I am surprised that almost nobody used trixbrix narrow gauge rails.
-
Yeah, i will use the R40 90° switches as well, but every train needs to be accesable from the front of the tables (bottom in my picture) because everything is infront of a room wall, also with walls on the side. It fits a corner in my room.
-
I will soon (once the tables arrive) have a small layout of 3,60m x 1,80m (9x Ikea Linnmon 120cm x 60cm tables) and plan on running 2 major loops around with a ship port to the right side. I have quite a few long trains: 3m cargo train, Santa fe two A and one B unit and full set of passenger cars, 2022 passenger train double, Horizon express double, 3m non-Lego steam train with passenger cars, Metroliner double, and smaller things Quite a few things of rolling stock. I would like to have everything parked on the layout, on the top yard, but everything seems cramped and some trains barely fit. I want to use the space more. Is there a trick to do this?

Driving the Cat in snow using pybricks software and train remote control device. -
It would be... if only it wouldn't had just half a W16... which would be fine if either the real car had a V8, or Lego would just not do and useless licenses on these vehicles!

Is there someone who fixed the second car from 76956 JP T-Rex breakout? Thought someone did... Maybe with a partlist on what you need to fix the second upside down car, and make it proper. -
Love this so much! Do i spot some circuit cubes inside the Köf? How's the "Unimog" done? Looks like an official set?!

Can i ask what the converted SP engine to camera car in the first post is for? -
I mean Old: both metal axle versions New: current full plastic I have all 3 (axle through, no axle through and current) and they all feel roughly the same.

I recently got a brick built set of a BR 18 201 from a different brand. It comes with one passenger car, with wheels and wheel holders which are exactly as the current newer Lego ones, and let me tell you, these have almost zero rolling resistance. Also i have no problem using the newest Lego wheels and holders. They might have slightly higher rolling resistance than the old ones, but not as much to worry about IMO. And i run some pretty long trains.

Also Thomas had blue wheels! It's great to have black and red wheels, but imagine blue green brown etc!
-
Haven't really found anything. 6 wide probably looks to small (set of the 18201 is 8 wide i think), and 8 wide not much variety. Especially when i would need dark blue. Maybe i build my own, or maybe more models will follow Haven't really found anything. 6 wide probably looks to small, and 8 wide not much variety. Especially when i would need dark blue. Also bought a BR 18-201 steam train (from a different toy brand... can't stop getting new things :D), but it only comes with one passenger car. Any Bluebrixx passenger car recommendations (6 or 8 wide)?

I hope Thomas will make it! Big part of my childhood, this man!
