  1. I still think LEGO will shy away from themes like Street Fighter, where most of the premise is just violent combat (Overwatch had more bright colors and mechs, so it worked as a theme a bit more than just a 2D punching game).
  2. This looks super nice! I appreciate the use of metallic gold alongside pearl gold. I know you said you were focused on using the 2020 headpiece, but could you send a picture of what it looks like with the other prior head parts? Just for comparison.
  3. The biggest thing is that I don't feel like a D2C Pitch would be as interesting for people to get (though with the number of sports stadiums, who knows at this point). While the Express would be great, it likely wouldn't be that much larger than the one we have - it would just have extra cars, so making a $470 D2C centered around a ~$140 - value train, even with a large station, would be a lot.
  4. This. The fact is that this part is only within a parts pack, and it isn't made on it's own. While it's a perfect piece for the darksaber, LEGO would have to include the full set of roughly 9 pieces just to use one for the saber, and I think that's one of the big reasons why LEGO isn't going to be as quick to use this. It doesn't make sense to put full sets of weapons into a set to just use one piece (they've put tools in sets without using all of them, yes, but they usually still use more than just a single part from the tool wheel). As someone who just sold their 2013 sets over this past year, I'm looking forward to seeing what they release, and a really good AT-TE may convince me, but I'm not particularly egging for them.
  5. I wouldn't be upset if they did this, honestly. It would be a good and relevant way to include that features, even if the Willow isn't as good as the old one as a result.
  6. I have a strong feeling that if LEGO made a KH set for this theme, it would end up being similar to the HZD/HFW set and just be a small diorama or single location, so it likely wouldn't have many more figures than Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Sora, as well as some villain(s).
  7. I'm definitely looking forward to these set pictures, in part because it may mean the release of a trailer alongside of them. We shall see.
  8. At this point, I'm expecting no gunship, partly for marketing reasons as well. LEGO wants the UCS Gunship to sell, and it's only been out less than a year, and if they release a minifigure scale one, which people have been complaining that the UCS isn't, the sales for the big one will drop substantially, giving them less revenue on a project that was already a question of how well a prequel UCS will sell (not siding one way or the other, but they were partly testing waters with this set in some ways). It would make far more sense to sell the Gunship at minifigure scale in another year or so after the UCS has a bit more non-system-competitive set life. And for those about to say that the AT-AT and UCS AT-AT are released simultaneously, that's a different situation, as both are minifigure playable, just for different demographics, so neither hurts the sales of the other in the same way a system Gunship would definitely hurt sales of the UCS.
  9. While it would make the most sense to have Bellatrix if it's OotP based, LEGO still does like to shy away from including too many figures from the "less kid-friendly scenes," so I could see them avoiding her to keep it away from focus on Sirius' death.
  10. The accessory pack? We don't know at this point. Accessory packs are usually only around two new prints, and they have around 3 figures. Other than it being themed around the Infinity Saga, we don't know anything else.
  11. I would be surprised if there wasn't at least a Werewolf Lupin in the Shack, but we don't know for certain as far as that or the grim. The figure list for the ministry is a bit tentative. There's Umbridge, who doesn't make a lot of sense, and they even note that one of the figures is a bit unknown (they conjecture Fenrir, but they don't know), so we'll see what the final figure list is and what movie it's based on for certain.
  12. Pictures of the Thor sets should definitely show up sometime next month if they release in April (same with the accessory pack - the release date for that has been a bit less certain than the Thor sets, which are April release). The Sanctum is rumored to include 3 Dr. Strange figures, Wanda, Spider-Man, and Iron Man at this point, but the list of figures is far less definite than the set itself existing. They could be based all on MoM, but we really don't know if it's based on a mix of movies or not.
  13. The Sanctum would be released in May/June, yeah. I think the Hulkbuster is just rumored to include one figure (Bruce Banner, as the set is based on the IW buster). It was supposed to be coming this spring, but that's not confirmed. The $500 set - I don't think we have any definitive time. I wouldn't expect any pictures of the Sanctum until around April if it's releasing in May (at least nothing official until then). I could see us having pictures of the Thor sets basically anytime at this point. I'm not sure when the minifigure set is supposed to be releasing though.
  14. The Hulkbuster should be coming, as well as the heavily rumored Sanctum. The Avengers Tower is just speculation based on the $500 unknown set coming (which could be Marvel or DC, but is likely Marvel).
  15. Given that we just got the list for Harry Potter, how likely do y'all think it is that we'll see the full Marvel list soon? Not to start a waiting game like the HP thread has, but now I'm just curious.
  16. I'm definitely excited for these sets - moreso the non-Hogwarts sections (still not really collecting the 2021 style). I appreciate that they are making some new locations, and if all works well, this could be an incredible year for Harry Potter as a theme.
  17. Welcome to Eurobricks! And Peach is definitely a possibility. I do question how they would have her work with the past accessories, given that they are designed relatively specifically for Mario and Luigi's character designs, but they could make it work. As for the castle, given that Bowser's Castle should be retiring, I could definitely see Peach's castle coming, potentially with Bowser and, if they didn't have Peach as a new Starter Pack figure, perhaps Peach as well.
  18. I doubt it's something with Secrets of Dumbledore. It likely just wasn't a set they could get info for, similar to how SW still has several set numbers without info.
  19. These sets sound great! I guess we can stop arguing about whether the $470 could be the MoM now. haha
  20. New Thor looks great! Honestly, this side of his head works really well compared to the concept art we’ve seen. It does also depend on how much concept art was shown to companies though. As far as can be seen, companies didn’t get a lot of proper concept designs for Endgame, or likely NWH, so we can’t be certain with this one either.
  21. It’s not impossible, if only because of the difference with it being a licensed vehicle. It’s just going to be a waiting game at this point.
  22. I’d love to get just the Throne build from it with Fennec and Boba for display, but I doubt that’ll be cheap. And I would agree. The smaller intermittent waves in between the larger waves have been kinda nice.
  23. Frankly, I’m expecting at the most one DC set for the new movies, and very little otherwise. I suppose we’ll see.
  24. There’s just the one set yet, right?
  25. If it’s true, it should release in May/June timeframe. Edit: Ninja’d by @Quicksilver838 Honestly, I could see it going either way. I’d love to see them do some mixed figures for DS1 characters, but at this point, I’m just going to assume MOM primarily, and we’ll see from there. I do wonder how many figs are likely though, especially with how many the Bugle had for $90 more…
