Yup! It was a big part of my childhood. I was a huge Dinosaur fan, so this and The Land Before Time were two of the things I pretty much grew up on.

How 'bout a blast from the past:
-
Howl's Moving Castle. 'Least, I think so. Haven't seen it in a while, but I recognize his room full of stuff.
-
I'm drooling over that pile of parts. I should get extra figures/parts just for MoCing.
-
Hit the nail on the head. It's definitely my all-time favorite movie. Right-o. Your go, Tarfful.

Alright, let's keep this train moving. Delving back into the world of animation!

I can see it. Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer? That's definitely Stan Lee, and it looks like they're at a wedding, which I remember from the movie.

I actually pointed that out a long time ago (around when we first saw the Skull Mask on the magazine). Still, it is a fascinating development. I'm still convinced the Skull Army is in the ancient city.

Can Tahu feel the power? They didn't really make that clear. lol Good episode, but I hope they put more focus on the other Toa soon.

Wow! Those are slick! Loving the uniformity among the 'Hero' figures. They look like such a well-put-together team. And the beasts are equally cool. The dragon is magnificent and the usage of the Skull Spider Masks and the Gatling gun is ingenious. I could go on, but then my post would get too long for my liking. As EZNetwork said, these MoCs really show the potential of CCBS. A potential I really hope Lego exploits in the future. I really should get to MoCing with the new pieces. These have greatly inspired me.

As I've said, I like it. But not for Bionicle. It's cool, but it just doesn't... Feel right, I guess. Though for some reason I love the humanoid head statue in the Gali comic. Old, broken statues are something I love, and (canon or not) seeing such a human-looking thing in the universe of Bionicle is intriguing, to say the least.

Some lemode-mgz or something when I tried to go to the Ultra Agents 2015 topic. Annoying because when I tried to back out, it continued to re-direct me.

The art style's pretty cool, but not for Bionicle. I prefer the animation designs.

All this talk about feet reminded me: Though it doesn't deal with feet, the one part I want to see return is this: http://brickset.com/parts/design-92223 I mean, when was the last time we got that? Green Lantern, I think? I always thought it was a cool looking piece with neat angles, and I'd love to see it used more.

Vaka-Waka! Oh man, I'm dying. That's the funniest name I've ever heard. No matter what he looks like, he is the best Mixel. Period. Pretty apparent that there's a water tribe. And Snax and Berp seem in line with the Fang Gang (at least the Infernites aren't the only tribe getting new members). Can't really say about the other three. ... Vaka-Waka. lol.

They all sound so great! Can't say much on Skull Warrior. Skull Slicer sounds cool. Four arms instantly made me think of Samukai. This is not a bad thing. Skull Basher sounds like he'll live up to his namesake. A hammer would be a perfect weapon. Skull Scorpio: cool that we're getting a beast, but I hope it'll look different enough from HF's Scorpio. Mask Maker v. Skull Grinder is building up to be awesome. Though is it reall trans red and not the trans orange we got with LOSS? I'd really like some actual trans red. Ekimu not wearing the MoCr is a little saddening, but I guess I'm happy that it ups the chances we'll get the gold Protector mask. Or the MoCr could be included in the set like the Toa's golden masks from this wave.

Agreed. I find them to be more secure than the '01 masks (though axle connections are by far the best for security). Wobbliness is the only "problem" with them. But it's not a huge issue, and the sets don't suffer from it, so it's hardly a problem at all.

In terms of "mask looseness", I'm not sure what people are referring to. Are you guys talking the masks don't hook on securely, or that they wobble up and down. 'Cuz all the masks I have fit on securely, but some do wobble a bit (Pohatu's I think is the worst). I just wanted to know what people were experiencing.

These are fantastic! I don't know if I've ever seen better parts usage on any MoC. They're all so cartoony and loveable. And that car is great (took me a while to realize what part you used).
-
Gunmetal/purple/red/black colors? This is going to be sweet. And yay for Ekimu and the Mask of Creation! Though, I'll be a little sad if they don't throw in the gold Protector mask. :/

I still have to keep reminding myself that this is going to be the first Bionicle for some people. Kinda cool when you put yourself in their shoes.

So I just built LOSS, and now I have all the sets built. I would go over them all, but that would take too much time, so I'm just going to talk about LOSS for a bit. LOSS is a lot better than I thought and people make him out to be. Does he have great pose-ability? No, not at all. But he looks fantastic. And the function is super fun and addicting. Top it all off with a satisfying build, and you got yourself a pretty cool set. He's also bigger than I thought he'd be. The main body is small, yes, but the legs stick out so wide it gives the appearance of being larger than he is. Would he be a challenge for the entire Toa team? No, but it looks like he'd be able to put up a fight against one or maybe two. Would I prefer a larger spider? Yes. But what we got here is suitable. I love him. So as I said, I have all the sets. Favorite Toa would be either Kopaka or Onua and favorite Protector would be Earth. Least favorites (not necessarily bad figures, mind you) would be Tahu and Protector of Water.
