Great stuff there Hinckley! She is....er...very attractive Great choice of face and hair too, I love the white colour scheme for her, I really hope the elves next year are like this. Brilliant job all round, except for one thing: Cleavage! She is needing some serious deep cleavage to drool at there man! How can she be "busting out all over the place" if you can't see a deep line of cleavage?!? Er, was that a bit much? Batbrick Away!

Yes, thanks a lot for that. I have always loved the space theme but so far have not built any mocs or made any huge effort in the area, so thanks again for that. I might rebuild my sets sometime tomorrow actually, seeing as I only have a few surviving instructions. I have the mid-sized UFO set, mid-sized Insectoids set and couple of little Ice Planet and Space Police stuff. Plus, looking at the designs of Lego craft I realise I had it all wrong, I'll try and make a few space mocs one day. They are great sets, and those reviews truly blew any doubts out of the water. I really hope to get one, but am torn between the two. Space Skulls has better pieces for me, in better colours. Plus, I'm addicted to their cheesy premise. But Star Justice is a great homage to classic space, also with brilliant designs and a sweet base. Can't decide! I certainly can't get both, so I'll have to think hard... One more thing as well, Galanos and Shwartz seem to be the main characters of your work so far, is this intentional or do you plan on giving equal time to other characters as the story develops? Not saying this is a bad thing of course, Shwartz is my favourite character alongside Valkyrie, I was just curious if their story is the center of it all. Batbrick Away!

No, its an official Lego piece, I've got about eight yellow ones from my dismantled Dino Attack Tank. Batbrick Away!

Well, my entry into the impulse is in. I've always loved the Islanders, most of my pirate sets were Islander ones, so I'd love to see an impulse set like this one. Batbrick Away!

Heres mine, despite not coming here often I DO love Pirates, and most of all the Islanders, so here is my impulse entry: Islander Camping grounds: Comes with Islander, parrot, snake and 25 pieces. Includes Golden Idol and eating place: Let the islander pray to the golden idol for rain! Hope you liked it! I plan to make entries to the other two categories as well. Batbrick Away!

Great work Sir Nadroj! I love the scene, very well done here, you certainly love TWBB! I love the tripod and scene setup, but am divided over the tree. I don't think I really like this kind of tree design, it looks good from this angle but bad from others, I reckon if you bulked it up a little around the branches it wouldn't look so spindly. That said, it looks great from the sideshot, I hope you prefect your design Batbrick Away!

You were right once? When did this happen... Anyway, I really like Lego Joe's entry too, though I wish he specified more what was going on, that would've clinched it for me so far. Batbrick Away!

Okay, some of you may remember my old thread about the upcoming anime style Batman: Gotham Knight DTV movie by Bruce Timm, well, a lot of new news has come in since last time. Firstly, Kevin Conroy, the man who voiced Batman so perfectly for 10 years in Batman: The Animated Series, The New Batman Adventures, Superman: The Animated Series, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited and Batman Beyond IS returning to voice again for this movie! Woooo! Here is the article that tells more about his holy return, as well as a couple of screenshots and a list of bones features that will be on the disc. Clicky. I really look forward to these ones: "A Mirror for the Bat: The Evil Denizens of Gotham City" - A stimulating documentary covering Gotham City's most nefarious of characters, combined with a look into the symbiotic relationship Batman shares with his enemies. "Batman: The Animated Series" Bonus Episodes - Bruce Timm selects his favorite episodes from Batman: The Animated Series. "Sneak Peek: Wonder Woman" - DC Universe animated original movie The last one should keep Brainbox happy So apart from the return of Conroy's godlike voice (fanboy moment there) the debut of the trailer is here as well! Looks fantastic and destroyed any doubt I had about this movie. Here it is in all it's glory: 480p 720p 1080p If those links don't work, here is a better one: http://www.superherohype.com/news/topnews.php?id=7050 The movie will premier at Wizard World Chicago like the previous two animated flicks, more news about that Here. Something really cool as well is that a site has managed to see one of the very first screenings of the movie, which has had very positive feedback. They have a review, spoiler and non-spoiler. Here is the press release, and at the top of the age is a link to the reviews: http://www.worldsfinestonline.com/WF/dcuam/gothamknight/ Well I'm officially psyched then, I simply can't wait for this. I love DC animation with a passion, and can honestly say I look forward to this just as much as The Dark Knight. Hope you enjoy these little news pieces! Batbrick Away!

Thanks for those answers. I can imagine your collection being rather huge, so thats fairly understandable. When you say you have your eye on the new factory sets, do you mean you intend to purchase them? Or do you wish to only get one or you are just interested? , this one is easily my favourite so far, because it just did everything right. I don't often laugh at the computer screen, but this one certainly made me. It propelled the story forward while still making those absurd but funny DACTA jokes ("Back to you, me!"), and good old fashioned robot background wrestling. That Stardefender 200 looks like a beautiful set too, kudos for getting me back into my space interests again. Batbrick Away!

Great entries guys! Mine is in now, I'm pretty happy with it Batbrick Away!

Skellies: White Skellies: 19 Black Skellies: 6 Generals: 5 Dark Wizard: 1 Overall: 31 I hope to get a few more with that battlepack coming out, as well as hopefully that Skellie Charot, as me and iamded are some of the few who like the skellies : And also two come with the advent calender too, with a Witch that is on the skellie side too. Crownies: Soldiers: 21 Archers: 11 Knights: 7 Wizard: 1 Princess: 1 King: 1 Overall: 42 Of course I'll be getting a few more this year with two soldiers form Troll Assault, two soldiers and an archer from tower raid, two soldiers and an archer from the battlewheel and a knight from the Troll Warship. I also hope to get the Crown battlepack and advent calender which comes with a peasant and jester and knight. Trolls: Normal Trolls: 2 Leader Trolls: 0 Giant trolls: 1 Of course I only have Dwarf Mine so far, so I'll eventually stack up with two trolls from Dwarfsmine Defense, a troll and giant troll from Troll Assault, three trolls from Tower raid, 6 trolls and a giant troll from Troll Warship, three trolls from the Battlewheel, and a single troll from both the advent calender and coming impulse set. Dwarves: Dwarves: 2 Winged helmet Dwarves: 2 Ultimately I only end up with six anyway, hopefully I can get a second dwarf mine. Thats it, I'm really proud of my armies, they look great on display! Awesome contest, heres mine: Elf Hut Attack Can the Elf warrior protect the crystals that give the forest life? Or will the trolls burn it down with their torches and functioning catapult? You decide! Elf Hut Attack comes with two trolls and an elf mini figure, as well as elf forest hut with forest crystals and vine ladder. Also includes troll torches and a real working catapult! Set include exactly 100 pieces. I tried to make it as much like a real set as I could, so no illegal techniques, and a realistic minifig number. There needed to be some sort of "playability", so the catapult was included. The 100 piece limit was incredibly hard, it looked a lot better before, even now it contains exactly 100 pieces. Hope you like it, I had a grat time building it Batbrick Away!

I haven't got a grey rat. Still, I'd prefer the other one, we need more of that armour! If you look at the entire line you only get two of it! Batbrick Away!

, this is a great scene LuxorV, I love the song that fits with it, genius! Nice use of those rounded pieces too, excellent work! Batbrick Away!

Oh damn, I thought minifigs counted as one piece, looks like I'm off to go remake it EDIT! A question here, do window pieces like the criss cross black ones that go in doors counts as a piece or one piece with the door it goes in? Batbrick Away!

Oh, I missed this. Congratulations to KhoRne and his fantastic entry! Great work all round everyone, and thanks to those who voted for me too Batbrick Away!

M-18 "Fershwitz Boran" Ferswhitz replied to the knight's question, his intentions now seemingly benign. He assumed the man would not recognise this name, he hope, anyway. The man didn't seem to notice as he beckoned Fershwitz to come with him, as Skeletons were in the area. "Scourge", thought Fershwitz to himself, though he thought it highly unlikely for their paths to cross here, you never know. The Orc followed the man, not knowing what to do, if the skeletons captured him Fershwitz could bribe the man with the promise of freedom in exchange for Crown information. Fershwitz followed him, and asked curiously while pacing behind "Who are you?" He also hoped that the skeletons would not kill him...

Wow! Seems we have a three way meet at M-18 between me, Deinonychus and AgentRick57! This could play out interesting, Scourge might be wondering what the heck I'm doing there *laugh* Or rescue me from AgentRick57, that could help.. Batbrick Away! *devil*

Woah...at first I thought; "Okay, so it is the Yellow Castle", then I say the minifigs and WOW! That thing is massive, great work, I can't believe that they did it *oh3* Thanks for showing this! Batbrick Away! *devil*

M-18 Fershwitz Boran Had changed his mind. Though the sight of an Orc travelling with an axe would raise suspicion, he had to retrieve it in order to survive through Wolf Pack territory. The trip back and up again hd cost him one day, but he felt a lot safe now, it was a well known fact that though most Orcs were stupid, they were incredibly strong. As he headed up he could swear he was being followed. He turned around and saw no one, and trudged on. He had to find Adym Wrenchmonger, knower of Dwarven and Crown technology. As he moved, he heard a twig snap. Quickly turning around he raised his axe and bore it down onto the intruder. The intruder dodged it with ease, but did not attack. He was a Crown nation man, possibly a knight. Fershwitz lowered his axe, and waited to hear or see what the man wanted...

This is hilarious! *laugh* I love all the stuff going on, the skellies, zombies, broken bridge, UFO, monster, pileup, Snake Plissken being nowhere near New York, unless he has already escaped from it! *laugh* Brilliant work, and the icing on the cake is the REAL disaster! Batbrick Away! *devil*

Brickmaster sets for May and September
Batbrick replied to Deinonychus's topic in General LEGO Discussion
This comment made my day! *laugh* Honestly I like it too, it could have turned out a LOT worse. Still, the only Brickmaster set I've seen that I really wanted enough to buy was that dark green Indy jeep.... Batbrick Away! *devil* -
Thanks for that KDog, I find this information really interesting, especially, well, all of it. I certainly love the idea of a finale not unlike a tv show, I won't presume to ask questions regarding it's plot but I assum it would have more parts than a regular arc? Anyway, I like that you aren't being totally restricting on the storyline, I love to see an episode every now and again that just makes me laugh. Plus, it helps you know the characters more. 100 comics eh? Nice, thats a lot of work. I'm surprised to hear they don't take much time, your photography (something I certainly struggle at) is pretty much always crisp and clean. It seems you enjoy making them, which is great, and as you say, it lets you "play" with Lego again, so thats always fun. Regarding the Insectoids, good work getting that base, that was a set I always wanted, do you plan on expanding your space collection much may I ask? I'll just shrink that down a little. Wow, you certainly have a lot more characters than I thought, yet you make it rather easy to keep track if them (with the exception of the first few episodes, which understandably had a lot to introduce). I also didn't realise how many factions you had included, its great to see an entire universe forged out for them. Anyway, tell me if I'm bugging you by asking too many questions, sorry, i'm just very interested. Batbrick Away! *devil*

Great work Sir Nadroj, i love the taxidermy parrots and scenery, great job. I love the use of berries as brains, very clever, and the SNOT blood on the floor is better this time. One thing I very much dislike and this applies to your previous one as well, is the use of a red couch. I don't believe it fits in well at all, it detracts from the awesome bloodstain. If you watch carefully most movie scenes involving a bloody murder often never have the red colour in the scenery. Anyhoo, I'm rambling now, this is a great work *classic* Batbrick Away! *devil*
