    Hello folks! I am not sure if this quesiton had been answered here bfore.  So here it goes… I just finsihed buildking Police Station two months ago and something still bothers me. There is a crown/lotus-like piece that is hidden beneath the stairs on he ground floor, what is it supppsoed to mean/represent? Quote

    If this set is selling well, I hope Lego would do more Pirate sets / theme (singular) - that would be great!

    I did try to find older Modular Buidlings on eBay and Amazon and, darn, they are so expensive! So far, I have Bookshop, Police Station, bouique Hotel and Jazz Club off Lego.com. if you have VIP points, maybe you could use them to recieve some discount and get Jazz Club?

    I don’t think I have that overhanging buildings that often but…that does sound interesting to me! EDIT: I was building Boutique Hotel today and I see. What you are talking about. Balcony does hang over the sidewalk I agree with you.

    I can’t decide if I can buy that fortress or not - i never own any pirates sets. I mean ANY. not the 2015 Piates theme. Not the Classic Pirates Theme. Not even the Imperial or Islander themes. Not that Ideas PoBB set (I regret missing the opportunity). I am hoping there would be a molded hull ship somedays but it may be expsnive. But I LOVE that ship in the set!

    That’s fair - You you make a point yourself there. However, City themis not 100% generic or realistic.

    Hmm fish on a stick? Not like just sticking a bar into a fish’s mouth, yeah? Or make a fish more hollowed so just slide a stick into its mouth little more deeper? I just think it would be cool a few old-styled weapons like revolver or one you just mentioend. Revolver had been seen in Pirate of the Caribbean: the Curse of Black Pearl. That revolver is quite longer than pistol. And I think we need a jug piece!

    Ok, quesiton for you, folks! is it safe to say that we do hae a new racing subtheme? There are three sets (so far) that are based on the racing video game “Lego 2K Drive”.

    Exactly! Even tho a commucnaiton is a challenge when I’m deafblind and my relatives are not, it is still help us get together as we build a lego set! :)

    Let’s change a topic, shall we? I do wonder if Monkie Kid will have another wave next year? This theme has been around here for over 3 years now and i realize - will it be discontinued eventually? Or will it have “legacy”sets just like Ninjago does? Ninjago is an evergreen theme but is Monkie Kid gong to be evergreen?

    Please excuse my “weird” question. Is that ship having a molded hull or is it built out of bricks? I’m visually impaired so I could not tell if it’s a single hull piece or just made out of bricks. Oh it happened to Forest Hideout GWP lastyear -tree is black instead of brown.

    @Yperio_Bricks, your suggestions are much fun, I love it! These ideal accessories sound amazing! I think we need some new pistol mold? And maybe new fish mold. Of course, we need GOAT! And minifigures sound sooooo good that I wish Lego produce them!

    I could see a goat showing up in a CMF series and it also shows up. In a village set. Nothing wrong with it being included in CMF.

    Ooo, I like this thread for ideal pirate elements from CMF! Thanks for tagging me here, @zinnn! i like this idea! I would love to see a wing-spreading parrot going with a pirate character in future CMF. And yes, I did came up with ideas for pirate-themed CMF series aboe. :)

    Yeah! Just like Series 18 to celebrate 40th anniversary of minifigures so why not a pirate/castle/space-themed series?!

    @The Brick Boss, yeah. Although, it’s still nice to hae explorer subthemes that bring us different types of vehicles, sceneries and animals. Subthemes basically last for a few years like 2 years. Take an example, Adventureers only last for short time. Or Aquazone. Or Arctic (theme). I think City is more fitting for all around-the-world subthemes. Plus, there is a few named characters showed up in subthemes from the main City Adventure tv show. Like one lady showed up in submarine in 2020, I think? And Farm subtheme goes along with Grocery set last year, right? But I’m still happy that explorer subthemes bring us more animals! I do think zoo subtheme is a nice idea but we NEVER got any zoo subtheme in City so I’m not exaclty sure why? and i think we already have a racing subtheme - 2K Drive?
