    Thanks! Some of the fun moving / dynamic elements in the display are: - motorized waterfall - flickering campfire in native american village - lights on most of the town buildings - eagle that soars in a circle around rightmost mountain - train circles the town on 9v track We hope to capture that dynamicity in an upcoming video

    Some confederate soldiers. I put them on a yellow background so they didn't look too good - the title is a nod to them rising in insurrection against the US and being on the wrong side of history. The torsos are largely taken from official figures with some of the print partially removed.

    Some ravens call out ominously in a foggy stretch of forest

    As the Corlander troops marched silently through the forest near Seawatch they heard ominous raven calls come from the trees above. A low fog clung to the tops of the trees. -------------------------- OOC: Figured if it isn't too late to add a build to the attack, some fog could perhaps help either side

    Fabulous night build! Stud.io really lets the background be black while the elements provide all the light - so cool. A GoC from me

    Tested my proto train on its loop last night. Next up are more terrain details, crops, trees, and then figures!

    I tried the Duplo face first (removed using a hacksaw), but it was too big! This one is made out of modeling clay and then superglued onto some tiles Some other earlier prototype heads next to the final one:

    Thanks! The straight track is attached to the base using a swivel plate and lots of tiles. I then put plates down on either side of it to keep it from swiveling once in place.

    Thomas' fireman called out to his driver to begin braking. Sir Topham Hatt was just ahead with a signalman, who was waving a red flag. One of the first lessons Thomas had learned was to always stop for a red flag waving. --------------------------------------- The Thomas model is based on @ScotNick's previous efforts

    Haha yeah - there had been some earlier Thanksgiving autumn scenes in Elizabethville, so I took it a step further and added snow a while back. Adds some nice diversity to the Brick Seas

    Yes was testing out the tunnel to make sure Thomas would fit through for future flexibility in the display
