  1. I agrean except I would leave out good looking.
  2. Yaay, one quarter of an average european monthly salary. Yaay, poking out eyes of half of the Lego collectors, and almost every kid, again.
  3. So that means, when I get 10.000 votes (which should be around 2029) for my Duplo Batman and Robin. I wont get made? Bummer. I understand the technical proces, but I'm still quite surprized that with all the modern technologies, 3D printing etc, it's that expensive to make a new "all fitting" piece. I understand that the standards are high, but come on Lego, if brickforge and these others can do it...
  4. That is probably also a very funny, but non the less, correct point.
  5. Jeez, I'm sorry guys, it's just my opion. I didn't knew that, since when actually? Seems like bad news for a lot of projects on Cusoo So the BTTF set won't contain any new pieces?
  6. Lego makes it look like producing a new part / mold is a huge step and a lot of work. But actually it isn't especially these days. Look at other toys, they make new molds every day. Check Hasbro, Mattel, even Kinder, can make a living by constantly making new parts. Since the minifig series we have seen lots of new parts aswell, most of them I haven't seen in other sets so far, so I presume it's not that mush a problem anymore. I think the Zelda set won't get made because of licensing isseus.
  7. Yup, Dreamland it is, it was in the Dreamland of Lochristi I saw them, but normaly they should have them in other Dreamlands aswell. But if I were you guys, I would but only one set to satisfy your nerd urges and wait a little to buy the rest As soon as they are for sale in other shops, the price will drop. Anyway, that's my plan.
  8. Strange, all new SW (and LOTR) sets, exepet Jabba's Sail barge are already out in Belgium. I haven't seen any revieuws yet, so I'm quitte shure that this time we are really early.
  9. Interesting and I can see how it happened. Strange thing I have the impression that they are making the same mistake again. Not with Star Wars, but the other liscended themes. Over here in Belgium, possibly the rest of Europe aswell, they have all end up on sale so far.
  10. it's a cute figure, to bad it's actually completely wrong, he actualy has no arms and uses his legs to play the space piano: http://starwarsblog.starwars.com/index.php/2013/02/20/star-wars-mysteries-getting-to-the-bottom-of-max-rebo/
  11. aha, I was also wondering about this. thanks for the info.
  12. Porn on Flickr? Even if it's allowed, people don't use Flickr for that. I never came across anything dirty on Flickr, unless it's some nudity in an artistic context, but I don't mind. I also think that you're a little over sensitive. However, it's your opinion and you have every right to delete your accout if you have moral isseus with the site.
  13. Good old memories. Nice to read your restoration.
  14. That is a good point. It happens often that I start to type a text, but can't translate it well enough in englisch and eventually don't post anything, I really see no point in saying, great revieuw when it's been said before. I feel more like a posts collector or spammer who only wants to upgrade his rank. As a result, my post count isn't that high, I see that yours Cammy is even mush lower and we have been around here for a while. But I know we have good mods, so I'm sure they apreciate the more quite types, who, when they speak have something to say. We should get a special tag! (not me, I'haven't been that quiet around here lately)
  15. thanks for the tips. Funny thing, so far, most blogs I contacted all wanted to publisch my Pulp Ficton MOC, which is nice offcourse, but it also took the attention away from the Batman set I think.
  16. Cool zeppelin/ blimp, very recognisable. Hinckley has some good idea's there, good luck with it.
  17. I dn't mind that they are not removable, I think Hasbro gave Lego no other option. It's cool that they are single carded, hat is a nice new extra. I think that they will be popular with colectors anyway. The only thing that bothers me is the Yoda packaging, I lke Yoda, with a stick but not with a lightsaber in some dumb action phose. I hope you are being sarcastic.
  18. I just noticed this thingy at the start of my topic what does it mean?
  19. Thanks, could you tell me were my MOC is featured? I can't find it. Thanks everybody again for the nice compliments. I reached +100 suportes, which is very cool, now going fro 1000...
  20. Very cool and well done, especially for MS Paint. I especially like the Queen, spot on! Snow White should look a little more insocent, I think she needs bigger eyes. It's Disney ;)
  21. I don' mind that Lego asks a little extra to cast a support vote. I can understand it from their point of vieuw. However, I know I'm not objective, but it saddens me that really cool creations don't get that much votes, when some other really lame projects get thousands of votes. I don't know how they do it, but the stupid thing is, you can see from a mille away that Lego will never ever produce the project. It's a wasted oportunity for other projects to get in the spotlights. I personaly also only vote on things I would buy, trying to stay coorect. But on occasisions I do vote for Eurobrick members who make nice things and are friendly. haha, thanks. I really like to get votes from people I don't know at all, it's the best compliment.
  22. I think you are right, but sadly, that is not how the internet works. Generating a hype is as important as the product itself. -edit- I finaly reached 100 supporters. I really wonder who they are.
  23. That sounds quite depressing. I think that in theory a like button would be good, but that over here it could do more bad than good.
  24. scroll down on the project given as an example and you will understand. (I didn't understand at first aswell) it looks good, buy you should try to make a more dynamic picture.
