Looks great in bird mode! I agree it could use improvement in cassette mode, but I certainly haven't found a way to do it better, and this is by far the best transforming Laserbeak moc I've seen. Now... *cocks fusion cannon* ... make him yellow. Buzzsaw fans rise up. -

Alright, so I'll probably get Plo's fighter then. Funny that we're getting two blue+white republic starfighter microfighters in a row when neither are exactly A-tier ships (and that Plo is our first jedi starfighter microfighter, before any ETA-2 or Obi-wan's Delta-7). But at the end of the day I respect it it's a nice cheap way to get a character who's been missing a long time, and $13 little ship with jedi is a fun gift for kids. "eating good" - UCS Orn Free Taa confirmed You have to let this one go, man. They're here to stay. It's been the main helmet type for 5 years- at this point changing back is going to mess up a TON of collections. The closest thing to a battle pack they're in is that anniversary set, which is still $40 for 3. A bona-fide battle pack would be nice. I mean, they are the main army unit of the empire, I'd prefer one of them over an officer. Maul is one of the most popular dark siders, I think this'll sell like hotcakes for kids. I'm not sure what you're saying exactly, but I think it would make a lot of sense for a blurry leaked photo to make someone uncertain whether or not Enoch is present. With potato quality it could be hard to tell if it's enoch's helmet or just a nighttrooper with the grey face and some gold kintsugi on the helmet. -

I'd like something like Stormtrooper^tm and Army Trooper battle pack ($19.99): 2x stormtrooper, 2x imperial army trooper. Comes with a patrol speeder like the one on Ferrix. -

Twice the sets, double the Dedra. What was first just a dream has now become a frightening reality for those who may oppose us. Agreed- a battle pack or the Avenger, unless they heard our Fondor-related cries. Agreed, though I'd take a battle pack with the Ferrix speeder. Very happy to hear about more Andor, it belies a faith in the show's continued success that I hope paid off. This season seems to be more action-focused so it'd be cool if it broke more into that general audience who tunes in to watch mando bust heads, for instance. Buildable ewok was inevitable. I've been predicting it for ages. -

Assumably he will have them in the set, he's rumored to be a minifigure right? All those black bricks... it was going to be an Oscorp. -

That's a $30 set. And honestly, even if it was $30, I don't know if I'd pick it up. I don't like the navy on Miles, and the Bodega itself isn't very well done. The only part of this set that I'd want is Miles's father and the car- it's nice to get more civilian and police stuff in this theme compared to spider-cars. -
I loved when he fought Morb Adam and changing the balance of morbin in the DC universe Disassemble yourself This just reminds me of how they were going to make Optimus Prime a green lantern but scrapped the concept when the new 52 began. Also that the Toa Mata from Bionicle are canonically part of the green lantern corps in the DC universe.

I haven't gotten around to S1 but I'm surprised they aren't there. I wouldn't mind them showing up in an Advent Calendar or Holiday set. They like to keep jedi starfighters more or less constantly on shelves. Obi's is due for retirement and given that Yoda's is in that walmart super discount pack I wouldn't be surprised if it was too. -

Yes, and that's my point. A set this old isn't a good metric. I'm not as up to date with who's who but Brick Tap reported on both sets. "Kramer" was the night trooper pack- it looks like he's been the source for a lot of 2025 stuff - and Childish Landino is listed for Plo Koon's starfighter. -

Where did you see this? Ahsoka's starfighter is horribly overpriced, but the 2005 set isn't really a fair comparison. It's 2/3ds the piece count and very simple compared to the 2014-2025 design type. Anakin's 2020 interceptor is a better comparison IMO because it's a near-identical set. -

Hasbro actually finally put the "what color are the funny cassette men" fight to rest by making a blue figure representing the G1 "Frenzy" toy and calling him Rumble. (Frenzy is Red, Rumble is Blue. This is the way.) Lego Optimus is arguably what got me into transformers as a franchise, so take that as you will. Regardless, Lego Optimus is in my opinion one of the best sets of all time just for how effectively it pulls off the transformation and how solid it looks in both modes. I highly reccomend it to anyone who likes lego or transformers even if they didn't like both. Bumblebee's a little tougher. His car mode is EXCELLENT but his bot mode is much rougher than Optimus's. I'll give them some slack as it's notoriously hard to make a transforming figure that becomes his G1 cartoon mode, but it's still a bit of a step down. -
I knew it was true, because I've had this exact situation occur before- I was just saying regardless of whether or not it was true, you're not going to see anything pleasant googling that. It's really, really funny. Love it, it's very solid. Despite the fact that it's menacing- a blacktron takeover of Classic Space- it feels almost aspirational.

@Agent Kallus, never post again. Why would you do this? Regardless of whether or not it's true, why would you google that specifically? The "DC and lego didn't care enough to make the figure designs superman specific and are referring to the mech as the tie in" timeline seems the most logical to me. "I wish I hadn't"

Same. Not really a fan of the mech itself, but I've bought the last two iron man mechs, and now that they've got two figs for $15 I'm pretty happy with it. Just when you think you've seen all the weirdness, you realize they've mounted one of their enemies' heads in their base. In the 4+ set. -

Yeah, exactly. Also if lego is confident in selling 10 (admittedly very sick) copies of the same set in different colors, I've changed my mind and would like to see Black One vs First Order tie fighter this summer. Yup. We can even do this pretty objectively- The 2020 ETA-2, which is pretty much the same set, was $30, or about $36.5 today (I'll be honest I knew it'd be bad but didn't realize how bad it was. At least in the states, the last few years of inflation have been BRUTAL.) Lego already started the $37 price point for what were clearly formerly $30 sets. The 2025 ETA has one additional figure. Is that really worth $8.5? (Not to mention I'd argue the 2020 interceptor was already overpriced and is therefore an inaccurate baseline.) Allegedly $30, which is AWFUL EXACTLY Instead of giving my thoughts I'm just quoting you because this is exactly what I would have said, just in too many words. Only thing I'll add is I think the ETA-2 should have gone smaller, not bigger. And they always hit solid discounts too- a chunk of them were $14 at target recently, and I regularly see most of them at walmart for $20ish. -

I've been calling TIE Advanced vs Y-wing since they started this subline. I'd also enjoy Black One vs a First Order TIE, but we just had an X-wing vs tie one so it'll be awhile. -

No, I agree. The 1HYs just have so few system sets at this point that it's hard to get excited, and this is just 3 GAR starfighters (And an Andor set, which is cool). I'll probably pick up Plo's since I do like him and it's a nice color scheme, but the ARC I do worry will be too small and overpriced, same with the U-wing. I can't wait for the scene in Andor where Dedra's about to die when Batman wearing a superman outfit runs onto the screen, saves her, and leaves, with this event not being brought up at all for the rest of the show. -

I think if they're doing soundwave it means they've got ideas for the cassettes. Lego Transformers so far have done a pretty good job including the most prominent parts of each character, even if they stumbled a little bit on Bumblebee's bot mode. We know non-18+ sets are coming as well. I've listed out my hopes for them before but to be honest, if they give us smaller scale transformers, the only non-titans I'd still want at this size (besides the three we have/know are coming) are Megatron, Starscream, and Grimlock. Rumble erasure will not be tolerated. Somebody needs to stop them from calling soundwave uncrasamatic. Agreed on that last bit, but I do think they can give us transforming cassettes. They won't look great in at least one mode, to be sure, but with Mixel joints I think you can make something that's at least stable and resembles a tape in one mode and a birb/cat/small man in another. As logical as that is, I think Megs and Starscream will still show up first. Shockwave's iconic but apparently not one of Hasbro's top 7 or whatever their highest tier is. And Megatron can be done fairly easily if they just make him a cybertronian tank (which I think someone just needs to go tell the designers, because seriously it is not difficult to make a lego G1 Megatron that turns into a tank. Only procrastination stops mine from being completed and posted here, he's like 80% of the way done and I've taken great pains to make sure he should be up to lego's stability standards) -
Me when I would be wise to surrender But no yeah if this has more than 15 figures I'd be shocked. They realistically should be able to re-use city parts for the Arkham staff and a single pair of new prints for prisoner torsos to get us like 20-25 figures without a crazy print budget, but this is Lego DC, who's strategy appears to be "Let's forget about almost anyone not named Batman or Jonkler and release slightly different batmobiles with higher and higher prices, even after our summer 2023 batmobile sold so poorly it's being packaged with two other sets for almost the same price as it was individually", so it'll be like 8-10. "I understood that reference" The Scarif technicians in Rogue One wore all black, you might be able to get some of those guys to help out. Uncharacteristically wholesome move from The Mouse.

DECEPTICONS!!!! TRANSFORM AND RISE UP!!!! Shame lego chickened out on even just cybertronian tank megatron, but whatever. Soundwave Superior. It's gotta be those two if this is all they plan on doing for now Cassette wise. But I could definitely see them making a GWP or expansion set with more casseticons, in which case I could see them doing Laserbeak and Frenzy in the actual Soundwave set with Rumble, Ratbat and Ravage in the GWP/Expansion. -

Same (Except and Loki instead of Psylocke) but you're also right that we were never getting Born Again characters. Disagree on these two- we've have ONE Noir, and it'll have been more than 5 years since then when the series releases. As for Spiderverse 2099, he seriously benefits from arm printing for his gauntlets (Or new molds since they really spike out of his arms pretty far), as well as being able to continue the cell-shading/spot printing onto his arms and even just his legs. I never liked how the 2019 figure looked because of that- all the spot detailing just stops at his waist. Lego puts their sets in ovens (Assumably not to like pizza making temperatures, but still). I wouldn't worry. Here's my idea: 1. Miles Morales (ATSV suit with the bleeding armpits) - energy blast effects and web effects 2. Peter B parker (Trenchcoat and pants): Baby Mayday figure and pizza slice. Sort of both movies here. 3. Spider-Gwen (From her own universe): Pastel shading on the figure to stand out from the other 50 billion gwen figures in circulation. Comes with the Hobie universe hopper 4. Spider-Man 2099: Comes with cape and an alternate hair/head with one side of the head having the fangs and red eyes. 5. Omniversal Spot: Has new molds for messed up, jagged (to the extent lego can make things jagged) limbs. Comes with spot portals. 6. Spider Man India: Comes with a cloth waistcape and his yoyo. 7. Spider-Punk: Comes with Guitar 8. Peni Parker: Comes with spider. 9. Ben Reily: Comes with web effects. 10. Prowler: Comes with cape and gauntlets 11. Spider-Man Unlimited: Comes with cape 12. Spider-Noir: Comes with minecraft head printed like a legally distinct rubik's cube. And if the Sony part's wrong and it really is just spider verse in general: 1. Spider-Man (60's cartoon): with picture of himself and web 2. Cosmic Spider-Man 3. Supaidaman, Emissary from Hell: with tommy gun (He is canon, have a look) 4. Ben Reily 5. Kaine: with alternate spider head 6. Spider-Noir: With revolvers 7. Superior Spider Man (With iron spider arms) 8. Miles Morales (ATSV) 9. Spider-Man 2099 (ATSV) 10. Spider Gwen (pastel colored shading like in the other CMF to differentiate her) 11. Spider-Man india 12. Spider-Punk -

Remember that we don't know if Dedra's in the set or not, so it's entirely possible that she is but never interacts with the U-wing in the show (Or just isn't in the set)
