  1. Thats my line! Remember Halloween? X-D Anyway Zero1312, do you plan on any more improvements or mods? I think it needs a wee bit more leg bulk now, it doesn't look like it could support itself. Batbrick Away! >:-)
  2. Thanks iamded! Looks like you've inherited my "something awful" talk Good idea LuxorV, interestingly enough, I originally conceived it as a worker mech, the backbone of the robot forces, so I guess I could make a forklift version *y* Batbrick Away! >:-)
  3. Oh no you've misinterpreted my poorly worded statement :-$ , I merely meant that it was a tad random, out of the blue if you will ;-) No I don't mind Playmobil, I recall you had a topic on it and thats fine. I had also seen that pic prior to this interview which added to my surprise. Love for Playmobil ON! Batbrick Away! >:-)
  4. Bought A Rebel Scout Speeder BP today. Neat set, the speeder is actually pretty good. The real deal is of course those great rebels, and I got my first SW blasters too, which was great. I plan to get the Imperial Dropship BP next week. Batbrick Away! >:-)
  5. I voted for Alex54. Its just a thing of beauty, perfect, simple and charming. Also, thanks to those who voted for me, all two of you! :-D Batbrick Away! >:-)
  6. I agree, some lego lovers have loads of money to spend on these sets, but people like me cannot even hope to get all this. No doubt, as much as I want it, the chess set will escape me. As much as 2008 is shaping up to be the best year of lego ever, I think sometimes perhaps we're being a bit spoiled. I want to see a lot of great sets, but that doesn't mean they have to come every year. Batbrick Away! >:-)
  7. I'd say the Tan one hopefully, even if it would look a little strange alongside the green orcs. I love both kinds, but we don't get as many tan trolls. Batbrick Away! >:-)
  8. Please try and look around first please, this is already being discussed. Batbrick Away! >:-)
  9. Thats a good list, however I doubt we'd see two trolls, so I'm guessing this: Troll Leader with Armour and gold helm Troll General with shiny torso Troll Warrior with normal torso x 2 Troll Of course they're really orcs X-D Batbrick Away! >:-)
  10. Another great interview guys, I love the underwater studio! *y* Its always interesting to hear more about our members, I love that mini Cafe Corner and Market Street *wub* Though that Playmobile pic was a tad, er.... Batbrick Away! >:-)
  11. Well the guy survived, so I'm happy :-P Just kidding, I LOVE IT! *wub* Its looks even better than before, I don't mind it being wide at all, it makes it look really heavily armoured and deadly. The turret at the back is actually no trouble, many tanks are like that. A lot of people underestimate how much power tanks have and how fast they can go, plus many munitions and armour and equipment is stored at the front of many tanks, balancing it out. I still love that genius mechanism for the turret, and the entrance to the tank is brilliant. Keep up the great work! Batbrick Away! >:-)
  12. Thanks guys! Funnily enough, I've still got it kept together because I love it so much :-$ Here you go dillthepill, here are your instructions: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=299629 Enjoy! Batbrick Away! >:-)
  13. I'm gonna chime in with Norro, I hope to see a variant that inlcudesa King, Princess, Jester and civilians. Batbrick Away! >:-)
  14. So am I too, I LOVE IT! :'-) I probably won't be able to afford it though, looks like Agents, City, and the big Indy 4 set are off my list for this baby! *wub* Batbrick Away! >:-)
  15. This blows EVERYTHING out of the water! *wub* Gotta love all the accessories on the sides too, as well as the fact that we get a tan and green troll. And all those gold pieces on the crownie side :'-) Batbrick Away! >:-)
  16. Well, the Viking chess set included glued minifigs and glued chess board. The recent castle chess had no glued minifigs, but a glued board. I think this one it is safe to presume there is no board glue, as the construction is to thorough for packaging ;-) I agree with you too though, there is practically every new castle fig there! Loads of great dwarves (brown beards!), and heaps of orcs, trolls, and fantasy to go up against the loads of soldiers and archers. Batbrick Away! >:-)
  17. This is why the "Supersize a set contest" is a bad idea! :-P Batbrick Away! >:-)
  18. But what of the price! :'-( I want it so bad, 2008 is TOO good |-/ This is perfect, its on a 48x48 baseplate, and people finally get their horses and towers. Its beautiful :'-) Batbrick Away! >:-)
  19. Oh. My. Goodness. X-O Is that the real deal? If so, I think I just died and went to a better place.... Batbrick Away! >:-)
  20. I'm stuck between Staudieville and Bat Lock Valley, hmmm, I think I'll decide later, its too close at the moment... Thanks for the suggestions btw. Batbrick Away! >:-)
  21. Um, its kind of based on a movie, and thats what happens, they tip out after having their throat slit downstairs ;-) I've been thinking also, the pair of legs nearest to the ground could probably be replaced by a 1x2 90 degree swivel clip piece. Can this be done? I think if it could, it would look better than minifig legs. Batbrick Away! >:-)
  22. There already is a mnifig scale one, hence the topic! :-D Batbrick Away! >:-)
  23. X-O , he's obsessed! Thats said, I am studying the Battle Wheel instructions to see how I can mod it most effectively :-P Batbrick Away! >:-)
  24. I'm in planning stages for an APC, which I've promised to show Stauder first, he will, upon his hopeful approval, receive the first shipment also. My town has also yet to have a name. Any suggestions fellow officers? I don't want "brick" in the title, I want something unique, something very "me", but still being a good town name. Any ideas? Batbrick Away! >:-)
  25. Thanks as always my pictural pal :'-) Thankyou for your comments. Shhhh, nothing need be said by friend X-D Wow! I'm overjoyed you love it, I will gladly provide instructions. Just give me till tonight or tomorrow. I will fix it up a bit too. Thanks again.
