Well? How about those pics now? You need a brickshelf, MOCpages, or Flickr account or something where you can upload images. Then you can insert those pics in your post by using the insert image button.

Agents and James Bond similarities
Oky replied to samthelegoman1's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
He doesn't wear geeky glasses either. I agree. However, judging from his sunglasses, Chase seems more inspired by Tom Cruise's character in Mission: Impossible. (On a side note: If you take off his hair, he kinda looks like a Bruce Willis or Van Diesel type of character! ) True. Another thing that makes her different from a Bond Girl is that she is working with Chase from the beginning on. Bond Girls are usually just random hot chicks that he meets during his mission and which end up helping him complete it, or tagging along at least. - Wikipedia -
Yes, that would be good.

Alright, alright, you're being very funny, guys, but as Adam said, let's get back to the game, shall we? JD, I must say that your post confused the heck out of me! There were all kinds of things wrong with it. What "medic centre"? We are in the middle of a Felucian jungle/forest, deep inside an enemy base! Besides, "centre" is spelled "center". OK, new rule for the game: No bringing people back from the dead! Seriously, that didn't even make sense how he came back to life! No jedi, no matter how "dark", has the power to come back to life like that, only in ghost form. First of all, Beqin never had anything to do with Grievous. She has never met him and has completely different plans than him. Why is she talking with him now? Also, the real time machine is still somewhere inside that base, so what the heck is GG doing in the forest? Which door? Why is Rex outside that door? Why is he so injured? Uugh! This is just too confusing! If everyone is OK with that, I would ask JD to change or remove that post. What do you say?

Cool. I never thought anyone would actually build a Gungan army. I think I've asked this before, but does anyone have an Astromech army? R2 is in basically every third set!
-
Yes! Finally a good deal on the MTT! Watch out, clones, the droids are getting reinforcements! The Bionicle thing is kinda pissing me off, though, because I already got Hydraxon and ???? with Spinax for the complete price (and maybe even more). Oh well.

How was I supposed to remember that?! Thanks for the ebay link, though. Those look really neat; I'd love to have some of those! Cool, thanks! I'm sorry, guys, but I'm very busy right now, so pics of the light-up Mustafar Vig will have to wait.
-
Cool. Kinda reminds me of a Juno Eclipse with sex change, though. Btw, shouldn't this go into the Minifig customization forum? : "I find your lack of severity disturbing!"
-
Finally, IA is back, and the wait was worth it! That ship/base is amazing! The concept of building a base diagonally on top of a leaning tanker is very creative and brilliant! It's the most original MOC I have seen since... well, your last IA MOC. Nice cyborg-ified characters too! I join the majority in saying "Let's make out with our girl friend and go on a treasure hunt!" It's the most fun and reasonable thing to do. Also, it's the most piraty thing to do, which is good because it's pirate month! Can't wait for the next installment!

I liked her back in the 90's. Not just because everyone was listening to her at the time, but because the songs she made back then appealed to me more. I like 90's music a lot, especially those of the dance genre.

Agents and James Bond similarities

Well, the Turbo Car is definitely inspired by Bond Cars. Other than that, there aren't that many similarities IMHO, but then again, I'm not a big Bond fan. -
The dark Jedi cried: "ENOUGH!" He force-pushed Jim away from him and made a motion with his hand toward the others. Suddenly, all their weapons flew into the air and out of reach. Oky Wan managed to pin JD down on the floor, and for a moment, there was no fighting. Ragnakk Vohr said: "Adam, kill your friends! I command you!" But Adam just stood there, twitching. Obviously, the real, good Adam was struggling against the evil man's mind control. Vohr grabbed Garviel, the one who was closest to him and held his lightsaber at his throat. "Kill them, or I will do it!" Adam still didn't move. Vohr stretched his arm and was about to cut Garviel's head off, when suddenly a lightsaber blade pierced through his chest from behind! He dropped Garviel and fell to the floor, dead. As he fell, his murderer was revealed: it was Beqin! "Aside, you foolish amateur" she told the dead Ragnakk Vohr. "Let a real Sith apprentice handle this! Besides, Loken is my kill!" Uh-oh! Well, at least there are no traitors anymore. Yay! So, simonjedi, it's time to finish your business with Beqin once and for all. :pir-skull:

Yeah, me too, kinda. That's why I said "technically". However, if I would really need/want a 2x2 jumper, I would do it, I think, since it would only be a slight modification. That's just what I think.

I loved the old cartoon! General Grievous, Mace Windu, Shaak Ti, and pretty much everyone was sooo badass in that one! Sure, Tartakovski's cartoons are sometimes a little slow, but they have the best action sequences I have ever seen in a cartoon!

How about something like "Lions & Scorpions" or "Lions VS. Scorpions" or "A Tale of Lions and Scorpions"? That about what I can think of from your description. Once we can see it, we can give you better Ideas. For inspiration, just look at real medieval movie titles. Is there a problem with using youtube?
-
Well, technically you could just get these pieces and saw off their poles. This way, you'll have your 2x2 jumper!

Yes, thank you! It's Count Oky Wan to you now! Anyway, I'm curious about the next episode (which unfortunately will be shown in two weeks due to Thanksgiving ). It will have Luminara and Ahsoka fighting against Ventress! Also, there will be those sweet Senate Commandos: Promising, huh? But the best thing about it is that it's the captured Nute Gunray they are fighting for, so it looks like the bad guys are gonna win this time!
-
Yeah. It's as if he gets lucky whenever his life is threatened - exactly when he shouldn't have luck! Seriously, though, I love Ep. 1 and am not a big Jar Jar hater at all, but I was still disappointed by that episode. There was just not enough going on for me somehow. Idk, it was just kinda lame, and I hope the next Jar Jar episode(s) will be better or funnier.

Which one is that? The one from TRU? I didn't like that one all that much, I must say. Btw, I think this thread is about movie posters only.

Didn't you read what I posted? Less talk, more pics! As pr0 and Adam battled on, Butcher was engaged in a duel with the dark jedi. Getting frustrated, Jim decided to shed some light on this man's intentions. He asked: "Who are you? What do you want from us?" The jedi smirked and began to explain: "My name is Ragnakk Vohr. I used to be a Jedi, but my soul got trapped inside a statue by a powerful Sith ages ago. While I rested inside that statue for all these years, I have come to realize who the really powerful beings in this world are - the Sith! I had sworn to become one would I ever get out of that statue. As the years past by, I taught myself the power of telepathy, and once your foolish friend Adam here came by my statue one day, I was able to convince him to let me use his body as a new host body. I tried to gain control over it, but I never completely succeeded - until recently! And when Adam got flung into the future shortly thereafter, our minds and bodies somehow became two separate persons. I was myself again at last and was able to pursue my dream of becoming a Sith! However, I had to find out that the Sith got extinct to the point where there are always only two of them! I thought I was never going to become a Sith, but then I remembered something I had overheard when I was still in Adam's body: These separatists have a time machine that I could use to go back to a time where Sith were plentiful and powerful, and become one of them! I could even avenge them by altering the timeline so that the Jedi end up as the extinct race! That's why I have come here, and the only thing that stands in my way now is you and your gang of wannabe heroes!" Great, Jim thought. Looks like we don't have a choice. We have to eliminate him in order to lift his mind control off of Adam and to prevent him from messing with the time machine. There. Now the dark jedi has a name and has given us a supervillain-style monologue about his evil plan.

Hate to disappoint you there, but I think it's this piece where the whole thing (except the sign on top) is one piece. Would be cool, though, if you were right!

Thanks for the review. Somebody had to do it. This is one of the worst SW sets ever IMO! All the other Technic SW sets were so much better than this. Definitely below average! Except for some dark blue Technic pieces, this thing was pointless and not worth its money. After getting the Droid Developer Kit, I didn't even waste a thought about getting this.

I think simonjedi said that the force lightning was a temporary thing and that he doesn't have that power anymore. Also, this is not Beqin. It's the dark-haired dude that came out of Adam's body (or something) during the last chapter. And she is spelled "Beqin", not "Benquin". What ever happened to her anyway? Could she be lurking around the facility, ready to attack us, as well? Or did she die when MacK destroyed the separatist cruiser? She was in that hangar at the time after all. But then again, Grievous escaped too, so...
-
Perhaps... But not yet! GG was about to strike JD down with his saber, when suddenly the wall behind them exploded. Several clones came running in, and once their commander had spotted Grievous, he told his men to open fire on the droid general. The cones obeyed, and soon enough, Grievous found himself under a rain of blaster fire. Having no choice, the general fled. As soon as GG was out of sight and the clones stopped shooting, the commander took his helmet off and said: "Hi! My name is Bob. I thought someone might need my help in this facility, but the entrance was too heavily guarded, so we decided to create our own entrance!" "That was perfect timing, commander" said future JD who was recovering, now that his present self wasn't in danger anymore. "Right," said Jim, "now let's follow Grievous. He should lead us right to the real time machine! Commander Bob, follow us with some of your men. We can use some help." "No problem" replied Bob. They all moved toward the exit that Grievous had rushed out of a minute ago, but all of a sudden, Adam turned around and ignited his lightsaber. He had an absent, but determined look in his eyes. He said: "I'm afraid I can't let you leave." "Adam... What's going on?" Jim said confused. Then, a figure emerged from a dark corner of the room. It was the dark jedi. It all made sense now: Adam was the traitor among them, and he had been controlled by that dark-haired jedi ever since they got near Felucia. DUN DUN DUUUUN!

I didn't mean that they aren't important; I was just saying that the Ventriloquist is either less or equally important than all the other "average" Bat-villains and that if TLC is going to make him, they might as well make the others too. Therefore (and because he wasn't even in the Videogame), the chances of getting him is quite low. Besides, as I have said before, how is TLC going to make a dummy?
