I like that N-1 Mod, is that your own? Or an existing Mod somewhere else?

LEGO Star Wars 2023 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
Frizzlefry25 replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The only hope for Kuill is that we get a microfighter build with him and the Blurrg. He really should have been in the original Razorcrest, and with him only being in season one, he won't be in any future sets as they keep moving forward. Im sure if they did that, he would be slightly different, but personally I think they should! -

Even if it's a great build, I think the prices for these sets are the issue. It used to be 1-2 large sets for all lego themes might have been $300 plus. Now you have a $350 marvel sculpture, $550 Hulkbuster, a $600 Razorcrest, and a Harry Potter train for $500 all within a few months, and I am sure there are more! If these sets were in the $200-$350 I would probably be interested in multiple, instead im getting none of them. -
Wow, yeah I am glad a built it when I did. I spent less than $600 total including instructions, and the original system set. It did take awhile comparing pieces on bricklink to bricks and pieces to ensure I could save as much as possible, because I can't spend $700+ on MOCS or UCS sets!

Yikes, so the 100 years of wonder are some brickheadz? Not digging that call! -
I am very Happy with Jerac's version, and the early pics don't make me feel like im missing out, especially at that cost!. Jerac, how about a Mando N-1 to go with it!?

Like the Razorcrest. Looks to be about 2 studs wider than Jerac's with a new Windshield? And sounds like a few more play features. But no reason to replace Jerac's build for me, especially at $600! If this set was $400 I would be tempted down the line, and Im sure those figures will unfortunately be worth a ton, but a pass for sure. On to next year! Man no UCS adds this year. Didn't like the speeder, and im done with $600+ SW UCS sets. -

Yeah, these prices are starting to get out of control. I only have a couple helmets, as I just can't afford to start another line, but if I was into all of these, this feels like a $225-$250 max. $350 is ridiculous as is some of the other larger sets that got increases. Sets I bought previously, but would definitely not buy now at there current prices. Worse, sets I haven't got, I will never buy. Even if it goes on sale, Im not going to pay a sale price, that should have been the everyday price. -

Yikes! Nice looking set, but I'm not starting into a bust line at $350 a pop! Worse, the set I was interested in looks to now be $500? Which means that probably won't happen for me. There have only been two sets I was willing to save and sell things for to justify that cost. That was the Falcon and SD. Once things start hitting $500+ im out! -

If there going to do it, go big! 100 years, 100 figs! Never would happen, but that would be amazing, and they could easily pull it off. On second thought, not sure I could afford that many! -

Would never happen, but I would take a few black panther vehicles, sling ring portals, and a massive collection of minifigs to re-create the Endgame battle. You put that together for $500 and it would be interesting at least! -

Dang maybe I was right! It must contain a mountain or statue or something at that price, there is no way its just a vehicle. That being said, any BP vehicles could have been done at the $150-$250 range. When you are talking a $500 price no matter the theme it better be an amazing build and a highly desired and iconic item, because that is not a drop in the bucket for alot of people! -

Yeah $500 is the bigger problem for me. I have only spent that or more twice. Once for the falcon and the SD, both because I love the ships and they literally were part of my childhood. Other big sets for me and the family, Disney Castle, Disney Train, Diagon Ally, themes the entire family enjoy and all in the low $300's, same for the Bugle. Loved the AT-AT but had to skip for price, probably same for the Razorcrest (plus I already converted to Jerac's MOC) At $500 this would have to be glorious! The only thing I was worried about was Avengers tower, because I am enjoying the modulars with the Bugle and Sanctum. After that was debunked I can relax, but when you drop $500 that set has to be iconic and amazing no matter the theme. These clues seem to say the otherwise, or else it's all BS. -

UCS super size Blank Panther Jet! Just in time for the sequel. $500 is such a big number. If you took a SW standard UCS, $199 old $240 new. $250-$350 would be more than enough for any MCU vehicle. Whatever it is, does not need a $500 Razorcrest version! -

This thing needs to leak soon, or else the speculation is going to go wild! Like others if it's a vehicle, but not a quinjet for a few others mentioned. I have no clue (which is probably why they assume it won't be liked) If it's not something top of mind, there probably in trouble. Milano would be surprising with a decent size already out. For Marvel there are only so many iconic vehicles, and even that is a stretch. -

Well if that ends up being true, my wallet will be relieved! I cant think of something currently that I would consider blowing $500 that wasn't Avengers tower or a Helicarrier. Maybe they will surprise me, but I'm hoping I won't even be tempted by this. Now to just wait to see the Hulkbuster, so I know if I can skip that too. Darn pricey sets! -

I wouldn't be so sure, I mean never say never, but Book of Boba Fett aligns to after Mando season 2, and as that stretch in Boba is basically season 2.5 of Mando. Season 3 would take place after. I wouldn't count on seeing bane again......... But then, maybe someone can Mod him! Lol That seems to be a new thing. -

Saw this on the shelf at Walmart today, you are not kidding, much larger box than I would have thought! And as a fan of Bad Batch I had to go back and remember what this ship was. They could have brought those figs as part of a smaller set, or different set altogether. And with these new prices! Yikes! -

My daughter does not have all the sets yet, however since she liked the Griffindor GWP, I got enough pieces to make 3 more, one for each of the others houses, I stacked them in pairs and created a top that can be used as a set like two bell towers (even thought they don't look like them) They can also be folded together into a single structure. We then added the staircase to that building, like they are going to there rooms, but as she still needs a couple sets who knows how it will end up. The ability to mix and match is cool and frustrating at the same time! lol -

I think of this as a UCS set for Star Wars, a great detailed display model, that will never please people with figs (even though they could have) While lego has had a few large Harry Potter sets, it doesn't scream vehicles like Star Wars, and I think this is one of the few iconic things you could do in this scale. -

Ended up really liking the Sanctum, a little let down by the figs, but primarily wanted it to be with the bugle. -
I havent had that issue, and it has been on top of a subwoofer for quite awhile, Maybe I should move it!
