  1. Nice to meet you Thomas! Welcome to the forum
  2. Looks like there are more captains than crew?!?
  3. I see, thanks! Due to my long dark ages i missed so many sets and only learn about them now.
  4. I love your characters and the colors of Mama the Hutt are so cool. Interesting build-up, i'm curious to learn where the story will led us! I also like the comic format. Is that some Razor Crest typ of ship?
  5. This one looks great! Much better than any regular cape. Very nice
  6. The bushland looks great with all the shades of orange. The trees are a nice contrast and there are even some cute Koalas! I also like Pidy's crocodile with the body parts that stick out of the water build with plates. Simple but effective!
  7. Nice too meet you @KlaasK Welcome to the forum I know what you mean! For me it was the Lego train that i never had as a kid but bought as an adult in 2019. From there i explored all the other themes of which some i didn't even know at that point
  8. "Bor Gullet will know the truth." - Saw Gerrera
  9. Wow, yeah, the whole build with the fortress and port looks fantastic! I even like your fortress more than the EB because it looks much less cramped and with the port and water space you get much more space for playing. I'm curious to see what you will do with the rest of the parts! And welcome to the forum @Cearthenn
  10. That's why i wrote, that it has nothing to do with yellow or flesh colors A minifig could wear grey gloves! Yeah, grey shark skin gloves oder whatever the next joke is I also swapped many hands! But the question was if some people refrain from doing so because it is not 'official'?
  11. Does that stop anybody from swapping hands, that it is not official? It must have nothing to do with yellow or flesh. Maybe someone wants a yellow minfig to wear gloves.
  12. The Nexo Knights marble lady looks fantastic! The logo on the torso ruins it though.
  13. While the Super Bowl is comming up, we'll have our own Super Bowl right here in the forum. It's one of those questions that is discussed in the AFOL community: Do you prefer yellow minifigs or fleshies? Do you prefer the classic yellow or fleshies in your sets and mocs? Or maybe you don't mind and like both?
  14. Some very nice builds there! My favorites are the organ and clock
  15. Exactly what i was thinking when i saw the pictures!
  16. What a beautiful and lively scene this is! And there is so much going on in this colorful build. There are so many animals, even a monkey! Love it!
  17. Everything i wanted to write, was already written. I can only second what @T-86(swe) said! Wonderful build! The snow, the puddle, the different types of timber!
  18. Ciao! Nice to meet you Ernesto! Welcome to the forum
  19. All these people live in a very small bubble (echo chamber) of angry young men. These people will never be happy. Never. For every person in this bubble there are a thousand Lego Star Wars fans who don't care about such things as helmet holes or clones at all. It's tiring to read/hear the same people complain about everything year after year. Of course, if you are a youtuber, non-stop complaining is a way to make money, for the rest i hope they will grow up eventually.
  20. Some fine mocs there! Thanks for digging this out
  21. Another great octagon! Lush and cozy
  22. Looks like two 10x10 square nets connected with strings with a stud on each end.
  23. No big deal. Is more a funny personal story in my case. I did and do a lot of reasearch about planes and other military equipment for a video game. And the wing fences of some planes, like the MiG-15 or MiG-17 are details that are stuck in my head. Although it plays no role in said video game. Now, when i see the model of a plane i am automatically drawn to the wing fences and my imagination kicks in and i see Lego parts and pieces
  24. That whale and splashing water looks great! There's so much action in this build! The desert with the small oasis looks great too!
