So I called my local Lego Store, which still pretend they don’t know this set existed. Either way since they’re curbside pick up only it’s literally Just who calls them first in the morning. What a nightmare. I may have to go to Disneyland unfortunately

Can someone decipher what the technic pins on Knockturn alley mean? There’s 3 - one at the bottom, one at window height, and one towards the top of WWW. How would an expansion work in that case?

Has anyone been able to spot what controls the WWW head? I’m sure they made it so the arm can go up and down the reveal the bunny, but nothing has given it away yet. I mean it’s just Harry Potter, surely it won’t do as well as the Grand Piano

Could someone with a better understanding of Photoshop change the QQS pink color to New Dark Red? Just out of curiosity.

I would be so amazing if they released the other side of the street at one point, especially as they are movie accurate with this side. I am thinking about extending the gravel road a bit with small plates and making it a proper street.

Has everyone’s fears on the minifigures been mitigated at least a bit now that we have them in proper resolution? I think the set is absolutely beautiful!

Interesting how the pink looks much darker on the picture with all the modular separated. Think it looks better that way Yea it has basically ruined the rest of the reveal.. Now does Lego just pretend none of this happened for 7 more days? Probably

Ugh, this reveal has been weird. I just want the mainstream world to be excited, the people that aren’t following leaks. Not being able to talk about the set officially until it will literally be in our hands takes a lot of the fun out of it ? Though to be fair, if the set wasn’t leaked this would be fairly exciting haha but it’s unrealistic to think the entire week before the set launches you are going to keep everything under wraps

Lego hasn’t posted on social media yet. Maybe they will clarify something later today? also, interesting that they reference going through the Leaky Cauldron brick wall in their promo, yet it doesn’t exist in the set ?

You would think they wouldn’t hint at a reveal an entire week before hand. I really see no benefit in not announcing it until literally the day it releases

Welp, hoping to wake up tomorrow to AT LEAST a teaser. Tuesday is perfect for a reveal one week before release. also, did anyone else forget that we have a Q&A as well? Is there a certain way they’ve done them before?

You might be! something just seems off about it, perhaps the weird angle it’s at? I wish the box felt more alive. The 2018 micro scale box did it well with other buildings painting the background. This one feels different, but I can imagine how hard it was to get an angle on such a long set.

He’s definitely childish and has some growing up to do professionally, but I agree with a lot of his takes, at least when it comes to Harry Potter. And I think his videos are entertaining. Regardless, I’m just dying to hear reaction s on the set! It’s like when you create a piece of music and you just can’t wait to hear how people connect to it :) (no I didn’t work on the set but I’m excited for the designers to be applauded!)
