Wow, very impressive! I cannot believe you worked on all eight at the same time - such amazing ability to pick out the right piece among thousands!!

Thanks for sharing, love the addition of the hospital! I think it looks great in your city and you did well adapting it to the modular style. Keep the updates coming!

Very cool, thank you for sharing! I particularly like the roof on the antique store, the window treatment on the front of the antique store, and the signage for the book store. Keep up the good work!

Very impressive! I like the dark blue and yellow colors together accented with the sand green. I am really impressed with your artwork on the wall - they all look so natural! Did you have any inspirations for the artwork, or just free build as you went along?

Very impressive MOC using such limited parts! Did you find it frustrating to limit yourself, or did it force you to be more creative in your building techniques?

So impressive! Definitely motivation to start an underwater area of the City. Love how you used the man-eating plant costume head underwater as well as your method for the school of fish. Thanks for sharing!

Amazing! I love the mascot conference and the shady business conference at the same time - so appropriate! How difficult is it to take off the various levels? Do you have them constructed in sections to make it easy to move?

If they did put out the "star flyer," I wonder how they would account for the centripetal force on the chairs? That could increase the diameter of the required area quite a bit, depending on the speed of the motor, no?

SUPER impressive and really admire the color choices. Both of my kids (boy and girl) saw this and their jaws dropped. I also appreciate how organic you were able to make it look with the off-angle building in the bottom right and the round pavilions on the left. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice Jefry, thank you for sharing! Does the second floor come off like a modular, or does the house open with hinge bricks like the Haunted House?

Hello Everyone, I am a mechanical engineer in my late-30's working in construction and facilities management with two kids (almost 7 & 5) that helped bring me out of my decades-long dark ages. I started reading more about Legos as the kids grew older and stumbled upon Eurobrick after I discovered modulars a couple of years ago. They immediately appealed to me and my first purchase was a used Fire Brigade. Green Grocer had just retired, so I began to work on figuring out how to procure the first three. Anyway, I will post pictures in the MS, CC, GG forum, but after a couple of years, I have finally completed my first Bricklink (and B&P & PAB) project of the first three. I created my profile to share the pictures of the MOCs and say a huge thank-you to all the contributors and members that have provide sage advice and tips to building the modulars using modern techniques and pieces. With deep appreciation and many thanks,
