Wizarding World 2024 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Haha, no worries! I just thought it was funny that Narcias was having an unbreakable bow. i agree, I really need some minfigures in differnet clothes from different scene. Yes, Narcarissa does need a dual-molded hairpiece. Her hair is really fascinating to collect in the lego mold. Also, I don’t think they will need a new mold for ferret - ther is an otter mold so i think it’s good to recolor it as a white ferret. I have nothing to say about Ripper because it’s very obvious. Printed book “Tales of Beedle the Bard” is on my list. I know there are a few missing minifigures like the wedding scene. -
@Roebuck, acknowledged. I did say “new mold”, although I could not remember well as my eyesight got worse as of right now. I thought foal and falcon molds were updated slightly based on AFOLs’ comments somewhere here and on articles. Ah well…move along, everyone…

@Accio Lego Narcissa has unbreakable bow? No wonder why sh has a strong backbone or a beautiful blow in her hair. But you have a great list - I really need those characters’ variants. -
Wizarding World 2024 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
I’m not sure how they could do CMF Serie 3 for Harry Potter. What characters were missing exactly? It’s 2018 - 2024 and i dont’ think there are more characters left now. I also don’t think they will “reboot” series for this theme. Regardless, I am in favor for printed medium legs. Medium legs are not widely used throughout different themes as far as I can see. Printing for medium legs, please. -
That’s one, thank you.

LEGO Dreamzzz 2024 Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
As a fan of in-house themes, I start to appreicate DreamZzz theme more and more as they continue releasing waves. I love that idea the sets hae alternative building ways. It’s more fun for kids to play and expand their imgination. I love the designs for both heroes and villians - colors, accessories, and minifigure parts, etc. I’m ve excited to collect the dark versions of the heroes and I haven’t snagged both Never Witch and Sneak from the winter wave. It’s cool to see alt builds for those 3 sets. I’m curious to see other sets we haven’t seen yet. I really don’t mind color schemes. I think it’s more fun since it’s a dream world! -
Forest is a better word rather than North American or Northern Europe. Agreed o n bison. If I remember correctly, Lego did cancel bison/buffalo some years ago. I feel foxs, moose, wolves are long overdue. We were hoping that Snow Guardian come with a wolf but we got husky dog in CMF. Hat a bad choice they had!
-
Yes and no. Yes, new molds and no, just i feel like they modified the mold slightly after years. I recall seeing some people’s comments about how slightly they updated the molds somewhere. Anyways…. I think it’s not just goat but cow from late 2000s/early 2010s too. The cow made its comeback in 2022. Bot goat and cow look the same as before.

Mike - classic and modern
Lion King replied to The Reader's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Hello Mike! It’s a great idea to use torso and hat from newspaper boy. I didn’t realize that torso and hat are more like Mike’s,, brilliant! -

Hmmmm interesting… and are the foal and falcon molds the “old” molds too I might misremember but I think foal was introduced in Paradisa or Berylville themes in 90s but i could not remember about falcon…

Once again, this summer subtheme is NOT set in African purely. Just a mix of African and Asian jungles. But yeah I agreee wiht you on North American wildlife. There are so many animals that we hven’t gotte, suandch as bison, goose.
-
May if sets would release in June in Europe.
-
Agreed. Gorillas are clearly from Africa while red panda from Asia. Just like last year’s Arctic and Ocean subtheme. i like the way Lego does it.
-
LOL, oops!! I must have been thinking about Japanese food lately…. Agreed, i just don’t know if Raven will show up in any City sets other than farm, it’s more likely for Halloweeen-themed sets, Disney, Harry Potter, Castle theme. Norse god of knowledge having a ramen for dinner sounds cool, Honeslty, lol New color for crocodile and its baby? Oh boy, I need to collect them! Gorilla and its infant! Red panda! Raven! Stegosaurus! Robot dog! Space penguin! …I’m just excited about new colors and molds for all animals from groups (fantasy, sci-fi, realistic, prehistory).

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I think you are overthinking. I mean, sure, hopsital in realit are not always fun. But in the Lego world, they might be friendly for all ages, in both Friends and City. I think Lego designers could do a modular hopsital something differenl from the reality. Like… visitors paying visit to sick patients, attending a rebaitbant session, an infant ward, a doctor’s office, cafternia, ambulance bay, etc.No surprise that both children and adult watch tv shows or movies that involves hospitals… I think desginers are able to do something similiar to City and Friends hospital concepts for adults. Police Station is a friendly set for all ages - a thief stealing donuts. No murders, no drugs, nohting else but just a silly chase. -
Not just you, but also show “us”. I am with you on this.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Lion King replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
There is a new raven mold showing up in the DreamZzz summer wave! It could be possible for a all-black raven to be introduced in future CMF series I could imagine it will go with Allfather (Odin), grave digger, enchantress, poetry writer (Edgar Allen Poe). -

Yup taht’s her in the wheelchair. -
I don’t think raven mold would show up in regular City set. But crows can show up in farm setting. I think ramen could be used for CMF to accompany figures, such as Odin or enchantress or grave digger.
