple on his legs. Maybe if they switched out the red cladding on his legs with purple? Also, I checked a TRU on the way home from vacation. No new HF sets, but hopefully they'll arrive soon. Kalhiki

Stringer is gorgeous! I plan to add some back armor to him once I get him. The lack-of and his transparent torso just seem like it would make him look hollow. Reviews tomorrow? Of course. That doesn't necessarily confirm anything. They could, for all we know, be only in one episode. But it certainly does raise our chances of getting Pirates vs Ninjas. Kalhiki

Not really into Pirates. Don't know why, though. Maybe because it's a water-based theme, and those never really appealed to me. But I would really welcome it if they made cartoony, caricatured ships. And small-ish ones that I could afford. That would be great. Especially because I absolutely love the way boats look. Better yet, since I love Steampunk, what about a Pirate theme... With airships. My-no-tor Anywho, the paint looks good, SNOT (abbreviating your name just sounds offensive :P ). I especially like the lime detail on the shoulder pad, which gives it a cool Tron-esque look. Kalhiki

I'm going to start pronouncing it like that. On topic, about the small torso. I immediately thought how it could work on the standard Hero Torso. It could be cool on a new Titan build to add not only armor to the back, but also maybe some shoulder cannons. Basically, what I'm thinking is a small version of Stormer XL's torso construction. Now I really want XT4 to try it out. Kalhiki

I watched some of the Stormer XL review (I stopped at "really horrible build." No one's bashing my man Stormer). The legs actually don't look too bad. But I still want to see what I can do to make him look more like he does in the show. Seeing in hand shots makes me want them even more... Kalhiki

Yep. A new, small body. Actually pretty excited for that piece. It has so much MoCing potential. Kalhiki

What we haven't taken into consideration, it seems, is the possibility of a Season 4. Perhaps Season 3 is just a continuation of 2 and a filler that's not going to promote new sets. Seeing that there are still Serpentine, the Season could still be promoting the "Year of the Snake" sets. Then, closer to the beginning of next year when new sets usually come out, Season 4 will arrive. However, judging by the preview, it seems that Season 3 is wrapping things up. But who knows. Garmadon could still escape, and Lloyd will fight him later. Kalhiki

Well, this is a surprise. But, y'know, I wouldn't mind if this was the end. I really don't see how TLG could top the Serpentine in epicness. If the sets do continue, maybe the season will take a haiatus and continue near the end of the year. But that's hopeful thinking. Maybe we'll get one last set. An evil Bounty would be cool as that is what we can see in the trailer. If anything, I want a set that comes with the Golden Staff. Kalhiki

Well, I picked up Kai's Blade Cycle. Pretty fun little set. Plus it comes with Rattla, who is a Hypnobrai, which is my favorite snake tribe. I also never realized how cool the new Ninja shoulder armor piece was. Looks great with both swords stored. Kalhiki

Somehow I completely forgot about the Spinners XD. Very true on everything you said. I can live without them, but if I ever find a sale, then I'll definitely consider picking them up. Kalhiki

Part of me wants to get the spinner sets, but part of me doesn't. I'd like to have the NRG Ninjas, but I don't want to pay ten bucks for what would essentially be just a Minifigure. Thanks for the pics, though. Cole's not my favorite NRG, but he still looks pretty cool. Kalhiki

So. I'm planning what sets I want to get to complete my goals. Like I said, part of what I want is to get all Snake Staffs and Fang Blades. However, the only set that has the Venomari Fang Blade is the Venomari Shrine. It may be cheap, but I'm not interested all that much. I'm definitely going to get the Bite Cycle for the Fang Blade, so here's the question for anyone who has the set: Does it come with an extra of the Venomari symbol piece that attaches to the Fang Blade/Snake Staff? If that's the case, I'll just use that piece and pick up a different set I want that has a Snake Staff and swap Symbols. Kalhiki

Got any pics? I'd love to see how they look (yeah, I know they look the same, just with the new socket. But I still want to see it). Glad they're updating the parts. I wonder if they'll give the first Breakout wave the remolded Glatorian heads if they're giving them the remolded feet. Unless the Glatorian heads are too new to do so. Kalhiki

Most of them were pretty good. Some so bad they were good. "Hero Factory Ride Along" and "Heroes Catching Villains" were probably my favorites. "We need YOUR Help," "Heroes Don't Get Paid," and "Hero Spice" were probably my least favorites. The others got points for having good stop motion and humor. Kalhiki

I heard back from LEGO. They said the best estimate was prior to September for a stateside release. So, basically, nothing we didn't already know. Kalhiki

The thought of Lloyd NRG is a pretty cool idea. It'd be even cooler if Garmadon got an NRG form and the two duked it out in an epic, glowy, elemental battle. Sets I'd like for the end... I don't know. Depends on where we're going with the theme (pirates, etc). But another dragon wouldn't hurt. As for a replacement, I'm still hoping and praying for a Steampunk theme. Just think of the possibilities. An Exo-Force theme would be kinda cool too. But not with the Anime minifigs. Kalhiki
