"By the way, is there any shop that you frequent to keep your equipment in fine order? I have some friends, I suppose hired hands like you to a certain extent, who would certainly be interested in upgrading some of their weapons and armour.

"I'm here on business. That's why I had to meet that orcish merchant."

"No, they actually can't move."

"You may be right there. Good luck with your venture. You look like quite a formidable foe."

"Oh, Sudz was very fine. We were able to give him the song from the other golem...my, her name was so hard to remember. He, in turn, gave her some kind of essence of his. It was all rather sweet. It's unfortunate that they can't meet." I smile and nod sagaciously, but my facial expression betrays that I am utterly clueless as to what Ezeran is talking about.

I strike a contemplative air. "I think what all true heroes try to achieve: to help those in need." I say nothing, but with a look at Ezeran, I mumble. "I guess I understand his actions in the machine then..." I shake my head.

"I've heard of them. I don't believe they hire though. It's kind of like community service, a friendly person may come along and give a donation, but I could be wrong. Do you happen to know of or have seen a travelling orcish merchant?"

I look on a little befuddled, but trying hard not to show it.

"It's never too early to start being a hero." Petaldan responds, accepting the helm.

I stroll over and put down 50 Gold for the Really Hard Helmet.
