  1. Nice creation there Hinckley. I'm no expert on Fabuland houses but this looks fantastic. You've excellently combined the larger fabuland pieces with regular bricks, and I love the tree and house vines, simply superb. Batbrick Away!
  2. Whoa...that's just plain incredible! I love the colour scheme (bar the tan rail), and as someone stated previously the TIE cockpit fits in great. Awesome engines too, I love the clear round look of them. Nice use of the brown gate and other pieces too, this really is a work of art. The overall shape is awesome, I love the slightly stubby look, and the idea of a steampunk pirate vessel is just too cool. Great work Hinckley and I look forward to the episode! Batbrick Away!
  3. Oh dear, i'm waiting on AgentRick for the next part of the M-18 struggle Batbrick Away!
  4. Wow, thanks ???theriddler???! I'm so glad Riddler is in this, and with his classic cane! Seems Lego had the same idea as me (hook on a pole). This definitely gives me hope for Two-Face, Mr.Freeze, Poison Ivy and Bane. Batbrick Away!
  5. Really? I must go check it out now! Batbrick Away! (To KDog's Space Comic)
  6. I don't even know who you are, but okay! (snore...... )
  7. Yay! More Gravestone is always welcome. I like the building, you've done a good job of a making the model minifig scale. I like the colour choices too, white and tan. My one criticism is it's plainness, I think it could be made a bit better. Maybe add a spider web down te sid, a scorpion in a window, a dirt mound and fallen bricks at the bottom. Just give it a bit of debris and history I think, and it'll look much better still. Batbrick Away!
  8. Thankyou my new good friend, I'm very much glad you enjoy the fish, Rome has the finest waters around! And yes, I would side with you Centurio, in saying that this Mark Antony is most likely the traitor! Though it grieves me to say this, I may have to participate in a possible vote for his execution...
  9. Sure sir, here is your plate! Since we find ourselves in this unfortunate position, who do you think is guilty sir?
  10. I too would echo the crowd that says Mark Antony is guilty of treason, the very fact that he gives open talk about it is proof enough! I am sorry to be apart of this horrible wart, but I believe he is the traitor in our midst! Oh, and pass me the wine please. I hope you good men enjoy the fish too, I caught the best I could.
  11. Ah yes but even spies know better than to kill a lowly fisherman, I often joke with my relatives that they would be after far bigger "fish" than I! Say crowd and friends, what say we retire to the Roman winery, I believe a spot of drink could be passed around in this chat!
  12. "Cool" eh? That better be unintentional That's actually a really great idea and much cheaper than buying too many containers, thanks for that. I'll definitely use some for mf parts too, they can be so hard to find sometimes... , I guess we'll agree on a truce then and say that Batfans think alike huh? Personally though, I'll make as many Batvehicles as I can. I don't know if you've seen it yet but I made my own Batdragster, based off the more "bullet" like Batmobiles evident in the comics (older stuff mainly, some of it silver age). Still, when thinking about it, TLC has really only scratched the surface for what they could do as sets. Even things that seem outlandish like the Whirlybat have been covered similarly. The Batcopter for instance, when that was announced everyone rolled their eyes, but it was a fantastic model with great modding potential and a good reason for being. Admittingly....yes. But I'll still say Goldfinger was by far the best, lines like this one just can't be beat: "You expect me to talk?" "No Mr.Bond, I expect you to die!" Ah, of course. Parents tend to do things like that anyway, though mine just seem to know next to nothing of computers.... Damn, I was going to make a minitumbler. Is that the one in your brickshelf, the larger-than-normal-miniscale scale one? I guess I'll put dibs on a mini DKR Batmobile then! I've got a nice idea for the treads too... Nice to see you going back on your reservations over Batman: Gotham Knight too, I was worried there for a sec. This year is getting more expensive, especially now since I've committed to buying atleast one of the new factory space sets. Lucky I have a job then, or I'd never be able to get it all... Batbrick Away!
  13. True this is, good man, the only consolation I can give you is that the fish I catch can provide much better than those of our enemies. May I ask what you do good sir?
  14. Yes, I thought I could look for another I knew but I couldn't find any good ones.. ... Moving on, I've laways liked Talia, character wise and, well.... Though that was the best pic I could find. I'd say it was legal in this topic seeing as she is a bit of an anti-hero Batbrick Away!
  15. Thankyou friend, you make me feel a bit more needed I would agree with you, speak up crowd! In a state of turmoil like this I and my friend here would like to hear your opinions on the matter! My opinion is that it is a bit of a disgrace. As great as the Roman empire is and extends, it has had it's failings. Hopefully, with the defeat of those betrayers against us, the great government can learn from her mistakes and build towards a better future!

    Riot!

How did I miss this? Sorry iamded! I love everything about this! The snot road is fantastic, and the whole riot scene is excellently action packed and crazy! Love the banners too, it really adds a lot. The molotov is excellent too, just what every good riot needs. Nice little shop and overgrown park too, I like the statue (still ) Fantastic work, and thanks for giving me a laugh mate! Batbrick Away!
  17. Thankyou very much Centurio! May I ask what position you hold here in the great Roman empire? I myself am but a humble fisherman, but am loyal to the great empire. And yes, it is good to see another man who sees war needed only when absolutely necessary, Mark Antony is a suspicious one...
  18. , you're so funny! I wanted to pick up two as well, until I realised i want BOTh Star Justice and Space Skulls... Batbrick Away!
  19. Yes, sorry about the confusion I really must get one of these... Batbrick Away!
  20. , that was great. so many good things in this one, I love how you are tying things together too. I love that shot of Commander Valkyrie in the news report in the small square, he looks really intimidating there, great job with that, very Blacktron. I laughed at the "Giant Jelly Beans, Score!" bit too. Funny ending too, this might be my favourite so far. I love that green Space Police fig too, I have the same that I put together just yesterday along with an Insectoids ship (missing one leg). Thanks for getting me back into this, I'll see if I can build my UFO tonight and post pics of them. Batbrick Away!
  21. You make a great point, but we must also remember the target audience: Kids, in particular, boys. And I know that as a boy, as well as others around me, when I became fascinated with Wild West it wasn't because of the Indians, it was the Cowboys. Kids love their lines ("Partner!" "Stick 'em up!" "Draw"), the way they move, their style, and the whole bandit/sherriff angle. Not many kids want to be Indians, who, even I must admit to believing this when I was young, think they just shoot arrows and speak funny, slowly, or say "How" a lot. Batbrick Away!
  22. Thats a great scene there Whitefang, it isn't often someone is inspired by their own work I love all the different trees and more thick areas you have included, loks great. It definitely gives off that forestman/castle feel too. I think you can make it even better if you added a little landscaping as well. Not a heap, but just a little hill under a tree maybe and a slope over there. Otherwise, I love it, thanks for sharing! Batbrick Away!
  23. It's easily (for me atleast) one of the single best non-AFOL sets released in years. It's one of my favourite sets. It just has so much cool and new: Orcs, Orc swords, Orc shield, Dwarf shields, bronze clip on axes, bronze clip on double axes, dwarves, dwarf beards, dwarf winged helmets, dwarf round helmets, brickbuilt hammer, brickbuilt anvil, gold, silver, chicken leg, gold cups, brickbuilt mine carts, matallic viking wheel, large wood doors, mine tracks, troll, troll club and heaps I missed, you can play or display with it differently for hours. It also has tremendous pieces for MOCing potential, especially the gold, dark green, beards, helmets, orc heads, and other pieces. I'm so glad I got it. Batbrick Away!
  24. Hello Centurio, you speak wise words. It is good to see another man who has no lust for blood, just for peace. Though I regret to say this, it seems the war is necessary, but I pray it be short. Anyway, I hope we can become good friends in the future!
  25. We'll I can see them anyway. I think I'm the only one happy about the price funnily enough, with everyone chatting about how darn expensive they were I was expecting 150 dollars and now I see they're 130, which in my opinion is fairly decent enough. I think I'll try desperately to get both. I'll probably fail, but I'm getting one atleast. Batbrick Away!
