To be honest, really not a fan. Manages to look worse than the 2012 set, somehow? Instead of that nice dome roof it looks like it has a space-helipad or something. Tower is smaller and overall worse as well. I like the little seating bit, it fits the cramped and crowded feel of the palace, and I like the throne, but that's pretty much it. The rancor grate is an absolute joke, too. You're gonna drop them a single plate? At least the 2012 one had the decency to combine with a rancor pit set, and to have standing space around it so you could stack it on some books or something to drop figures, this makes the grate higher up than the surrounding area. Also, they couldn't even get fennec's hair right, it really doesn't look like Ming-Na. Overall 5/10 set, it really seems like a downgrade compared to a model a decade older than it. Hopefully the Quarren is cheap on BL, I do like the squiddy bois.

Amazing. Really, to make something that's structurally dubious in "real" life out of materials assumably much weaker than the in-universe vehicle, and yet have it be so stable...Go build some bridges, man! And Happy Birthday, of course!

Nah, that...gentleman's leaks were based more on new themes than new sets, and only on here. (IIRC it was indiana jones-which I honestly think'll happen anyway, legend of zelda-not sure why everyone was believing him, but sure, it's somewhat understandable, and... a new knights theme called, I s%*t you not, "KNIGHTS OF VALOR", which would have mini dolls instead of minifigs...not sure how anyone believed that.) Yeah, we knew about it long before the trench run even, and by reliable sources too.

At least one of them is a march reveal, right? Images might not be too far off either for...I think it was dagobah in march, the trash compactor in may, and I don't remember when the trench run was. I'm also gonna take the mention of quote sets to remind lego that they should make a skywalker homestead qoute set where you can swap out EP2 Anakin, EP4 Luke, and EP9 Rey looking at the sunset, with the quote being "a long time ago...in a galaxy far, far away..."

@ARC2149Nova, I haven't heard that name in a long time...a very long time. I agree about the crime syndicate members. I think luckily the more notable ones are notable enough to get a set, and even the less interesting ones have interesting rides that would be easy sets. Here's an image of part of another set I'm working on, the 18+ display set. Just two left (the AT-TE and a building that's turning out a lot bigger than it was supposed to be), I'm so close!

Aside from the dark knight reference, I don't know. No problem, I'm actually kind of relieved that we were just being deceived by the instagram lads again. I was worried when you started giving timing on reveals and then the dates passed that you had joined the dark side and become a fake leaker yourself!

Eh, dark trooper helmet looks fine. About the average for helmets I think. So far I think it's, from worst to best: Stormtrooper, Vader, Boba Fett, TIE pilot, Dark Trooper, Scout Trooper, Mandalorian, Luke's helmet.

I know, it's so cool! I'm getting one for sure, maybe 2. This was the best moment I experienced "live" for SW so to speak (I'm too young to have seen the OT and PT in theatres). It's such a great scene, and I think it's represented very well.

LOVE the dark trooper set. It has no right to look this good. I thought it was gonna be the final duel luke, 3 dark troopers with stud shooters, and a bad hallway with bright red levers to move the figures. This is INCREDIBLE! It looks so good! New Luke is nice, and the dark troopers having accurate guns is nice, but by far the most unexpected part to me is how the hallway looks almost on the level of bespin duel or vader's meditation chamber. Overall 10/10 if it's $30 or less. I didn't plan on buying this, but I'm blown away, and getting at least 1 for sure. If BL prices for that luke are good, I might buy a second one, sell the luke, and extend the hallway.

I like that one alot (it's from a ragnorak scene), but my personal favorite is still "Uygher one", considering, you know, disney being pretty cozy with a country enslaving and killing them. I think the helmets have had stickers before, but the ones on the luke helmet look printed to me. That's true! Wonder when we'll see the dark trooper helmet and palace.

If this story of how the transparent vaders and stuff came to be is real, I'd imagine it'd be a LOT more difficult to print bricks with a design from 2003 and get a retired part (old helmet/jetpack) molding than to just have a different color of plastic mold an existing part.

I mean, besides the palace, what is there to have? The is pretty much it at this point, I can't see them making just a generic building beside the palace, and there's already a slave one-sorry, i mean "prisoner with job one" on shelves. Those helmets are BEAUTIFUL! I'm definately getting one, just don't know yet whether I'll get mando's or luke's. I'm very impressed that they got the curvature for luke's right, and I think Mando's helmet is really a big step up from boba's. Mando's vertical line in the visor looks just the teeniest bit chubby to me, but I don't think it's a huge issue, and they have ACTUAL METALLIC SILVER PARTS on it!

While I'd love a set of that, I have no idea how they'd do it at $60, and I think the scene might be just a tad too dark for lego to directly base a scene on. After all,

Nope, you're right. That's Megabloking awesome, I have wanted a Stinger Mantis since 2019, I even made my own (image in spoiler), but it was pretty expensive to build so I never made a physical model. Wait, why? Just so it's not $60? If true, that's awesome. Hope it's a more of a Yularan situation than a Hoth Han one though if true.

@jdubbs did hint at it, so I'm a bit more hopeful, and it does make sense as a set, being something that wouldn't be a HUGE spoiler if leaked, especially for a release 5 months after the episode. Is it possible it's one of the sets, but not THE set we know is tbobf?

I dunno, I don't think the rooms themselves will be different rooms. I'm guessing it'll be the 2016 one with minor mods to certain builds and new figure prints, like the 2016 one was of the 2008. I suppose it's possible we'll get a couple figure changes too, though. Maybe they finally add the original plan of a hot tub at the bottom. (yes, this is real and was the original plan for the set) They've done BB-8, a Probe Droid, and D-0 in this style, so I think a Gonk is likely. Gonk, Gonk, Gonk* *translation: I agree, but I do think that people wouldn't be so harsh on the Gonk, as statues aren't quite as popular as the UCS sets overall and there aren't as many popular candidates for other statues like there are for other UCS sets. Plus, while both a UCS landspeeder and Gonk Statue are memes, the UCS landspeeder was reflecting annoyance at all the landspeeders and the UCS gonk is more reflective of the cult of gonk meme.

Thanks! I've got a few more I made awhile ago. Aerodynamic Interceptor: So I made this aaaaallllll the way back in july 2018. Back in early 2018 I bought the ski speeder set pretty much just to part out, and I made this ship originally out of parts from the ski speeder, as well as some parts from the 2015 poe's x-wing (which I took apart in early 2016 and have always regretted dismantling). I then went back and recolored it in a more rebellion-esque color scheme, with the pilot an all-red rebel pilot. Mercenary Gunship: So, this started because in march 2020 I wanted to buy capes for my mandalorian warrior minifigures. I found a bricklink store that sold them for very cheap, but there was a $20 minimum buy, so I bought some gunmetal first order officer torsos and silver heads with red goggles to get myself over the threshold, and made a small faction of troops using those parts. Then, I made a gunship for them, and ended up buying some parts to round out a figure crew. Anyway, as you can see in the images, the ship's main technique I was trying is a set of sliding doors. These work fairly well and look...not terrible? There's also the back ramp, which is a launch pod for the spacetrooper. The ship contains seats for a pilot, bombardier, and at minimum 10 troopers, as well as a weapons rack and spacetrooper launch pod. The figures I created are (left to right from the last image): 4x standard mercenary troopers, 1x heavy spacetrooper, 1x mercenary leader, bombardier, pilot, 2x armored troopers, and 1x mercenary spy (piloting the little speeder I made). Anyway, let me know what you think. It'd also be pretty cool to see other people's non-canon background ship mocs, if anyone has any and wants to post them.

Comes with Luke, Zev, Hoth Han, a Tauntaun, and a skeleton. 75335: $99.99: Echo Base. The sliding doors with a small bacta tank area and command area on each side. Comes with Hoth Luke, Riekan, 2x rebel troopers, K-3PO, and 2 snowtroopers. 75336: $99.99: Gonk Droid. No, hear me out. We get a statue around once a year, and cm'on, a gonk droid really would make sense considering most of these are droids. Hell, I'd buy one. 75337: $139.99: AT-TE: New AT-TE with 4x clone troopers, 1x clone captain, Obi-Wan, Padme, Dooku, and 2x droidika builds. 75338: $69.99: untitled kenobi set. Probably includes kenobi. 75242: $39.99: Tank droid. New, larger tank droid with 1x clone trooper, 1x clone lieutenant, 2x geonosis clones, and Padawan Anakin. 75243: $59.99: Ion cannon and Shield Generator: What it sounds like. Comes with a probe droid build, 2 snowtroopers, and 3 hoth rebel soldiers. Chicagoland, don't see anything, but the images in goomba's sceenshot look good, I like the bridge mod.

Not exactly. Certain planets have multiple open world areas. Coruscant, for example, seems to have a jedi temple/senate building area and a more seedy underworld area. Naboo has at least 2 (gungan city and theed, maybe a 3rd if you can access the plains for open world). Geonosis will certainly have multiple areas (factory/catacombs, arena, actual battle). Tatooine likely has what, 4? (jabba's palace area, skywalker homestead area, mos espa, mos eisley) and if DLC includes extra locations I'm sure we'll see mos pelgo or something, compared to kjimi or ajan kloss, which'll likely just have 1.

Game looks good, please do not start guessing that everything new in the game is a reference to a new set, given how long it was delayed (and that the lego games always have tons of figures and even some models that don't exist as physical products). I might actually get this, I wasn't planning on it but it looks like a lot of fun, and it's crazy how far these have come since the 2005 game.
