  1. Looks really good. I like the overall look of the body in combination with the wheels. It seem to be just in the right proportions. And the white body makes it look even nicer. Looking forward to see it in action.
  2. Amazing machine. Very realistic with so many functions and well designed look. Great work.
  3. New blog entry on Technic Home Page: Top 100 emails We have now sent emails to the Top 100 semi-finalists, and most of you have already sent us your contact information so we can send your prizes to the correct addresses. If you were among the Top 100 and haven’t seen an email from us, it may be because your model didn’t comply with the competition rules. We also received error messages from a few of the emails we sent out. So if you know you made it to the Top 100, haven’t heard from us, and you’re not sure why, please email us again no later than May 3, 2013 with - Your LEGO ID user name - The email address you used when you created your LEGO ID - A valid email address, if you think there’s a chance your LEGO ID account is not up to date - Your full name - Your postal address And we will get back to you as soon as we can, either with your prize, or an answer to why we couldn’t include your model. All the best, The LEGO Technic Team
  4. Agreed. May be somebody will complain about some small technical/organizational issues, but with a prize to make happy almost every participant having a serious entry and with the amazing winning model that can make happy every technic fan this was really a great idea and contest. Congratulations for this successful idea TLG.
  5. I am sorry, if I was misunderstood, I meant, that for collectors getting 101st out of 100 may be even more attractive. That makes your model a special one. Just like if somebody would get one with licence plate stating that it is number 20,001 out of 20,000 limited edition. I wonder if they will distribute first 100 or just random numbers on licence plate.
  6. This makes your 101st even more special, since only 100 were planned.
  7. Congratulations, they are really open minded and fans of their fans.
  8. @Superkalle: is this what you are looking for?
  9. I like the engine sound trick. It even shakes a bit as a real one. Also the speed seems to be just right for RC Lego model. What happens if you will apply the pneumatic tube to all cylinders? Will you get a nice smooth V6 sound like in case of higher class cars?
  10. The explanation can be as simple as in case of VFracingteam (typo in email) on the other hand such mistake is a surprise for me since they copy the data from the user's database.
  11. @VFracingteam: congratulations, I am glad it was finally resolved. Did you get some kind of additional explanation? @Jaaptechnic: Official email stated to be replied till 3rd of May, so there still some time for a little wait. Especially after Conchas mentioned that it will be resolved/explained soon.
  12. It is really nice to bring this "numbering feature" also to technic and for the first time on a model designed in cooperation with fans.
  13. May be on the rear? It should be available for all countries to which LEGOShop is shipping.
  14. It looks so. I wonder what will be the numbering schema. Like EK-00001? That should be the one received by Egor.
  15. This individually numbered licence plate, motorized winch and working headlights make this model even more amazing. Good job.
  16. Your own pictures can be used commercialy. For commercial use of model produced with an aid of LDD you have to ask for a permission. But pictures are probably free since they are not part of the software or documentation. LDRAW also does not permit commercial use of the parts library, but pictures are ok.
  17. According to FAQ, they were all rendered from the LDRAW library.
  18. Do you expect to use a few or few hundred of the pictures? Rendering of each part with full level of detail can take longer, outlines versions are a question of may be 2 minutes each. Flat colored parts with outlines in style as seen in building instructions are a question of less than minute per part.
  19. POV-Ray has in the user interface one tab named "Messages", we need to know the content of that tab. Or you can try to check this topic (first 3 or 4 pages), since there were discussed most common problems.
  20. Could you, please, share the content of your message pane from POV-Ray?
  21. It's your prize, you should enjoy it and not resell it. What is it good for to look at sealed box? Yes, I know, it will double it's value in a few years. For this purpose buy another copy, if you want.
  22. I will build it with my kids. Or as usually I will let my kids built it first.
  23. Is possible that is was captured by your spam filter? The wording of the message could be considered by some filters as being spam, since it congratulates you and asks for an address.
  24. Are you still using the email address you provided to TLG?
