Saw it on BS a bit earlier, great job on it! I really like the front window, but i wonder how you managed to attach it?

And so I decided to join the fun

Welcome to Eurobricks Erik! Some nice models in your BS folder, especially that Pagini Zonda. Does that have working features? I remember building alternate cars on my 8880 chassis as a teenager, i to got it from the stores on my birthday. -
She rides really nice Tony, and i like the way you filmed the angles running along the curves and track as well!

Well since it seems that we are fighting Blue coats, our team has decided to go Green! You shall now refer to us as team Green thunder, for we are green coats fighting the Blue scum! Yes we are a rowdy bunch: Since we are a new faction, we needed to come up with a new way of torturing and killing our enemies, so i came up with: Fish-Slapping! It is basically Bitch-slapping your enemy with some fresh sea fruit until blood pores out there every hole. So in order to do this one needs a basket of sea fruit: Some captured Blue coats, don't you think they look like a bunch of hicks and their leaders just some whiny pansies?: Next up the Green coats pick up a piece of sea fruit, and let the games begin! A close up action shot, boy that crab's claw in his face must hurt: And seen from the eyes of the Blue coats, you can already see the blood starting to come out: So some of you might wonder why i have such a small fish, compared to admiral B whom is slapping his Blue coat with an enormous Octopus... Well i like things to last, especially when i torture my enemy. I'd also like to take this chance to thank my buddy Stash2stixx for hooking me up with a green Dollar Bill wig! I hope you enjoy this one!

What's with the staff's usernames?
Captain Green Hair replied to Sir Dano's topic in Forum Information and Help
My hair colour changes itself, i really can't do anything about it. -
Haha, that is one funny scene and well build too! I love the overall look and especially the shape of the wave. The expression on the minifig is just classic and i can already hear the barrel crash up on the shore. I would agree that some transparent bricks instead of white would look better, as the white doesn't really gives that watery (is that a word?) feel.

Build a frigate with Captain Green Hair
Captain Green Hair replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in Pirate MOCs
You can make the gundeck stripe thinner, but if you want to make the ship lower, you'll have to lower the deck inside as well to fit guns. I made the stripe this high, so that the gunport fits nicely on it, having a bit of red along all sides. As for 2x.. plates you'll need some 2x2, 2x3, 2x6 and 2x8 plates. I'd say about 20 of each. I am still eager to see WIP shots, so if you want some feedback post away i say! -

Imperial Boarding Team Battle Pack
Captain Green Hair replied to jansued's topic in Watto's Junkyard
This is a very well made battlepack. It contains a nice looking vehicle and you have figured out what the chrome suit is for. Good luck in the contest! -
From the little bits of SW i have seen this looks very recognizable, well done and good luck in the contest!

Build a frigate with Captain Green Hair
Captain Green Hair replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in Pirate MOCs
Yes large detailed ships take a lot of parts, but the result is very well worth it. -
It was a great party, with a BBQ and loads of beverages, hence why i was sleeping so long. Making you that little MOC was a pleasure to do buddy, happy birthday!

There are also a lot of 1x1, 1x2, 1x4, 1x8 and 1x10 plates used in black to connect the whole wall above the red stripe. You'll also need plates for the decks ofcourse. And like Steele already said, you can always use more Lego. -

Captain Green Hair replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in Pirate MOCs
Yes, these will be made in a similar way, but without the plate that has the hook on it. -
I'll be making the ''grates'' for the Prince Willim in that exact same way, as i still haven't figured out a better way to make 'm and i think they look quite good. The holes are 2 plates big, so a minifig can't get caught in the holes. Yes, well that was equally as fun as building. *burp*

Wow, that is a great creation already, blows my old one straight out of the water. It does look like the buoyancy tanks on the side are a little short, i think they should run up a bit further to the bow. Here is a good picture of a real one, where you can see that the tanks run to just under the first vents:

You've made a very cool fire truck, i love the clever use of the roof plate as back wall for the cabin. And welcome to Eurobricks, this is one way to introduce yourself!

How many studs is the 10" by 10" baseplate?
Captain Green Hair replied to ziljin's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Well uh lets see, 10 inch would be 25,40cm. 25,40 / 0,8 = 31,7. So yes 32 x 32 studs as a stud is just about 0,8mm wide. Learning the Lego dimensions is most important when you want to build a large MOC. I bet if you do a bit of a search on it, you can find loads of info. S@H is quite expensive to obtain bricks, why not use sites like Bricklink, Ebay, Cheap(er) online toystores etc. to obtain the needed bricks? And there really is no need to swear. -
Welcome to Eurobricks!

MOC: The Lego Pink Dolphin Hotel is nearing completion
Captain Green Hair replied to ACCURATEin's topic in LEGO Town
I think a certain Ambassador *cough* Copmike *cough* is going to book a room soon. I like it, it is a very interesting looking building in a nice scale and you sure couldn't miss it after a night on the town. What i like most though, are the uneven sized, but high palm trees in front of the building.
