Bought the Agents Speedboat rescue and Agents Turbocar Chase set. I really like both of them, though I dislike the speedboat design the rest of the set is brilliant and the sharks are superb. The Turbocar Chase set is easily the best set of the whole line alongside the volcano base for me, I love all the functions and that siren piece is just flipping awesome Now I am buying no more sets till next year however, unless the Castle Advent Calender turns up here of course, I ain't ordering it. So bring on 2009! Batbrick Away!

Wow! That was awesome ThePenguin, I did not expect that, this part is my favourite so far. Love the transformation of Crane into the Scarecrow and Scarecrow's attack here. Looking forward to the next part, this was one was brilliant. Batbrick Away!

Oh I'll be getting it no matter what. I'm currently looking at every meticulous detail and it truly is wonderful. It has encourage me to get all this years Castle sets. Plus we get cows man! I love their Rooster and chicken too. I might replace that tan with yellow though for my Wayne Manor. Batman still comes first after all! Seriously, it's great, don't you just love that modified Ghostbusters logo too? That would be great, you mean the famous "Hahaha" panel right? Oh, I've made my point poorly. I meant overrated in that his very existence, while awesome, has caused many other villains and storylines to be screwed over in favour of the next Joke/Bats battle. I was angry with the joker issue of Hush because of how it reveals all the major deaths were caused by Joker when I felt that it was too much, giver another poor villain his own go. We haven't got a single good Mr.Freeze story, and Mad Hatter and everyone are being totally ignored because Joker stories are just so damn easy to write. I know if I became a writer for DC I'd make stories for those other villains that are in that 40% of stories NOT including the Joker. The Laughing Fish storyline, Rupert Thorne bidding for Bats' identity alongside Joker and Two-Face, the Hugo Strange ghost. Ring any bells? Thanks, it the ultimate form of stealth! Double Damn, I'll get on to those quick. What are you up to now? Yes, it truly is a brilliant show, I enjoy every minute. Captain Scarlet is also great, though to a slightly lesser extent (he couldn't be killed = slightly anticlimactic). I notice something really strange in the first eps though, despite being the main characters and everthing, in the early eps the International Rescue never actually begin their rescuing until 3/5 through the whole thing! Is it ever actually explained what that stands for? Because I have never heard that.... Also, I received 50 dollars today which is wonderful, so another 60 (10 of which I owe Amy) makes 100, so I'll be sure ot hopefully get that Lego Batman game. Is it out there yet? Thanks! Ultimately i convert all my Indy figs Batman is some way, this fig body would be a great Talia or Lady Shiva outfit as well! I love Willie's face too, she looks to be a wonderful fig and I find it great that TLC is bringing in more minifig elements like the little crown. Batbrick Away!

Ah well, at least it is only one hole, I thought it was two. Doesn't look like it will be real obvious either, I'm happy with that I disagree, there are plenty of tales of Dark Elves or Elves written as ambiguous characters. I for one hope to see thme in 2010 then as they would make a great addition I believe. Very good point, though I agree with TLC for the most part how they are marketed. Cliche? Yes. Due to some awesome instances in my personal life I'll definitely be able to buy this bad boy! The fact that is has cows is good enough, but the set is mega good, the best set I've ever seen. I love the new pieces too. The telescope piece seems really useful for railing, much better than the black skellie legs it seems. I love that we get the full turkey as well! YAY! The peasant and blacksmith torsos both look fantabulous as well! I really hope the price of 150 Australian is right Batbrick Away!

An armoured Freeze truck eh? I was working on one too, great minds think alike! Great to hear you doing that though, as oyu say it really reinforces not only how fun they are, but that there are countless other ideas to explore. I agree, despite somewhat disappointing figs this year with the exception of the Batbuggy they are all wonderfully built and very fun. Oh that would be beautiful! Definitely so, I'd prefer it to be more subtle though, perhaps no colour variation or maybe even better the black/dark grey Tim Sale style? Definitely, though I love mine, it's pretty famous you know Well, technically Jason Todd can be considered a villain and he was a Robin and became the "Red Robin" temporarily recently But yes, you caught my mistake. The green bowler would be beautiful, I'd love to see Green Ivy either getting plant style green hair or her more vibrant red hair. I love the purple Catwoman especially in TLH/DV/When in Rome, so I'd totally dig that. I'm thinking that a henchman pack would be the ultimate thing though. Think about it: Two-Face twin thugs with black/white colour scheme and identical faces (not the standard henchmen face though, these guys are Romulus and Remus) Joker Goons with clown masks and colourful outfits Mr.Freeze henchmen with blue jacket pieces Penguin guys with tuxedos and top hats Scarecrow's men would have nightmarish getups Riddler's lime green fedora guys off the game Poison Ivy's plant men The list goes on really. The best part is that they could be released as impulses or battlepacks without impeding the "no characters in tiny rsets rule. Batbrick Away!

Yuo'd love it trust me, it's like a total geek thing, a short and sadly cancelled (due to Fox's erratic airing schedule) but so widely loved. The fact that us Firefly fans are called Browncoats really sums up my point When I saw the words "honestly? I don't care..." I was about to mentally hit you with a very heavy object. But I digress. I am so getting it too, like you I cannot care for what else needs buying this is taking top priority. All tohse brilliant parts to, I might swap the tan for something else, unless the Indy sets have some. This also means Castle is taking top priory as a whole, with the obvious exception of the Lego Batman game. So soon I'll be ordering the Battle Wheel and Castle Advent Calender methinks. Too bad i'm cash strappoed after a purchase you'll learn more about down further.... Yeah. Yuo never know though, I may get them all, but frankly with the lovely look of Castle next year that has to take top spot. After all, the mobile command center offers up no unique figs for me, and ultimately is not as essential, but I can hope. Damn money. We are very odd. I forgot to mention: Annual #14 The two Greg Rucka stories that set the basis for the Two-Face/Renee relationship which I forget the names of. The Jason Todd one shot involving him finding Two-Face killed his father, not a bad story. Nightwing #147 - present where Two-Face and Harvey are having some very serious and sad issues. Is great so far. But yeah, Joker is overrated as all heck. He has some downright abysmal stories frankly, and unlike Two-Face has too many "rape the dog" moments where he repetitively kills a Bat family member, is nearly killed but sent away. Seriously, I wish DC would just pull a Green Goblin on him and kill him already, or at least stop him form consistently murdering key characters, it gets old. Gordon should've blown his face open at the end of NML, it just goes too far. Seriously, you officially aren't a Batgeek until you've read the Strange apparitions run. Have you? Seriously, I can't wait to watch them, my father and I both grew up watching them and I finally bought back a piece of my childhood! Thunderbirds are Go!

Watched Hannibal Rising and I must say, it was pretty darn poor compared to the other films. Gone was the mystery and creepiness of Lecter, here he is just a revenge obsessed jerk. Batbrick Away!

Bought the Castle Tower Siege set, I must say i really love it. The leader Orc is great and both towers are lovely, a nice contrast between the two. The action features on the Siege Tower are really awesome too. Batbrick Away!

Okay, I've decided to forsake some pirate sets in order to order this and the Battle Wheel. seriously, I need this, Castle on! Batbrick Away!

I agree, the price is absolutely brilliant for Australians, let us hope it stays that way! Sorry to say, but screw Pirates and power Miners, I am SO getting this and every other Castle set! Also I love the addition of nice minifig pieces. The new flames, fish, vegetable and updated brown accessories stand out. Seriously, this is my favourite set ever. Batbrick!

This is what bothers me as well, I really hope it isn't that noticeable. Does anyone know the size of the holes? Damn, but hopefully that either means a different new faction or an increased emphasis on those poor Dwarfs who were neglected tihs year. And an Orc castle, please I hope that the Orc side grows immensely too, with new minifigs added to the ranks. I more hope though that we get more dwarf sets, and hopefully as you say Mermaids or something will be added. Agreed, this line is quickly becoming my favourite ever, I hope it continues ot a great degree, there are many sets to be released! Batbrick Away!

Wow! I saw this before but it seems more impressive now, I love the scale of the whole thing, so darn epic. The individual rooms and gargoyles and everything make it so great, the only thing it misses is that Arkham atmosphere, it should look a little older and a lot creepier I think. Other than that it is very cool, I hope ot do my own Arkham on a smaller scale a little like that. Batbrick Away!

Frankly, it downright disgusts me! Indeed, plus we could even get variations of the uniform as well. speaking of which, I am so going to make my own Batsuits like off the game. Good point, I'd prefer that too, but I also would take him holding the gun if I must. Too bad he isn't in the game. Point, but the problem is that Two-Face is a Freak Gangster, so there's not a whole lot of other vehicles to do with him, though a saw a Two-Face sedan on tihs forum once and that's be awesome. Cut the island and just have him with a Hawaiian themed rocket and you're in business! He HAS to have a camera as well! Exactly, and if 2009 conitunes its great trend we may see a return to classic buildings os we could get a Wayne Manor or something. My villains that need to be rereleased in new form is Catwoman (new suit), Killer Croc (monster version), Two-Face (Tim Sale, need I say more?), Joker (tropical), Riddler (classic suit), Poison Ivy (green), Robin (red and black) and Bane and Harley as themselves. The only dislike I really have is the somewhat awkward animation at times and a very retarded Bane. But as mentioned by Zorro, I love the heck out of the scene where Penguin and Batman totally reduce their vehicles over and over ending in a unicycle! Batbrick Away!

Loving Willie's look so far, she is a very good fig and that little tiara thing is a nice touch, she will go great as a Gotham singer at the Iceberg Lounge. And - oh heck I'll say it: Nice Willie Batbrick Away!

Brilliant so far Penguin! I am very interested in where this is going, but i have my suspicion on who the the villain is! I can't wait till the next part, this is unraveling as a classic Bat-tale! *Also loved Two-Face lasting longer than Joker Batbrick Away!

Funnily enough btw, Dr.Horrible was directed by the same man that made Firefly, greatest live action show ever. Yeah, when I'm in large groups of people I just tend to offend and patronise them I really want the Earth to end by Global Warming just so we can say "I told you so!" to all those oil companies. And I want it to happen now. Yes it does sound a bit like me... I think I will get the calender. Given that Castle is a bit more of an Army builder and number of figs don't matter, as well as the fact I collected all the non-exclusive sets last year leads to Castle being a bigger priority than Agents right now. Speaking of which, what do you think of the Village set? I am so getting that! Sadly I don't think I'll get it for a while, if at all. I'm focusing more on Castle and comics right now, so maybe as my Christmas present. Basically, out of the four sets to go, the essential ones are really the Turbo Car Chase and the Speedboat (for a second Talia hair and those awesome sharks). I really hope ot get them all, but frankly I want to be able ot restrain myself a bit. What do you think without hitting me? Who on Earth is Amy? My sister Amy? I have seen the shirt, but frankly I want a Firefly one much more. That is so wack, I almost bought it today in fact but settled for the Castle Siege Tower set instead. Make sure you switch the colours on Two-Face's truck like I did, it only occurred to me the other day that the colours are on the wrong sides. The Batrocket sounds cool too. Also, I read Devil's Advocate and a lot more stories. And I realised what an idiotic hack Morrison is after reading the most recent issue of RIP and also his Batman and Son and Resurrection of Ra's Al Ghul stories. What do you think of RIP?
