I agree that this is weird, since the version in the show does have the wing turrets. They said that "the only clear 'window-like' elements were the two cockpits". 😕 An Inquisitor is odd, though it could just be a misidentified new character. Yavin is nothing that we did not already know/suspect - Did they say anything about the breakdown of the Rebels (technicians, mechanics, pilots, Fleet Troopers, Honor Guard, etc)?

The Redditor said about the sticker sheets that the Gunship "didn't have anything to write home about, mostly republic logos", so either converting the set into a regular LAAT or just MOCing one with the instructions should be fairly easy. Also, this seems to rule out a BARC side-build.

I feel like Eyepatch Guy is probably a villain and the Ironheart suit is one of his (robotic?) henchmen, since red/black is generally a villain colour-scheme, and because the obvious protagonists have more colourful, whacky outfits that contrast with his. I am not sure why all of them are wearing the same hourglass logo, though. BTW, I think that the hippie figure will use the brick costume torso with a printed tile and short legs.

The version that we see in this episode is tan/brown, not tan/dark red as rumoured. It sounds more like we will be getting her outfit from the Malevolence arc.

New Republic ships at this point are mostly just Rebel ships, so I think that they would be recognisable. The Crucible is an Old Republic ship (long predating the Clone Wars), and since Huyang survived, perhaps his ship did as well.

I found the Coruscant Guard LAAT (from 6x07 “Crisis at the Heart”).

Cole is the one who saves the kid in-question, and we see him again on the deck of the Bounty around 0:14. In the former shot we only see his hair and face, but in the latter we can see that he is wearing an orange sweater/hoodie with a mask (hence the speculation that he is Arin). I am wondering if Arin ages up naturally, because the Ninja get pulled into a realm where time passes more slowly (the opposite of the Never-Realm), then reappear in Ninjago years after they left. 🤔

So it is a Republic ship that is new, not a New Republic ship? Maybe the Crucible? With us getting Huyang in the T-6, I can see the Crucible making an appearance in the show!

This? I am not sure how I feel; it is a nice variant, but I would definitely prefer a standard LAAT and leave the variants for mods/MOCs. Separatist Nightmare was in the Second Battle of Geonosis.

Did they say what kind of NR vehicle (fighter, capital ship, land vehicle, shuttle, etc)? No recognisable characters suggests spoiler characters, but also no Zeb.

Red variant? Most Gunships have red markings - Did an all-red LAAT appear at some point? Unlikely at this price. Also, I think that the next Police Gunship that we get will be Imperial rather than Republic, since the former appears often in Rebels and J:FO/J:S. It was, but the joke turned out to be that the list is true, but most people doubted it because it dropped on April 1st!

Can you say who, or at least whether the other characters are old (from Rebels) or new?

To be fair to LEGO, though, Kanan can appear in any number of Rebels sets, while Jacen and Quarrie (and Keysu, IF that is who the mystery character is) really cannot. 😕 That is disappointing.

Minifigs for the Fang Fighter vs. TIE Interceptor are Din (with Darksaber), the leaked blue Mando (called a "Mandalorian Fleet Commander"), a TIE Pilot (appears to be the same design as in the Bomber), and an Imperial Astromech named R2-E6. Both ships look good, but the TIE Interceptor is definitely the stronger of the two. The entire back of the box was not shown in the video, so I am not sure if the Fang Fighter's wings can spin.

Maybe, but the other characters in the set are established and not spoilers for the show; I assume that the same is true for the mystery figure. I could be wrong (again!), though.

Most LAATs have the same design (though some have different paint-schemes and nose art), so it can be used for the 501st or any other Clone unit that LEGO has made (lack of pilots notwithstanding).

I am now wondering who the mystery figure in the Ghost is. Ezra would make sense, but I am not sure how Promobricks would not recognise him. Maybe Ketsu Onyo? She makes as much sense as Quarrie, and her short hair could have caused the person who saw the set to mistake her for a Male character. 🤔

Thoughts: - The Swamp Speeder Minifigs are a weird choice and a missed opportunity to get the 327th or 41st variants, but I do appreciate being able to get 332nd Troopers at a reasonable price (along with Vaughn). - I am VERY excited to be getting a Gunship and the Ghost! I do hope that we get Shock Troopers in a less expensive set, though. As for the Minifigs in the Ghost, I wonder if the weird choices (Quarrie, Jacen) are due to LEGO trying to avoid spoilers for Ahsoka while also including desirable characters. I suspect that we will get another set with Sabine and Ezra, though Zeb's absence is disappointing. - Rex being (currently) exclusive to the UCS Venator is extremely disappointing! I just hope that we get an unbandaged version in 1HY 2024. 😬
