The angles are great! Nice technique on the floor with those cheese slopes. I also love all those containers and tools, especially the work bench with the lathe.

Yeah, the fish looks like it is stiff like some wooden stick. I am ok with the pistol mold though. But maybe they could produce a bayonet?

That's speeder looks cool! Especially with the magnetic lightning around it. I see that i made a mistake. I though 5-5-2 is not possible. I misread the rules (many times ) Would have prefered that exact specifications as well May the race begin!

Maybe you get the association with Han's speeder because of the raised structure in the back (Don't know how it is called in englisch) but other than that it looks as close to Han's speeder as to any other speeder. The medium nougat and flame yellowish orange colors i could only do thanks to Indiana Jones' Lost Tomb set and the easter basket gwp Other than that i had not enough corved slopes in one color.

The Coachelle race maybe was not as prestigious as the Safa Toma Classic but certainly the more interesting one. The Coachella race was growing fast in reputation and attracted the galaxie's most skilled champions and speeder pilots. The race weekend was not only an opportunity to explore this region of the mid rim for Yperio but also an opportunity to do some lucrative trades and meet old friends. Disguised as a pilot it should be possible to fly under the radar, smuggle in some droid activists, do some business on the planet and carry some artifacts, beskar or spice away....

He found a formidable speeder in one of the garages that were located around the race track. The garage was owned by the Lepi racer champion Reegor Thrar. Yeah, that's exactly what i am always thinking! We need more civilians to put into towns and taverns.

Guys, do some research. There always have been women disguised as men in the big european armies. Of course their percentage is next to zero, but you will find quite some historic accounts. And btw, do we have to go through this discussion every time a castle or pirates set releases that has female soldiers? Just swap the heads! I know for some people it is impossible to change the heads or anything else in a official set but the vast majority of people should be able to do it and everyone also should have a lot of spare heads. Just create the characters you would like to have on display or in your layout...

Maybe try yellow or orange and see how it looks? Since the colors show the situation on the map and are otherwise not afiliated with the factions but red fits the dark side well, i'd try yellow or orange for the Mercs.

Great news! I feel like the red an purple colors are very close, especially in their lighter shades and with the bluish grey background in the center. But maybe that's just me

Maybe they had to make it modular after seeing the possibilities of BlueBrixx' governor island et al.

So after looking at it for an hour i conclude that the set is solely build on nostalgia. There is nothing new to it and it looks rather uninspiring. The castle and Galaxy Explorer were great examples for modern updates of classic sets but everything that makes these sets exiting is missing from Eldorado Fortress. While the white and yellow colors for the walls, together with the splashes of red still look good imo the black of the crane, docks and ship just look wrong. It's nice to see some cloth sails though. But overall the ships looks so simple, it would have been better to not include it at all. On the positive side, it will be nice that the torsos, hats and hat&hair, etc. will probably all show up on PAB online.
