  1. I disagree there again. If Guts, or any other Raider were to go into the Fields with it, they would upgrade it even faster than you do. I'm pretty sure Stigveladi has killed more enemies than Hybros so far (of course, that may be due to her crown ). In any case, any party going out for a quest is almost certain to face, through the quest, at least three times the number of enemies, that means that, if the amount of kills were divided evenly, each person would get three kills in the quest and adding three WP to that weapon is probably worth more than any gold you could get in the quest for upgrading it. But then, one must take into account that there are defensive roles too. Those are almost certain to kill less enemies, which makes the more offensive-based classes able to kill more. So that weapon in the hand of any offensive based class, will get upgraded quite quickly. Maybe not quite as quickly as it does in your hands, but I think still enough to make it overpowered. But even if a nerf is made to it, I'll be sure to try to help Hybros get it as powerful as possible before then.
  2. Still, why not make it WP: 30 or WP:25? I would still pay a ton for such a weapon if it were actually suitable for Pretzel. I don't mean for sale in the Marketplace, but what kind of gold heroes expect for selling a powerful weapon.
  3. Exactly. Which is why I think powerful weapons should be dropped only very rarely, and by that, I consider WP: 15 already being powerful. Is it just me or has the cost of powerful weapons just dropped drastically recently?
  4. Giving a WP:20 weapon when WP:10 are common place, but WP:40 is many 1000s of gold worth of upgrades better than WP:20.
  5. I don't know if he used it as his primary weapon though...I could be wrong. But admit it, it would become insanely powerful very quickly in a wide array of heroes' hands. Pretty much any nostrum drinking, smelling-salt sniffing, power house.
  6. I disagree. Give the weapon to anybody in a quest and they are sure to get at least a fair number of kills out of it. Each of those kills are now worth over 200 gold. Of course, you build complements this, but that doesn't make the weapon not overpowered. Perhaps it could be changed to only increasing WP for humanoids killed, although I see no logical reason for this.
  7. I think you can autoroll with all of us doing nothing and me healing Hybros should he need it, unless he rolls Special Damage.
  8. You've got to be kidding me! Well...I guess not everyone has a weapon like Lifestealer. I would almost venture to say that the axe is ridiculously overpowered, and should be shifted down to WP: 20, but...
  9. I very much agree. Right now, I see the Warden's Shield skill as probably being among the weakest of the Knight's Advanced Classes. I don't think it needs a nerf. The rod, yes, but the Warden's Shield, no. While we're on the topic of overpowered weapons though, I really wonder if the Sword of Ancestral Hatred is also ridiculously overpowered, especially when it's used in the Fields of Glory.
  10. I do nothing from the back row
  11. I attack Toxic Toads G and H from the Back Row with my Dual Staff. "Another massive display, dwarf!" I applaud.
  12. "May I suggest that you don't both target the same critter?"
  13. I attack Toxic Toad B and C from the Front Row with my Dual Staff.
  14. One has to love Heckz. He's really got a vision for what he wants and is pursuing it. But...but...Docken is immune to insta-KO.
  15. "Alternatively, you could keep the Medal of Glory and let Nur borrow the Ethereal Cloak." I sleep in my Bedroll. Okay, I thought it was a given that people would sleep in their bedrolls at the Sanctuaries. I look at the Tasty Apples on the tree and check with my Magnificent Microscope whether they are edible and whether they will give a Stats boost. I then look in the distance towards the Muddy Riverbank to see if I can see what enemies we will be facing in advance...just because it's fun.
  16. Throlar's Sentinel was up, so there should be no damage taken.
  17. "Dwarf, you may want to put on that Crown of yours." Don't bedrolls restore full ether?
  18. I nod in thanks to Nur and Equip the Medal of Glory, removing the Fire Amulet. "I am not entirely sure. A different rank, perhaps?" I turn questioningly towards Hybros. We should all be at full ether.
  19. Yeah, I was unable to understand why we'd get 15 GP each either, but I don't mind. "Hmm...it seems to me that the Muddy Riverbank wouldn't be a bad place to go. It seems that there is at least some loot there worth mentioning, but if you prefer to buzz on down to the Corn Maze, then that's fine by me." Are we going for any of the QM challenges? I turn to Nur, "Well, if it's all the same to you, I would love to borrow it...the Medal of Glory, that is...only if you don't want to use it though."
  20. Oh, but come on, with the Dancing Shoes and the Dagger! He's already dancing the purse strings away from those he meets and leaving them writhing in agony.
  21. "Well, alright. If you insist. Does anyone feel the need to rest at the sanctuary? Or should we move straight on to the next fight?" Either way, I heal Nur. "Whether we go to the sanctuary or not, where to from here/there?"
  22. Now I just remembered that Lifestealer is a dagger. Raider Guts slashing his way through his opponents...with a dagger...and Dancing Shoes. I don't think so. I think Guts would make for an excellent Harlot.
  23. "Nice job!" I applaud Sylph. "I think it's time to head back to the hall." I dig with My Magic Shovel.
  24. I repeat my action. Bah, I suspected this would happen. Why don't you just let Nagure and Pretzel eat up the free hits while Sylph tries until he is successful to revive Nur. Once he does so, you can kill the weeds. That way CMP, can just autoroll. There was no need for Nur to attack the plants in the first place.
