    I’m not sure about see-through wll in regular hospital sets but I never owned thee. Hopsital is pretty long overdue - we do have Fire Brigade (I’m hoping for a remake since I mixed out on it) and Police Station. Ambulance Station would be a great follow-up for Hospital. We need EMS! There is a bunch of mail boxes throughout Modular Building serie so we need Post Office! I think you talked about Mail Plane subtheme in City some years ago but there wa indeed a non-modular post office in the past.

    Or in CMF series some days. If I remember correctly, the winter wave was released wor wide. If so, then why summer wave’s different regional release dates?

    Well, I would love to see TLG to re-make Fire Brigade set that was released in 2009. It would be nice tht the desginers would re-create the 1930s firehouse wiht new techniques, new details, new layout, new parts (the new ones hat were not existed back in 20009). I never own the old FB set and it’s already expnsive in the secondary market so I couldn’t afford it.

    Yeah I feel like scraping the original 17th Modular Building plan (Newspaper Press) was a big challenge for the designer to come up with a Jazz Club concept. I could imagine they were very franatic putting that club together and saying “Done!”. But it’s no excuse for them to choose color scheme for the enitre building. So let’s hope for the 18th building much better. I sure hope we would get a school or daycare! Potte’s studio may be a small business rather than a main one. For example, the jazz club is dominant while pizzeria is a small business. Or police station is a big one while donut shop is small one. I think zoo would be very cool but how can Lego do that to fit into Modular series? I think carrot cosme guy meant to be a mascot for City’s Farm subtheme - there is a farm market van set.

    I think Lord of the rings / Hobbits CMF seires would be great. It’s unfair that Rivendell set is extortionately high… I wou love to collect the characters from LOTR/Hobbits franchise. But I agree with Jon wil.

    Himeji Castle? If that’s true, then….YES!!!! I just want an Architecture set that revolts around Japanese site, rather than Skyline set (I do have Tokyo Skyilne set). Plus, I’m a huge fan of Japanese culture (art, food, history, archeicture, etc) so this would be great for me to add it to my home.

    There are several missing extinct spieces we don’t have in Lego form yet, such as: 1.) Parasaurolphus, 2.) Mosasurus 3.) Dimetrodon 4.) Allosaurus 5.) Nasutoceratops 6.) TeenageTyrannosaurus rex 7) Spinosaurus 8.) Sinoceratops 9.) Dimoprodon (not sure if I spell it right?) 10.) Stegosaurus 11.) Baby Pteranodon 12) Baby Stegosaurus

    We had a vast gap between 2015 and 2018 for Jurassic World theme - there were no new sets in that gap. So I don’t know how long we would have o wait for the Lost Worldd or JPIII annivesary. Not sure what you mean by “in-house tie-in”. But I would love to see an in-house theme to get some more dinosaurs like you just mentioend these species. I love in-house themes like Hiden Side, City, Ninjago, Kid, and DreamZzz. But I don’t think an in-house theme would last much longer than licensed themes like 1 - 2 years.

    I know it’s too early to speculate but…I am very curious what kind fo CMF series 2024 would bring us. I’m sure we will have one regular series and two licensed series. But what kind of licensed series, exaclty, I wonder. Iknow there is nothing new but I just enjoy talking about random ideas for future CMF.

    Okay, thanks for explanations Unless Daily Bugle would be retired in two or three years, they might revisit that Newspaper Press idea, which itwould be great. But yeah I see your point there. Also, there is a very small coincidence - we have a Newspaper Kid minifigure from CMF Series 24 to go along with the cancelled Modular Building set.

    Not sure if this has been brought up. Anyways…is it rue that the original Newspaper Press plan had been scrapped and switched with Jazz Club for some reasons? I mean, we already have Daily Bugle that was released in 2021 and it easily blends into Modular Building. However, I was not aware about Newspaper Press plan being scrapped until last night so I was not sure if it was just speculation.

    I think it makes sense why we are nt seeing another fairground set this year. I gues we will wait for 2024.

    Do you know how many new molds this theme offers us? Minifigure parts, animals, etc.

    Is it true that Moving Truck GWP set comes back? EDIT: Yup it does come back, I saw it on Lego S@H website.

    Sure, there is a handle of “existing” ii figures. I would like to see a female judge in black gown (again, I’m sure there are existing minifigure part out there…) However, I don’t agree with you on Town Hall’s wedding venue - I actually missed out on that set so I would love for Lego to produce OR re-make a Goverment site like Town Hall. Nothing wrong with two wedding venues in one city. For example, Winter Village’s Winter Cootage was released several years ago and it’s now expnsive in the secondary market. LEGO released another different cottage in different style (Santa’s Visiit set) in the same theme in 2021. Anywaays, there is something Courthouse has that Town hall doens’t have - courtroom, clerk’s office, judge’s office, etc… the courthouse my be in the same era as Police Station’s or older or at least the style might be similiar to Ace Attroney series (just example).

    I haven’t thought of something in the first place. Since we have Police Station, what if we would get Courthouse?! A judge, lawyers, jury, a criminal, a gay couple receiving a marriage/civil union certification, clerk minifigures we need! I would be very curious if they do that without including any major building.

    I. Would like see tiger with printed stripes down its back. The previous tiger figure lacks back stripes. If it’s an Asian june, it would be tiger, Asian elephant (maybe new ears, but I doubt it). We need panda and its cub!
