Using these arms, you are likely to have some problems, as your arms are 7L and the driveshaft is 6L. And if you use 6L link, you will have bomb steer, as your link won't be the same size as your arms. and to add the servo, I recommend you to have the drive coming from the front of the axle, and the steering rack on the back of the axle (talking about front axle, for the Rear one, it's the opposite.)

I would say, the best place to spend your money depends on the parts you need... If you want some specific ones then use Bricklink, but depending on the part it might be expensive. If you want some thecnic parts, you can check this store : https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/bagsobricks (there are some interesting parts pack) If you have more time, and don't necessary want new/recent lego, I would suggest you to go in the bric a brac sale near you, it's definitely the cheapest way to buy lego. -

I the differential used as a central one, or is there the one for the wheels ? Anyway, looks promising. And btw, you can color the tyre with rubber black color.. It will remove the "shiny" color of the tyre.

If you want to stay with your idea to swap the fake engine by a motor, then just exchange the gears linking the fake engine and the differential. And batteries are drained considerably fast if you use two L motors. -

In my experience, the differences in rpm between two motors is hardly noticeable... And if you have to use a lot of torque, then hard coupling is better ( and avoid bevel gears in angle) -

there is also the comeback of these : In White and blue respectively absent since 18 and 9 years. -
Seeing the build, I'm disappointed, it feels like if they took the Chiron's Chassis and put a different Bodywork on it... I mean : the seats are on the same place, the gearbox is roughly the same, the shifter is the same, Transmission is almost identical, without any improvements (central diff, true reverse and not just a lever to choose from forward-neutral-reverse) However, adjustable spoiler seems cool

Some Progress today : I added an interior, with working steering wheel. It's still quite rough. I also linked the spoiler with the red part in the cabin. And I started the rear bodywork; but I'm not satisfied with it... For now that's it.

Probably But it's lego so it's okay ;) Yes, it's exactly the width of the 42098 car : I'm not sure to understand what you mean, but the wheel setup is still this one : Nope, the front axle is more steered that the rear one (roughly 1.6 times more)
