Ohhh, I thought it was unicorn adult with two Pegasus foals in Unicorn Castle set? My bad. CMFs are well known for mixture of figures. I have seen caveman and cavewomen but no prehistoric creatures. I have seen dino hunter but no dino baby (I’m not counting Rex Dangervest from TLM@ Seires because it’s a technically licensed series). Space Series recently introduced us robot dog and space penguin - it’s the only series that doens’t include realistic / extranet animals. But yes, prehistoric / fantasty creatures might not fit in new blind boxes. I just feel they might to squeeze saber-toothed tiger cub (like an existing lion cub with new fangs). Dunno about elephant calf from 2021 - rethe size of woolly mammoth calf might be small but too thick. If they are too big for CMF, City theme would be perfect.

I can understand why you are very hopeful for animal molds in Series 28 but i never expected to see animal molds in any non-licensed and licensed series. That said, my exepecations for animal molds are very low so I won’t be disappointed. I know it’s highly unlikely that they do it but I always want to see saber-toothed tiger cub, woolly mammoth calf, unicorn foal, griffin cub/chick, etc. Ah well….I keep dreaming.

LEGO Collectable Minifurries Series 28. Rumors and discussion
Lion King replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I agree that it’s unlikely for the first seires of 2026 would be licensed.. I’m totally okay with “animal costumes” series. But if it’s mix of costume, citizens with aniamls (example, lumberjack with beaver), and anthromphic animals, that’s also okay with me.- 178 replies

I always wait for City theme to introduce us to new animal molds. Like….moose, hedgehog, panda, llama, new flamingo, ostrich, giraffe, hippo, wildebeest, wild dog, boar, snow leopard, lynx, iguana, gecko, swordfish, bass, cod, new octopus, new crab, new bat, new frog, etc….

No Praying Mantis yet?! Darn it… but I agree - we have only one Shark so far.- 178 replies

Ah I totally forgot about that mouse mold from Series 18! Although I won’t count recolor IG as “new”, you have a valid point. We sitll don’t know if it’s acutally Aniamls or Animal Costumes series. Ah, I remember tht challenge! …..you know something that we don’t know?

I know what you mean. But I jsut dont’ think there wont’ be a a few new mold animals in Seires 28. You could see a few recolored costing animal molds in 14, 18 and 26. Having budget to make new parts for costume minifigures. I ahve sheen ONE recolored existing cat in Series 14, ONE fish in Series 18, and TWO recolored dog and penguin in Series 26.

LEGO Collectable Minifurries Series 28. Rumors and discussion
Lion King replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I get that some of you (AFOLs) are disappointed that Series 28 would be animal costumes-themed just like you were disappointed with Space Series 26 last year. I was disappointed with the lame so-called CMF F1 series. I really odn’t mind about speical themed series like 14, 18, 22, 26 and 28 as long as they include non-licensed minifigures. It would be fun o collect diverse minifigure in in-house (both normal and themed) series. Food consumes series, anyone? :)- 178 replies

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
Sure, I would love to see a modular skyscraper buidling!! -
I don’t think that would be likely, Honeslty. Think about it, animal costumes have-themed sereis would have severa new molds (a few recolored existing molds, probably). At least one animal mold might be safe. Actual animal molds dressing up in costume would be cute lol

Yes, I think it’s time for a guessing game! It’s just created. :) I have trouble copying and pasting the link to the new guessing game here….- 178 replies

You put out 12 that you think may’ll happen in series 28 - Animal Costumes - scheduled Jan 2026 These are not minifigures you actually wanted but minifigures you think that can happen. Gender doesn't count. If you write a policeman and in Series 25 we have a policewoman you however get 1 point. If you write a police person you do better. If your guess is nearly right, you would be awarded 0,5 points. Like if you to be specific. Please no "some sort of person with some sort of animal": that will give you 0 points. This time it will be hard, because we don't know if they are going to theme it or not. Feel free to play to a non-themed series! NOTE; This series might be a mixture of disfigures (animal costumes, anthromorphic character and nomral characters with animals as accessories as nothing confirmed at the moment. 1.) Koala wiht leaf 2.) Cat 3.) Goldfish with a fish bowl 4.) Saber-Toothed Tiger with a saber-toothed tiger cub 5.) Mammoth with ice crystal 6.) Lion 7.) Toucan with a spyglass 8.) Kangaroo 9.) Pigeon 10.) Octcopus 11.) Flamingo 12.) Stegosaurus

LEGO Collectable Minifurries Series 28. Rumors and discussion

I’m totally fine with animal costumes! Like Space Series 26 coming with two animals (alien penguin and robot dog), I think this next series might include at least one animal. I don’t think we will see fox or pigeon pop into this CMF seires since they already exist in City theme. If there is at least new animal mold, I am hoping for a saber—toothed tiger cub and woolly mammoth calf to pair up with saber-toothed tiger and mammoth costumes. I hope mammoth calf is too big for CMF but I still hope for it lol.

LEGO Collectable Minifurries Series 28. Rumors and discussion
Lion King replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Don’t get me wrong but I prefer phrehstioryc creature over dinsoaur like saber-toothed tiger and woolly mammoth. I can’t see fox or pigeon mold show up in CMF as they already pop up in City theme….. I think that’s odd that we will ahve a cat costume in Series 28 as we already ahve one in Series 19. My guess would be Goldfish, Saber-toothed Tiger, Woolly Mammoth, Toucan, Kanagroo, Owl.- 178 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Lion King replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Yay!! An animal costume series! Other non-space fans said “Boo” when we had Space series last year…. I just think it’s cool that there is another speical theme just like Space, Party, Halloween and Costume themed ones. :). I am ignoring F1 one…. -
Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I mea it’s obvious for the 20th annivesary…. But my point is that that there is already a big Modular Building set on shelf (Natural History Museum) and we ever don’t know when it will be reaped with another big one (maybe the 20th annivesary est??). Assembly Square had been around for 7 years and Boutqiue Hotel is the 15th annivesary set and it’ snot a big one. However it is a grand one becuase of its unique shape and features and its numerous references to the past Modular Building sets. Natural History Museum is only a $300 set while other three Modular Building sets are $230 on shelves. I have no idea how long Natural History Museum will last while on the shelves until 2027. Regardless, I’m so looking forward for the 20th anniveary! -
