    I’m hoping that coast guard set would include a new seagull mold in hard plastic instead of soft rubber.

    Thank you for emailing, me, i totally forgot about that cobra piece. Now I will add cobra to my “hope” list for it be introduce din hard plastic in its new shape.

    Why would you think it’s unlikely? Seagull mold is made out of soft rubber and when it’s aged, it own’t sit on a stud firmly… As we have bunch of a Asian creatures in hard plastic (falcon, eagle, owl, etc). And as far as I remember, seagull is only the creature taht is made out of soft rubber purely (not counting mouse, flamingo, dinosaur). I would love to see a seagull coming in dual-molded plastic or in a different pose. Exactly. That’s why I said “if”. I’m just glad that wold would “is” showing up in City theme.

    Not against a lot of animal accessories in Series 28, no. I just don’t feel it would be full of animal molds as accessories to accompany figures. It woudl make sense that half of 12 figures come with new animal molds, a few as animal comes, and anthromorphic characters. But i don’t like the idea of fans chasing certain animals. Breastmaster’s wolf is very popular in CMF for sure but if it never shows up in other sets like City or BAM. It woudl be more difficult for fans to find wolf in secondary market.

    I’m totally fine with mix of diverse minifigures, similiar to Monsters, Party, Party 2.0, and Space.

    For coast guard sets, I hope they re-design a seagull mold in HARD plastic. If there is Animals CMF Seires indeed, with a lot of aniamls, I Honeslty think it’s stupid. Imagine that, buyers chase after them and then re-sell them twice an oringal price in or more in a secondary market. Or eve buy bunch of same animal they want, making it more difficult for other animal fans to find. Just saying….

    I’m sorry but this is my personal (and unpopular) opinion on Rebrickable. I find it annoying that so many people advertise their MOCs through Rebrickable, too much Rebrickable. Thier Modular Buidling MOCs are indeed beatuiful but I don’t buy them. Please don’t take it serious. And this is not what I’m telling you to stop buying those Rebrickable sets. Do what you please yourself. :)

    Possibly. I can understand why Lego is doing a lot of knight factions this year. And they released MTS last year. But i think it’s becuase we had D&D series last fall that it’s too close to Castle series? D&D CMF series are very useful for Castle fans. Lol, i know. I was just being sassy and sarcastic. :)

    I haven’t followed this thread for months b i jsut saw a list. Is a Sorting Hat mold going to be new? And I’m quite surprised to see a motorcycle set at a lowest price.

    Now that you said. Falconer came with falcon, then Breastmaster came with wolf. I would be surprised to see two new knight factions with mythical creatures (even tho it won’t happen becuase of size).

    Hmm… 3 16x32 buildings in one set does sound very interesting to me. Although, I always wish for one 16x32 building in its own set per summer while 32x32 ones in winter, I do like this idea. It is VERY to arrange the buildings around more freely rather than a larger 48x32 building set like Assembly Square and Natural History Museum. It has me curious to see!

    All good! :) Agreed, I’m not happy about the new Stegosaurus mold from last year - it should have a swinging tail function just like Ankylosaurus from 2020. I can’t wait I to see both Pterandon and Stegosaurus babies show up in either in-house or Jurassic World themes in normal colors. Lol, I feel ya about the Goblin raptor! It’s an easy pass for me. Now that you said - go crazy! It’s a purpose for non-licensed CMF series and in-house themes. From now on, I am looking forward to see non-existing creatures being introduced!

    Let’s not forget that Marvel sets recently have Spidey Pterandon and stegosaurus babies otuside out of Jurassic World. That would be interesting to see dinosaurabies from Marvel pop into Jurassic World as normal dinos. I’m not too crazy about weird-colored Spidey dinos. On the other hand, I don’t think it would be an issue if a dino baby shows up in licensed or non-licensed CMF series even if Jurasic World and Marvel dinos are around. I always want to see something unique like prehistoric / fantasy / sci-fi creatures in CMF series. :)

    Ohhh, I thought it was unicorn adult with two Pegasus foals in Unicorn Castle set? My bad. CMFs are well known for mixture of figures. I have seen caveman and cavewomen but no prehistoric creatures. I have seen dino hunter but no dino baby (I’m not counting Rex Dangervest from TLM@ Seires because it’s a technically licensed series). Space Series recently introduced us robot dog and space penguin - it’s the only series that doens’t include realistic / extranet animals. But yes, prehistoric / fantasty creatures might not fit in new blind boxes. I just feel they might to squeeze saber-toothed tiger cub (like an existing lion cub with new fangs). Dunno about elephant calf from 2021 - rethe size of woolly mammoth calf might be small but too thick. If they are too big for CMF, City theme would be perfect.

    I can understand why you are very hopeful for animal molds in Series 28 but i never expected to see animal molds in any non-licensed and licensed series. That said, my exepecations for animal molds are very low so I won’t be disappointed. I know it’s highly unlikely that they do it but I always want to see saber-toothed tiger cub, woolly mammoth calf, unicorn foal, griffin cub/chick, etc. Ah well….I keep dreaming.

    I agree that it’s unlikely for the first seires of 2026 would be licensed.. I’m totally okay with “animal costumes” series. But if it’s mix of costume, citizens with aniamls (example, lumberjack with beaver), and anthromphic animals, that’s also okay with me.

    I always wait for City theme to introduce us to new animal molds. Like….moose, hedgehog, panda, llama, new flamingo, ostrich, giraffe, hippo, wildebeest, wild dog, boar, snow leopard, lynx, iguana, gecko, swordfish, bass, cod, new octopus, new crab, new bat, new frog, etc….
