Old metal train axles or new plastic ones? Looks 8 wide. Also for that price I would have expected more printed pieces as opposed to stickers.

Did the Short Straights start shipping yet?

Nice school bus, but I would prefer parking spots without studs and if you tile them you lose the curb for the modular (unless of course you raise the whole modular). Back to the OP, you could tile to the street and then in the example of the restaurant, you could widen the outdoor eating area.
-
I wish they would make straight road plates with parking spots where the studs are leaving 1 or 2 rows to attach the plates.
-
Not what I expected, but definitely interested.

Why not powered up?

That's a shame you don't have a vendor spot. I assume the NILTC display? Can we have another hint at the new item(s) could be?
-
Any ideas where you will be located at Brickworld? And are you going to have the new item and axles there?

Curious what do Lego pieces look like after floating around in the ocean for awhile? On the original topic, shame the chemical plant didn't get approved. That was the one I was hoping for. If Bricklink does another AFOL thing, could it be submitted for that?

Very nice. A bit off topic but, I am still surprised that I haven't seen one of these done in the Metroliner colors yet though.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
CSW652 replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
Then they should add parking spaces or a dedicated parking road plate to the existing road plates. Most people on youtube seem to run the sidewalks out to the traffic lanes. The other options are to park on studs or tile it eliminating in curb that was there. -
Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
CSW652 replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I think they need to add a modular parking garage as a future set. Most Lego city videos I have seen are really lacking available parking for their businesses. -
No interest in the Hidden Side train, but where are you seeing this info on a possible Disney train?

Power Functions and Santa Fe: stating the obvious

Actually I am glad this thread was revived. I have a Limited Edition Super Chief, which I was going to convert to PF, but never got around to doing it and wasn't aware of this issue. I also would love to see pictures of an original double headed with one built in the new gray as I have considered that as well. -
Impressive locomotive. Much better than the other version.

The nose looks a little bit long to me, but otherwise really nice.

Still waiting on the axles to be available again and for news on the new item.
-
Are you going to have more axles available soon? Any word on the new item yet?
-
I was trying standard Lego 6 wide.

Hiawatha, Fairbanks-Morse, SW yard switchers (tried to make one, but couldn't figure out how to work the battery in), SDs or GPs or anything really. Diesel or steam. Just don't see many done in Milwaukee Road or the Rock Island.
-
Just about April and waiting for any new news.
-
Still no Milwaukee Road though, but the website is much nicer.
-
Again instructions aren't available.

After watching the video, I would make the stage car longer by using a black split level train base part# 2972 giving the band more room like in the video. Nice touch adding the band video to the Ideas page. Never seen the video until now. I'll support it.
