  1. Medieval Guard House by Micro_Model_Maker, aka @legoMoccer (also thanks to @Digger of Bricks for the continued heads up!): Re: The Castle in the Forest by @povoq. Yes I agree that it'll reach 10k, but not sure if Lego will approve it after recently doing so with the Medieval Blacksmith. I hope so though as it certainly deserves it. P.S. - I seem to remember the minifigs having fleshie faces; I wonder if the designer changed it? Paging @povoq.
  2. Damn it I knew Lego was run by mutants from Alpha Centauri. This is why we can't have an in-house space theme isn't it!?!
  3. @legoMoccer This is a great moc, and when you load it to Lego Ideas, I will add it to the Historical Support thread. In terms of feedback, the only things I could say is that I'd prefer to see yellow faces on the minifigs, and maybe the middle of the courtyard could use a wooden training dummy of some sort to fill that space out. Other than that, I really like how there is only 1 entrance. That makes me feel like this is a safe, private space for the troops to practice and relax.
  4. Well if you do manage to re-build them, please share some pictures over in the Historical sub-forum. We'd all enjoy seeing that!
  5. With the 2019 Annual Report being released yesterday, it also signaled a change in Chairman for The Lego Group. Thomas Kirk Kristiansen has been promoted from his position of Deputy Chairman to Chairman of the Board of Directors, taking over from his father, Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen; marking the 4th generation of Kirk Kristiansen's to take the reins. Could this see a new direction for TLG? Or will Thomas just follow the course? What do you think? Does anybody have any anecdotal information about this guy's personality or what it's like to work with him?

  7. Welcome to Euorbricks, @Mornicala! Pleased pleased to meet you; and a fellow Castle fan at that
  8. Welcome to Eurobricks, Augusto @happyhippy! Pleased to meet you and hope to see more from you soon.
  9. I'm so excited for this series. I will not pay the new price tag, but as proven with the DC series, I do not need to. I will get multiples of the Viking and Knight, and probably a few Pirate and Power Ranger too. This is what Historical fans have these days, and I'm going to savour it.
  10. That's really quite creative. It's like were all minifigures in a giants' Lego town, and that is the bridge.
  11. My boy really liked them when they were spotted at the Zoo gift shop once, and so did I, but the price tag made me buy a small plush red panda instead. So in my case, a then 5 year old liked them enough, but they're not priced for that market.
  12. Very nice moc mate. Well done.
  13. I've just stumbled across this article regarding a recent sale of limited edition Lego minifigures of famous Welsh icons. Seems we're all too late though... Are these official Lego though? It seemed vague on that. I guess scalpers will be happy if they are. There is also this article with some more pictures...

  15. Not bad for a bunch of naked weirdos
  16. Sounds promising. I imagine that the alternate builds will produce diminishing returns though. It's all about that Pirate Ship.
  17. Do we know what the alternate builds are yet?
  18. Thanks. I had spotted that one but didn't have a chance to add it until now.
  19. Welcome to Eurobricks, Ana and Anže @LunarBricksTeam! It must be nice that you both share the Lego hobby together. What is your Youtube channel link, please?
  20. Welcome to Eurobricks, @dialga586! Pleased to meet you.
  21. @Medzomorak @TeriXeri Yeah I'm not dissing it; I just mean that when put together, it forms something so much more. A real thing of beauty.
  22. Any examples? Is there a list somewhere? Genuine question because I've got a ton of them.
  23. Thanks for sharing. I hope to see more like it.
