  1. Hey! That sounds like a reasonable price to me. Much better than making it frikkin $100.00.
  2. On eBay, they are going for as little at $87.
  3. You better believe it. That's what I'm doing.
  4. The lame ones will be. The interesting ones such as the train station and grocery store will be released in August, which I'm upset about and refuse to be comforted over.
  5. Yeah! My only disappointment is that they didn't use City Food Market logo. But that's not even saddening. I guess it'll be called FRESH in my town instead.
  6. I am the exact opposite of you on the last part. This is the first time that City has done a grocery store and darn flipping, they did it right. Sure there is no roof, but who gives. I can add a roof. That farmers van too is a great addition. Heck, that one will act as a salad van in my town. Placing it on Food Truck Avenue in my town.
  7. I personally would probably switch the tractor with the one from 2021. That one was better. EDIT: Better yet, I'd get this baby right here. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ As with most older vehicles for City, older tractors were better too. Speaking of which, how come almost every truck has to have monster truck tires now? I miss the old trucks that had regular tires.
  8. Pricing is why I'm reasoning as to whether or not I should get the farm or not. I'll admit, it's a great set for a 4+ set. A decent sized tractor, barn and sty. Just the right size for my town layout, which doesn't have any really tall buildings - the tallest ones being the hospital and the town hall (since that's where the prime minister of my town lives).
  9. That's a rare find. Usually, the only sets I see getting discounts are police and fire sets. Nothing else!
  10. I'm with you there. The only farm sets I'm buying are the salad truck and the grocery store.
  11. Well I could've sworn that the new train station would be $70 or $80. That's what the original price quote was.
  12. Yeah! They've put a new meaning to..... FAST FOOD!!!!!
  13. $100 USD for a train station? Is it worth it?
  14. I could use that mobile unit though. Maybe that'll be my next buy. That car transporter too.
  15. Darn! I was hoping the bank would be one. I need the bank for my town. Maybe I can find it on eBay for cheaper.
  16. No way! Are you serious? I hope 60317 is one of them.
  17. Yeah so Lego wouldn't do sets without instructions.
  18. I remember that set. Now i try not to put too many real life references in my town because I don't want it to confuse people. But the McDonald's is something I'd put in my town for set dressing purposes. I quite stories about the buildings in my town, thus the want for certain types of buildings or job representation in City. But the McDs wouldn't be very important. So it would really just be a set dresser.
  19. @DBlegonerd7 You know what? Looking at what you just said, I guess I'm going to have to second guess my thoughts on the Res Q theme returning.
  20. Don't speak to me! I'm not in a good mood. Of course the good sets are being held off until frikkin August 1st. Of course Lego is cruel like that.
  21. I agree. That, the bathtub stunt bike and the train station are immediate buys for me this summer.
  22. Nice catch there! I like that one. Don't forget the recent hospital sets. The manual laborer form 60204 has a cast, which also points out a workplace related injury. Then there is Wallop who appears in the 60330 hospital. He has an alternative face where it looks as though he was hit in the head.
