Another great episode KDog, I've noticed you are using a black outline around the speech bubbles now, I really like that (though you missed one). I also like Valkyrie's appearance again, he's a great character, though I have a feeling he isn't caught yet... Batbrick Away!

Pictorial Review - Tower Raid & Dwarf's Mine Defender
Batbrick replied to metalandi's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I love all the siege machines the orcs have, they are certainly a much bigger threat than the skellies. Batbrick Away! -
Great sets there, the train in particular is rather inspirational as I don't recall a later WW set with a train, and I've always loved that cliche fight between cowboys on them. Batbrick Away!

I'm on the move again! Thanks Agent Rick! Batbrick Away!

M-18 Fershwitz Boran was still captured, but his captors were growing overconfident and were spread thin after the battle. Though Fershwitz expected Scourge to have another trick up his sleeve, for now he had to formulate his own escape plan. The man named Teythar finished his questioning, Fershwitz had only given him silly answers that both knew were incorrect, he was a coward, but no snitch. He kept working on thep lan while the Crown knights moved around him..

i do not believe it was this man who was the murderer friends, whoever has done this horror was an expert, and would not have left such an obvious mark. I think some people may have unconvincing stories, though I regret to say it Brian Demetrium could've pretended he was drunk, a perfect alibi. But then again, there is Pencoin, who semed very suspicious yesterday, I will keep an eye on him..

Normally I'd love another competition, but I just can't keep up with them all! Sounds fun though, I'll try. Batbrick Away!

Batman: Gotham Knight Trailer and reviews
Batbrick replied to Batbrick's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Vol 1 i a mixed bag. It contains the worst episodes (Batman in my Basement, The Underdwellers, Last Laugh, Be A Clown etc) but also some of the best (Two-Face part 1 and 2, On Leather Wings, Heart of Ice, Appointment in Crime Alley,Its Never Too Late etc). It really gets good in vol 2 and especially vol 3 when Ra's is introduced (with the ep written by no other than Dennis O Neill himself!) Batbrick Away! -
Not that fussed on her either personally, she's not really an exciting character for me anyway... Me too..er....Huntress? Batbrick Away!

Honestly, a villain romp would be much better (but still not good), at least there could be proper MK deaths and cool techniques for the DC side. Batbrick Away!

TDK Joker, Jim Gordon plus TBA Ra's Al Ghul customS
Batbrick replied to Vader's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Yes, but the Joker has always been a rather clean and classy fellow hasn't he? I just don't like the way he looks, but everything else about him seems perfect so far. Naturally the movie will still rock, but the makeup will just be a missed opportunity for a faithful Joker to me. Batbrick Away! -
Yes! You are getting Dark Victory and Gotham Knight! As for me, well, apart from lego, I've got BTAS volumes 3 and 4, Batman and Mr.Freeze: Subzero, Lego Batman: The Videogame, Lego Indy: The Videogame, Gotham Knight, graphic novels and a heap more. What movies are you planning to see? I love this one, had me in stitches. Good point, I'd never thought of it like that. Even one more year would be great, but i'd hope to see the Batman license go on for a long time yet. Well, in a lot of stories Ra's doesn't actually have a moustache, so I'd say it's fairly great. And consider your idea stolen :skull: Kidding, though I hope you don't mind me using that on my shelf, I wouldn't put it in the Batmocs or anything. sigh... Batbrick Away!

I myself was fishing in the bay for the beautiful breakfast you may all share this morning!

Well, she wasn't exactly going to use a bazooka was she? I didn't notice that, that's really cool! This certainly confirms to me that we will be seeing all other villains, I was worrying about that for a second.. Batbrick Away!

Being a Senator didn't mean he wasn't a traitor friends, though it saddens me to see this the man did speak unloyal words and if a traitor was at his rank much damage to our great nation could've been done!

No it isn't. Hopefully next year will be easier, especially seeing as this is my "catchup" year in terms of sets, graphic novels and the DCAU. It is isn't it? I love browsing through the awful comic covers and superman being, well, a dick Most likely. Though I'd prefer Ra's, imagine Lego Ra's spitting out "Detective". Which really brings me to next years figs, I really hope the line continues so we can get Gordon and Ra's and whatnot. In the meantime, I found a great head for Ra's, the main reason I'm buying the Speed Racer set which it comes in: The one on the left obviously, I think it's perfect. What do you reckon? I can't wait to get her..... Batbrick Away!

Funny that, comics always have the most exaggerated women, yet surf the net and el zilcho! Its a good term though. Only a little I was surprised at how hard a good pic of Talia was as well, seems this is harder than I thought. I don't want to have to stoop down to Supergirl... Batbrick Away!

On no! I had forgotten about Indy, I will definitely be broke for the majority of the year... Oh dear, its become a part of your everyday vocabulary! Yes, I really need bags especially after today. I went to Chickenfeed and there was not a single good storage container bar a 5-pack for 2 dollars for tiny ones. I bought those to store things that don't require a lot of space like 1x1 non brick pieces an such. Good thing really to have not enough storage though, because it shows you have good stock. I'm really happy with my enormous tan supply, as I need it when I build my gigantic Wayne Manor. Yes, good point actually. The 60's series is a great start, and there are always funny things to see at http://www.superdickery.com/galleries.html (which I find hilarious) Well thats just strange, but then again we are dealing with annoying technology after all... I really liked that one, you could upscale it! I really have no scale for my minis, though as a rule I just try to make them as small as I can while still looking cool. And thanks, though a mini DKR BM will be hard... Me too Exactly. And we're getting Manbat, how gorgeous! ( ) Remember the article stating a famous Bat-villain set to appear in addition, fingers crossed for Ra's Al Ghul! (Or to a lesser extent Bane), either one would be perfect as the final rogue, as both would have the intelligence and resources to break open arkham, Bane to break the bat (Knightfall), or Ra's Al Ghul to prove Batman's mission as futile. No doubt the explanation would be simpler, but it would be great! Oh, and since we just simply need to see her again, heres Harley: Batbrick Away!

How long have yours been on? I got mine off after 2 years and a couple of months, they kept taking the wire off and on to check it Batbrick Away!

Easily the Batmobile. C'mon, it has THE BATMOBILE! It also has a good number of figs, the cheapest set with blacksuit Batman, a cool henchman print, guns, and my favourite villain: Two-Face! Batbrick Away!

Loving Lego Riddler here, this is a definite get for me, I love his cane. I just wish we could see some scenes that, I don't know, weren't so crazy Batbrick Away!

Looks dumb. To see my favourite DC characters on a par with a game where the only aim is to butcher the opponent when those characters stand for justice really makes no sense for DC, and the fact that there is no death really makes no sense for Mortal Kombat. That said, it was nice to see Batman whip what-his-face (subzero?). Batbrick Away!

Finally got my braces off a couple of days ago! Yes! Freedom! Feels weird now. Anyway, I also had a rather good shift at work, started working on Interactive Apocalypse Part 5 - The Finale, and I'm looking forward to my upcoming birthday! Batbrick Away!

TDK Joker, Jim Gordon plus TBA Ra's Al Ghul customS
Batbrick replied to Vader's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I'll mimic this, you've done a fantatic job of creating a look I'm not fond of at all. The new Joker look in my opinion rather betrays the character. That said, like Sinner, I agree that you've done a great job of recreating it, in paticular I love the mouth and eyes (though they need to be smaller). The hair I love, but I think it looks too busy, in that no lego hairpiece would ever be that complicated. I think though great it seems a tad out of place, a bit simpler one would look even better I think. Great work overall, do you plan on a V.2? Batbrick Away!
