  1. I'd like to be surprised!
  2. Ah yes, our most reliable resource
  3. What's left to reveal at this point? If HP is last, when might we be looking to get set names/descriptions?
  4. Better to believe the rumor false and be pleasantly surprised if it comes to fruition than to buy into it completely and be disappointed. In many regards this theme makes sense, which is why I doubt most. Both LEGO and Nintendo have a track record of making decisions that seem illogical from an outside perspective.
  5. Seems too good to be true, but I'd be so stoked if this is true. After all the other failed rumors, taking with a large grain of salt until we get more info!
  6. The hammer's concept is cool. I was expecting smaller, not prop sized but I get why. The gauntlet would've needed to scale up much more, and even then it would only be display. With this set you could (ill-advisedly) swing this sucker around. But it's a pass for me. The lack of any detailing is really killer. I get that stickers aren't our favorite things ever, but a few small ones would've gone a ways. The other thing that might've made me more interested is if the pieces were metalisized like the gauntlet, but alas it's just too bland imo. Side note but it's just funny to me, they call the set Thor's hammer but the plaque reads mjolnir. I get why, but still, c'mon. Lol.
  7. Any chance that one of the supposed Marvel sets could be the Tower of Fate? Or do we know think the entire rumor was false?
  8. Percy Jackson sets would fill a mythology niche thst's been missing from Lego for awhile. If the series does reasonable at all I'd bet there's be sets. Would make me a happy, I'm a big fan of Riordan, too!
  9. Looks a lot better imo. Much less awkward, even if the helmet still leaves something to be desired. Haven't picked up the set and no plans to, but if I were to this would definitely be the way I'd go with it. Good job.
  10. Wow, that's an excellent model. Well done! Love the expression, too.
  11. This. I'd buy any of those if they were produced.
  12. I just hope that LEGO has enough faith that the character will be popular to put then in a Tower of Fate set, I really want some version of the character. Won't be the same as the Rock's version, but certainly better than nothing.
  13. What characters are you still hoping to see in the future for Overwatch, assuming we get more sets? I'm personally hoping for a redo a Reinhart, one that either makes him bit more in-scale with the rest of the minifigures or gives him his barrier. I mean I'd love it if both, but gotta keep realistic expectations, it's LEGO and all.
  14. I'm more Marvel heavy in terms of my collecting, but the $100.00 set being DC has me hopeful. I love DC and their character Roster, just too few interesting sets in the past few years. I'd really be happy with just about any set that contained at least 3 unique chacters other than Batman or a Bat family character. It could be completely new (I mean I'm hopeful) or new hashes of characters we haven't seen in awhile. John Constantine, Doctor Fate, and Zatanna would be my personal top three wants, I'd be pretty stoked if we got just one of these.
  15. It's LEGO - never put it past them. That being said, I'm hopeful that if they bother to make spoiler sets, they'll include all three Spider-Man betwixt the sets, if not now down the line in the infinity saga line. Almost no way that a set off the statue of Liberty battle isn't made in some form at some point.
  16. Yep, that's the hair she has in my DA display. Not a perfect fit, but leaps and bounds better than her given hairpiece from the burrow.
  17. If they made a mustache piece that worked similarly to Edna Mode's hair piece from the Disney 2 CMF, giving the impression of a molded head, well that might be a thought.
  18. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
  19. I'm hoping that if sets are made, they fall into the line of the TMNT movie sets, with molded heads. I feel if they don't do specialized molded heads it'll be very uncanny.
  20. I finished my set at my Barnes and Noble as they were on the shelf. They actually had them in two spots in the store, almost left and then ran across an almost full box on a back display. I've seen them start cropping up at Target and got a handful at Walmart. Best of luck.
  21. I mean with D2C's being what they are, it's much more possible we won't have anything concrete until close to release, but it seems unlikely we wouldn't heard any rumor at all. Though I do hope a new Disney D2C is coming, especially with the train retiring soon.
  22. If they stick with 12 characters for Disney CMF 3 (as I expect they will), these are my predictions. Love to hear your thoughts and why there are good or poor choices! 1. Fantasia Mickey (star wand as accessory) 2. Totally Minnie (microphone as accessory) 3. Belle (ball outfit, book as accessory) 4. Beast (ball outfit, rose as accessory) 5. Darkwing duck (Magnifying glass as accessory) 6. Luigi (Remi + skillet as accessories) 7. Tiana (frog + pot as accessories 8. Naveen (from + ukulele as accessories) 9. Cruella de Vil (2 puppies as accessories) 10. Kronk (spinish puff as accessory) 11. Judy (carrot pen as accessory) 12. Nick (pawpsicle as accessory)
  23. An amazing set, you'll have no regrets.
  24. Don't get me wrong, I hope we do and it makes sense, however Lego doesn't have the best track record doing what makes sense in most people's opinion. Per example, recent news came out that there are (probably) no plans to make Gringott's bank for Harry Potter's diagon alley. Seemed like a no-brainer, the building being so iconic, but Lego doesn't seem bothered. Just not getting my hopes up for good things until we have an idea Lego actually has plans for it.
