  1. If the $530 D2C does turn out to be a Master Builders Series, How many minifigures/characters can we expect to see? Also, I was not part of the leaking community in 2020, when did we start to get more leaks on the Mos Eisley Cantina?
  2. Don't know about any D2C, but from what I've heard the roster for CMF is full this year, with series 22 and 23, as well as the Muppets CMF.
  3. Promobricks has revealed the existence of 75333: Obi-wan's Starfighter for 30 Euros with a Kaminoan, as well as 75337:AT-TE for $140 that could be Attack of the Clones, or it could be Bad Batch or Clone Wars. We don't have any intel for them beyond that. All of this is pretty much confirmed, as Promobricks is a very reliable source that has a hugely accurate track record.
  4. The Giganotosaurus & Therizinosaurus Attack review is up on Ashnflash's channel. The only real complaint I have with the set is that the colours of the Giganotosaurus don't look great to me, though that may just be the lighting.
  5. Why? Its April fools, nobody is going to believe him anyway. Its blatantly obvious he's lying, and I just think it's funny that he is trying to do this again.
  6. Ashnflash has obtained most of the Jurassic Park sets, including the Giganotosaurus & Therizinosaurus Attack. some clearer images of the box are up on his channel and we should see a review soon.
  7. Legohio is claiming that someone sent him an actual leak of a molded battle droid head attached that is attached to C-3PO, implying a MBS Geonosis Arena, He is saying that he thinks it would be funny if on April Fools day he posted an actual leak, as he treated the last 2 months of as April fools day. I don't buy it, but it's interesting that he is trying to backtrack like this after all the trouble he caused.
  8. I think that as a general rule we should not expect any Disney+ show sets, with the exception of What If... I think that the best option is to wait for an opening in the CMF schedule. As the first one was such a success I'm sure we will get a series 2 at some point.
  9. Exactly. he's comparing the quality of a CMF series to that of a regular set.
  10. Should this even count as a leak? All it revealed is the general colours of the sets. It really isn't much to go off.
  11. Any idea of the minifigures included?
  12. I have to get the Zurg battle, if only for the exclusive Buzz figure. Hopefully I can make Zurg a gun and find some way to improve his proportions, he looks rather dumpy. The other two are good, but aren't high on the list, especially the 4+ one. That being said though, this is one of first 4+ sets that I have seen that hasn't immediately been clear that it is 4+, and I give Lego props for integrating it so well with the line.
  13. I assume he means the diorama.
  14. Interesting that the instructions are not categorised under Disney.
  15. They show up occasionally in stores like Myer and Toymate, but I'm pretty sure those stores don't exist in the US. It's mostly online only.
  16. Not here in Australia. Eventually they end up at Myer, Target and Amazon. For example, the White Bone Demon is currently on sale for $110 on Amazon Australia. https://www.amazon.com.au/LEGO-80028-Monkie-Demon-Playset/dp/B094VMHCRR/ref=pd_cart_vw_1_1/356-1202788-2730400?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B094VMHCRR&pd_rd_r=742b11bb-2724-420c-a3ce-e56375852e36&pd_rd_w=i7dxS&pd_rd_wg=X7wJq&pf_rd_p=e7ab6944-abad-487d-8eee-e34aa73eb074&pf_rd_r=PD35D22XQXZY6CKYNFFJ&psc=1&refRID=PD35D22XQXZY6CKYNFFJ
  17. Both the trench run and Yoda's hut are reasonably priced here in Australia, which is unusual, at $90 and $120 respectively. The trash compacter, on the other hand, is $150. I don't see anyone buying it for that price, even with the R2-D2 back printing. I had no intention of getting any of these sets, but this is ridiculous.
  18. Do we know when the new monkie kid sets will come to platforms like amazon? I would love to get some on sale.
  19. I kind of wish they had swapped around the two we got, so it would be easier to army build the more generic orange one, or complete the set of Atrociraptors with approximations.
  20. Yes, the minifigs and the Dinos are meant to be the main draw, with a few exceptions. The builds usually serve to justify the price and to add something for the Dinos and figs to utilise. That goes for many AFOLs as well. For example, are you buying 76950 for the jeep, or the Triceratops. I think that the answer would usually be the Trike. Back of the box has leaked, looks good.
  21. While it is more an exception to the rule, they have done it before. (looking at you, 40th anniversary for Empire Strikes Back). I especially think they would make an exception for a movie as iconic and loved as Jurassic Park.
  22. It is by no means 'more'. Equal to the last 10 years combined yes, discounting 2013. 75206, 75191, 75085 and 75309 have all come out within that time. And that is also, as BrickBob said, pretty optimistic, as the AT-TE may not be for AOTC, though I doubt it, and the D2C is probably not Geonosis Arena. To answer your question, I did not have many expectations going in, however I do think that LEGO had an opportunity that they squandered. Let's hope that that is not the case next year for Jurassic Park's Anniversary.
  23. Yes, a grand total of 3 of them, 4 if we're lucky. Also, one of them isn't even a full set(40558).
  24. Well considering that JP has its 30th anniversary next year, I'm willing to believe we will get at least a couple of sets, maybe even some from TLW and JP3. Providing, of course, that Lego respects the anniversary, unlike with Attack of the Clones.
