  1. I was thinking a force based in the suburbs.
  2. I think Lego has police under control. I want to suggest themes that don't involve the police.
  3. Exactly! And it's not like little boys don't love big tractors and heavy equipment. A farm subtheme or 2020 would earn Lego another good bundle from City.
  4. Ok. Maybe not bullfighting. But harvesting and tractor races. That's action.
  5. The idea that it won't sell isn't realistic. There is plenty of action and playability in a farm theme. Harvesting, bull fighting, tractor races, etc.
  6. Ugh. That's the issue with most people on this community. You've got no vision. Be an optimist dude. Pessimism is for dream crushers.
  7. @icm That wasn't brief. But I see your point. But c'mon! We can't argue that 2007-2009 were the best years for City sets.
  8. Each to their own! I'm standing by my statement. City as a theme is better than World City. No....I'm not a fan of the extra police subjects, but overall - City has done a far better job.
  9. Ok! I get it. But I still don't mind stickers.
  10. But can't custom prints go bad too? I mean.....they're still stickers.
  11. @Evans ...and the unpleasant and creepy looks on the minifigures faces? Surely, you can't let that slide. At least the cops in LEGO City looked friendly.
  12. @Angelasbrick So you have a Facebook too! Are you on the LEGO City Builders Gather group?
  13. My hope for 60260 to 60266 is that its a revival of the Farm subtheme.
  14. Unpopular opinion: This harvester is the best one that has been released by City.
  15. Oh yes! Also, if we want to really discuss what Lego should do for the City theme, come here!
  16. Oh...of course you can. Just like you can have a tow truck without a garage or a news van without a news station.
  17. @AMD I also would like to see another bus this year too. Maybe a school bus this time. Perhaps that's what one of the unnamed Great Vehicles is.
  18. Yeah! Like how pissed I'll be if this year's service center is a 4+ set.
  19. Oh. Thanks for making this topic. Now we can do some real discussion.
  20. Its something wrong. He's acting like I was saying it was definite. I wasn't. I was simply sharing what I was told in a speculative manner as though it could possibly be untrue. Ikr
  21. Hello Angela! Welcome to Eurobricks!
  22. Ok. You're in full blown attack mode. But you didn't even see the end of my statement. I said I don't know if it's true or not. That's just what I heard. That means....I'm not sure. Besides, a forum is where we can speculate. Not everything we say is going to be based on exact evidence.
  23. Well....we do get the mega sets every year. It would be nice to see one year where City doesn't do any new police or fire sets. I mean, Lego is a trillion dollar company. They can afford to do that. Don't replace them with other topics though. That'll only cause trouble. Just don't make them for a year. But.... on another note, I must re ently heard that Lego does assign particular teams of people to certain themes. The income that comes from those sets goes to that particular team of workers. No one else. That's probably why they have to put what sells before other things. I don't know if that's true or not. That's just what I heard.
