    But how long after the heroes defeated him in quest #48 did the Regret live on? I know I've complained about battles with one enemy and multiple limbs suiting as different enemies, but this style, though more difficult, actually seems much better for some reason. I think it's a good way of making the battle more challenging while also allowing any heroes attack to deal maximum damage.

    I attack Aim from the Front Row with the Dual Staff, Dual-Striking Allocer or Baal or Belial if one is KO'ed. If all three are KO'ed, I dual-strike Aim

    Just to confirm, if I were to equip the Medal of Glory and the Soul Link Chain with Atramor, Atramor would get triple XP too, correct? If he would, then I de-equip the Amulet and equip the Soul Link Chain and the Medal of Glory.

    I turn to the others and whisper, "It certainly doesn't appear that any of the villagers are in on this. The only person I suspect is that Crimson Crown person."

    "I thank you for the pains that you have taken to rescue all these may. May God bless and strengthen you. "Now, as my compatriot so articulately worded it, we must go and stir up a demonic poopstorm."

    "Certainly, if our party leader agrees? Tell me, do you believe the marquis has been possessed against his will, or did he invite the demons on? Or still, rather, is the marquis we met merely an imposter?"

    "We are from Heroica, you see."

    "I hope it's not a battle between the Guild and the Ziegfrieds again. The Guild may have plans to use it against the Ziegfrieds or perhaps the Ziegfrieds were attempting to hide it from the Guild. In any case, it appears that someone was trying to mine it, which is kind of scary. "Oh, no! That woman with the baron didn't like magic users, maybe she is the one behind it all. We will need to speak to the baron alone, I think."

    "Greetings, my good people. Brothers and sisters, please, do not be alarmed by our presence. We are here to help you. In fact, we are here to rid this land of these vile demons that plague you. We have slain many already and rescued this child from their vile clutches. We beg you to please take the child and care for him as we fear that we will not be able to offer him/her the safety that you can here, as we have many more demons to hunt down and destroy. Please do keep our efforts in your prayers as I will keep your safety in mine."

    "Can't argue with that logic," I mumble. I want to say something about not trusting Catnip, being demonic, but I don't feel entirely comfortable doing it with Namyrra in the party. I wonder if they'll ever forget that.

    "Yes, there was some green stuff...um, perhaps Ezeran can explain better than I can. And don't worry, we defeated the direwolves, so you won't be receiving any trouble from them."

    "What an odd Phenomenon!" I say, entirely baffled by the occurrance.

    I tag along behind Ellaria, not having felt particularly welcome last time around. I smile in a friendly manner to the people Ellaria communicates with.

    I jump slightly, my memory jolted. "It's not me this time, Namyrra, I swear it." Focusing on the matter at hand, "As much as I would hate to waste time, we do need to give the baby to someone else who can care for him. It's too dangerous tagging along with us in this house full of demons...well, what am I saying? He's probably safer here with us than anywhere else he could be, but he could certainly prove to hamper our mission."

    "What's in the barrel?" I ask. Then to Hybros, "I suppose I should give it a try." I attempt to dismantle the lock of the prison.

    "Well, any demon-hunter should be a friend of mine, I should like to think. But maybe not, demon-hunting is easier than it used to be and it doesn't only take dedicated men of the cloth to do it these days." I lean back, munching on my Raw Meat. "He has some strange powers that man/devil. I suppose none of you ever encountered him before now or his demonic version?" Seeing Atramor take to the floor, I attempt to help him with my own Magic Shovel.

    I dust off my clothes and look around. "Well, that was interesting indeed. Do you think our host is helplessly possessed by a demon such as these, or do you think he knowingly invited them? This is a queer castle."

    "Or maybe she wandered in here and the wolves killed her and then the owner of these beasts put her in her house and made it look like a murder?"
