I see so many new lego pieces here! You bought a few of them, right? ;-) I like the creation. It's not your usual 1980's, but it's still classic and very clean. I'm surprised how well the empty grey shields work and look! A simple militia-style stuff, but the numbers give it a powerful effect! It's always intriguin to see the fleshy minifigs. They are so natural, and they blend in with surroundings, unlike the old Simpsons... :-)

Beautiful! Man, I'd swear that I saw those lion statues somewhere, really true rendering!

Very nice castle, and lovely figs! I like the classic feel of the whole design, but to make it even more 80's, you'd need to have less attackers and more defenders, just like lego loves it! "An offensive doctrine says 3 against 1? Nah, we find that idea offensive!" :-D The gate is also very good. It got hit by a ram or trebuchet before the Lions moved in, right? Good detail with the red archer, too, I guess he's going to support his mates from afar. You got new brick bricks, the tan ones? If you'd purchase your Falcon hero their bardings, it'll be just brilliant! It's really nice that you'Ve crammed the castle and all those details incluing the moat on one 32x32 base, without the whoile scenery being actually crammed! I'm taking notes, I'm definitely taking notes! :-)

Awesome! There are soo many things I like about this MOc that I don't even know where to start! Rock work is brilliant, the general layout too, armies are massive... amazing!

They're trolls, after all! They can't build straight!

Beautiful! I like the angle of the shot, it really looks imposing!

Amazing work! These houses are epic.

Hm... this is tasty! Really nice, I especially like the rusty trees. Autumn's coming.

That mix of helms looks beautiful, nice contrast between regulars and the officer. Same goes for the spear, not only they are realistic, but you are right, it's also about the contrast. I didn't meant to mix the old and new horses, I guess that there'd be too much of a difference, but rather the colors of the new ones. There's a famous brown-and-spot breed that weights like a small elephant, so yep, the reddish brown are amazing warhorses, but what about a black ones? They miss sidearms, right? Do you plan to arm thos guys, and if you do, what will you use? I know that curved blade is much more appropriate for cavalry, but I'd give them the gladius. Or some kind of lego mace?

Very nice party! What's the colour of nasal helmet? I realized that the old stuff doesn't stand well next to the new colours, but this mix looks pretty nice. How do you like the spears? I realized that the tip is a tiny bit too much soft and bulky, but of course they are an improvement over the primitive all-wood one-piece javelin. I really dig the uniform look! I'm not so sure about the horses, coz on one hand I really like how you conveyed the idea of a particular breed, otoh, it could also be nice to mix another colors in. Last note: the longsword/claymore: does it touch the ground when put into the clip? <3

I really like the update. It made the castle more sturdy, more visually appealing, and it made the design much more reasonable for the daily use. Very good job!

That's some pretty courageous green on the central house! Well done, sir, well done! I really like the blacksmith and the choice of swords.

That's one heck of a sick mammoth! -
Wow, the castle is nice, and the photo with a ship in background is really nice! There are a lot of clever ideas (path, tree), and I love the custom weapons. Lovely build!
-
I also need to hide this from my kids!
-
Nice build! Reminds me of Shadiversity video on watchtowers. :-)

Nice builds, the ship is awesome!

Really lovely! Nice contrast of foliage and the snot work!

A little bit courageous choice for the landscape colours, but man, this is awesome! I especially like the thick towers, and I also like the battlements: only the trolls' heads look over. This is THE defensive building! I like the color scheme of castle, nice contrasts, and the particular structures are well distinct. The terrain is unusual, but it works once I soaked the shock. :-) And the number of units is just enough, i like the realism of the keep, this will be truly an outpost for a few guards, unlike lego castles that throw a dozen of units into a 20x20 baseplate! Very nice!

Unfolded, the castle offers enough space for battle. Folded? Still enough space for fencing and/or assasination attempt. When I was a small boy, I had only the 6061 and 6103 sets. When I was in a mood for a battle, I opened the "castle", ran the tower against the walls and had helluva battle. When I played a small "drama", I closed the castle and sneaked through it with rogues. :-)

Very nice build, and a great lore! The unfolded castle is nice and has a lots of space for playing, but the very first image is the very best: the castle is so compact, robust and imposing! I really like the design!

wow, this turned out very very well! Nice and vivid scene!
