One goes between tractor and trailer and one goes on the back of the trailer. The load on the axles is actually not the bad thing. And you can set a gear ratio in the Mack for more torque or speed, mine is in the middle. The bad thing is, when the trailer is really heavy loaded and you want to go around like a 90° curve, the kingpin slips out of the fifth wheel, since it has to basically pull that heavy weight sideways. Its fine when driving in a straight line. I only have this problem with really big loads like the Cat or All Terrain Crane set. Looks like the lowboy trailers are sold out! Can't find them anymore on the site.

Yeah, probably not possible. Even adding more beams inside the lowboy wouldn't do much. It's already full of plates and beams sandwiches :D

I like the set! Lovely little (big) ship. But i never understood the hype about the ship, really! Yes i know the backstory and some movies about it, bla bla, but so what!?

I still have the digital instructions for all these. They came with LDD in like 2007 iirc! I sold the set couple of years ago (iam an idiot), but i remember this caboose i made, which is mostly based on one of the 30 models. I still have those yellow hand rails. Maybe i should rebuild it again...

I only do it with bushings and [+o] pins. Especially why they have to hold something more heavy or have pressure on them.

@kbalage Can you seperate the modules of the set after it's completed, as shown in the instruction book?
