How well would these attach to the corrugated panel pieces?
-
So I looked at the Disney Tender instructions and think I can do a cross between the Constitution & Disney tenders, but not sure how to hide the power cord a bit better. Also it doesn't appear that the headlight bricks come in Dark Green, which I find odd. Neither do the 1x2x2 panels.

This one? Or this one? Maybe this one... http://www.hanzelijn-hattem.nl/foto/548

Here's one from Madrid....

Lego Golden Gate Suspension Bridge at Museum of Science and Industry.... Beyond the Brick has videos of several others. Alex Nunes has a nice bridge in his city...

I would think just do an internet search for images of it or on youtube. I remember seeing pictures of someone taking a couple of Spiderman bridge sets #76057 and making a bridge out of it. There is also someone that makes videos of bridges over a pool and running his trains across it.

Very nice looking UP Big Boy, but I bet that wasn't cheap.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

Maybe that's it....The 2020 modular is going to be a 1950's car dealer. -
Can we see it?

I'm thinking the Disney tender would be about the same width as the Lone Ranger locomotive. Maybe lose the cheese wedges, make it dark green and black, and mount the Constitution plates on the side. Make kind of a cross between the two tenders.
-
I figured it would have to be completely redesigned, longer and higher, but was looking at the Disney tender, which looks to be 6/7ish wide to me. I don't have the Disney set, so not sure though. Just looking for ideas.

I wasn't planning on keeping the other train cars, just the engine and the redesigned tender.

Just finished converting one of my Santa Fe locomotives to Powered up and am thinking of building / converting the Lone Ranger train next. Planning on building the locomotive, tender and then pairing it up to a couple #10015 sets. I was wondering if anyone had converted the tender to hold the PUp battery and if so maybe show some pictures? Also looks like it needs connecting rods.

Are the switches still on schedule?

It's to bad that when he mentioned the modulars we currently have that he wasn't referring to re-releasing a few of the older ones. -

I didn't get that from the video. Sounds like they are continuing and there is a new one coming out to me. -

Probably a better chance at that than a modular train station. -

Can you provide "lego's explanation"? -
Very nice.

The old police and fire sets used to do that a long time ago, so why not try it and see.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

Lego will try to recapture the interest that the Parisian restaurant had by creating something on those same lines, hence another restaurant to replace it. Why would they not have another Asian style building? They just released two 50's style ones. Besides aren't there several new figures and printed pieces from set# 80101 that they could reuse in a Chinese restaurant modular? -

I am guessing that Parisian Restaurant will retire and there will be a new restaurant, maybe an Italian or Chinese restaurant. -
Very nice, really to bad Lego doesn't do kits like this.

Any chances you could do a Milwaukee Road Fairbanks Morris FMH-10-44 with Powered Up in the standard Lego scale of 6 wide? With the decals to go with it and numbered 770 or 763? Guessing you would need orange / black vinyl to cover the battery sides.
