Fx Bricks (Michael Gale) announces Fx Track system
Brickblock1 replied to HoMa's topic in LEGO Train Tech
You could probably write some piece of software for your pc to allow such functionality given the PFx brick does have bluetooth support. -

They are 40 studs long and use a similar geometry to the trixbrix and bricktracks r104 switches, but they can not be sloted in to the same space as a lego switch -

Exciting update, I am looking forward to these becoming avaliable. I would however prefer if the powersupply part of the speed regulator had an always on blue connector similar to the old prototype speed regulator (see image). I do however understand if it would be too late to change that at this point. -
Any aftermarket one with the same plug and voltage should work but I doubt that the one you found would work in Greece as it is an American plug.

Great moc, it is acurrate to the prototype while still staying true to the 12v astetic.

A review of the first elements from the FX Track system
Brickblock1 replied to zephyr1934's topic in LEGO Train Tech
The the centers of the track there are 16 studs and between the edges there are 8 studs. And I use bluebrick to design my layouts but I think you have to download the fx track library from l-gauge.org- 199 replies

Looking to build a small model railroad
Brickblock1 replied to JohnsLegos's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Yes, but you might get some wheel slip if you speed up to fast -
I can't stop thinking of what would happen if a passenger was to walk between the cars when they are going around r40

Yes if it runs on the current and voltage the lab outputs or you could use a relay. -
it depends on the wheelbase if it is very long it won't work but might if it is shorter. it also does not relly work with regular lego switches.
