  1. I don't know if this making-off has been posted yet: http://nl.ign.com/lego-batman-3-beyond-gotham-ps4/77491/video/lego-batman-3-beyond-gotham-behind-the-scenes
  2. Thanks Borador The Ent isn't modded or anything. Everything you see in the pictures is assembled as seen in the manuals.
  3. I would be happy with a Wayne Manor with a similar build/ price point like the 2012 60860: The Batcave-set. I'd rather have a GCDP-set like the City Police Station set. Let Marvel have their D2C, like the announced Heli-Carrier.
  4. I could see them doing a mini-summer line or another D2C set from DC to fill in the rest of 2015. Wayne Manor would be perfect but I think that the Lego Ideas proposal is just way too big. It will cost a fortune unless they heavily mod it. A Hogwarts style Manor is more likely to be released.
  5. Thanks guys! I know these are heavy pictures but I can't seem to get them in a smaller resolution. I really should get a Flickr account or something... (Don't mind the dusty cabinets) And I know it's not the perfect topic for this but here's a semi-overview of my current collection:
  6. I just purchased 'The Witch-King Battle' & 'The Lonely Mountain' sets. Only 2 sets to go to complete the collection. This is my collection currently on display: I didn't take pictures of Orthanc, Helm's Deep and my unfinished Lake-Town though. The Necromancer is behind the courtyard statue.
  7. Sure; it has quite a few exclusive minifigures and it's a very popular moment in the trilogy. For me it remains my 2nd favourite LotR set (#1 is Bag-End). I think that Shelob and Moria will be the most treasured sets when time passes. Key characters and scenes in the trilogy.
  8. I think Wayne Manor (+ Batcave) should be the Death Star-set of the DC Superheroes line. Although most of us have had enough with Bats, it's really the most known and popular character of the DC Comics. Put some exclusives in like an animated series Batsuit, Alfred, Robin, blue outfitted Knightwing and 2-3 villains with exclusive printing like a redheaded Jim Carrey Riddler or Rah's Al Ghul and it will sell like hotcakes. But back to thread topic; I highly doubt that the European pricing will be as good as the American prices. I would be really happy if there wasn't any high mark-ups like the Summer 2014 Star Wars sets for instance.
  9. For those (like me) who can't see the video due to regional issues, here's the new Alfred:
  10. Seems like I'll wait for an Amazon discount, the Benelux prices are steep on the Lego Online Shop: Witch-King: 18.00 EUR Lake-Town: 45.00 EUR Bo5A: 80.00 EUR Erebor: 140.00 EUR Yikes! I'll get them eventually though.
  11. Isn't there a panel at this NYCC showing us some video footage? I can't seem to find anything.
  12. As long as it gets the same treatment as The Lego Movie animation-wise (and not the videogame cutscene animation.) Since I'm a big fan of the DC Superheroes sets, that means a lot of Batman sets coming our way. Hooray
  13. ^ The most essential sets (for me) are Bag-End, Riddles in the dark, the 1st Lake town and the Lonely Mountain.
  14. What the hell did they do to the crocodiles. Not that I'm collecting City sets but I really don't like the fact that they 'upgrade' their molds even if the old ones are perfect (or even better).
  15. What are the prices (preferrably in EUR) of these sets?
  16. Really loving this theme, it's my favourite Lego non-liscenced theme. Might get it although I really don't have more room to spare... The only negative thing about this wave is the lack of black tricorn hats for the bluecoats.
  17. Are those capes and wings a new way of folding or something? I really don't know how Hawkman's folded wings work. Anyway the prices on these sets are getting quite high: 76028 DC Comics : Darkseid Invasion - 75.99 € 76027 DC Comics : Black Manta Deep Sea Strike - (?) 76026 DC Comics : Gorilla Grodd Goes Bananas - 67.99 € 76025 DC Comics : Green Lantern vs. Sinestro - 19.99 €
  18. It's here: Thx Just2Good! Man, those bigfigures aren't as nice as I hoped... Green Lantern set still looks the best. The Javeline looks nice as well. The rest of the figures are perfect, probably going to order some of the figures on Bricklink. The '+++' of this line is (almost) no stickers!
  19. 11 am - 12 pm in what time zone? That's like early evening for us Europeans right?
  20. The Witch-King's head glows but not the Skeletonbody that's included in the diorama.
  21. After seeing the original trilogy in one go for the first time earlier this year, I 'm realky interested in buying the Millenium falcon. But when I'm close to ordering, I seem to cancel it for some reason. The main reason is I don't know where to put it... I would really like an revisited updated version with the updated figures though. But chamces are slim that we'll get a Falcon with the original crew. I don't want a episode VII crew one :/ Seeing those new Hot Toys Han and Chewbacca does get me back in ordering the Falcon somehow.
  22. Oh my bad, though there were some differences with the movie one. I should have checked... On another note, I really hope that the Bad Cop set will come with a 'chair' for him to kick
  23. I don't know if this has been posted yet but is this the retail D2C-set that we'll be getting next year? It looks smaller than the one represented in the movie.
  24. I really can't wait for the first video review of this set. Hopefully they'll hit the European Amazon sites soon.
