  1. Nice one indeed! The climbing orcs are a great touch! Feels like Moria! The repaired section in the wall is so nice! You should try not to use the flash on your camera though. Some big shadows behind every minifig in your first 4 shots... Try to take the pics outside in the shadow. The exposure should be somewhat higher to let the camera take in more light.
  2. You sure have improved brickboy! The minifig posings are great! A lot of nice action in your mocs! You should however try to improve your photos. Either by editing them or to not incorporate so much of your room, tiles etc (see the last two pics).
  3. I´m so glad you joined GoH Gideon! After seeing your mocs at Swebrick I knew you could do wonder in here! The fallen temple in the first build. The outstanding FP with some really nice framing and the last top class interior scene! Well done!!
  4. Thanks guys!:) Gongrats Gideon to your baby! Hope everything works well for your family!:) Thanks BB! Glad to hear such praise from such a great builder! Can't wait for your entries! Ecc: yes, I really wanted an enemy for us! Problem is where they went!? Scattered across historica..? And yes, Lena fixed hair for the wedding! Mermaid touch they called it!;)
  5. Excellent as always mate! The colours are just so perfect for this! And the trees, I love them!!! I just want more! :)
  6. A nice little scene you have created Kai! Many things and details to look at! I love these packed mocs when you can find new things all the time! Nice work!
  7. I jsut keep repeating myself when it comes to you LD. You have improved so much under this last months! I´m so glad to have seen your mocs from the start and to where they are now. I really hope that you get a moc expert badge soon cause you are so worth it! This build is excellent! The snotted wall, the irregular base and (as always!) your colour scheme is just brilliant!
  8. A lovely boat! I really want to build an Avalonian boat so this one is really inspiring me! Nice touch with the real water!
  9. I like the fact that you made the interior scene like this! Many (including myself) will problably use one or two walls so this stands out! It has so much BB in it which I love! Can´t wait to see where you are taking us next!
  10. Wow, just wow LD! The colour scheme you are using are so nice to look at. Very natural and the spring rain really adds to it! The chimney is the biggest wow for me!
  11. You are really improving Brickington! This looks very nice! As said by others though, some portcullis and a little higher wall should make this moc even better! Keep up the good work!
  12. You keep improve your mocs every time! The battle scene and the posing is outstanding!
  13. That Varlyrio house is beautiful! Love it! Have to agree about the islands. They give the whole moc a more natural feel to it!
  14. Thanks guys! Glad to hear you liked the story and the mocs! I was keen to have some evil force in GoH so we could build some war mocs! :) The idea with "cut off" towers on the cathedral was inspired by this http://openbuildings.com/buildings/bristol-cathedral-profile-6662#!buildings-media/2 I agree about Cedrica. It is the largest city in the country so it should be bigger. The problem for me was time. I became father to my second son in the middle of the building for CH6. Of course I choosed my family and sons before my Lego so that´s why that build suffered from more details. We have to wait and see what happens to Lena and de Gothia and little ones! The large dome is sitting on top of the building. Nothing is attached. I just built a base for it to rest in. Hehe time was against me so there was no more sigfigs in the last scene! Thanks again!
  15. I´m done... http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=81780
  16. de Gothia and his soldiers tried to stop the Hand of Corruption´s attcks on the villages of Benoic. When they stopped for the day at a ruined house they heard the sound of horses and men from the sorrounding forest. de Gothia ordered all his soldiers to be ready to fight. Soon they realized that it was not soldiers of the Hand. de Gothia: Halt! Who are you! Leader of the little band: We are from the Mystic Islands! And we have no intention to start a fight with you, my Lord! My name is Derryth. Who are you? dG: I´m Lord of this County. My name is de Gothia and we are searching for Murgol and his raiding grunts! Derryth: I´m sorry to disapoint you but Murgol and his men fled when we attacked them three days ago. They are all back in Cedrica and await the final battle! dG: A shame, he has many Benoic childrens on his conscience! D: When the time is ready you will meet him and his Master! de Gothia and Derryth was up all night discussing their history and their future. When the morning broke they were busy studying a map over Avalonia. They decided to march togheter to Cedrica. One month later they looked down at Cedrica. It was a cold day in March. D: Are all the other Guilds assembled as well? dG: Yes, we plan to attack the city from different directions. The Mitgardians from north, we from west.. D: And the Kaliphlins from the South? dG: Haha, yes, you are a quick learner! D: How about the Nocturnians? dG: We have told them about the day and about the attack. But we have no idea if the will come to aid us in this Crusade against Revolword! D: Time will tell then?! dG: Indeed! Now I´m just worried about Cedrica! D: What about it? dG: Well, it looks empty! D: You´re right! No signs of soldiers or ballistas on the towers. It feels abandoned! dG: A nasty trick by Revolword! We have to check it out! General, notify the other Guilds about this and make sure that scouts will look it up! General: Yes, my Lord! When the scouts returned they reported about open gates, no soldiers and no citizens. The city was empty... The Lords from the Guilds decided to march into the Capital and find out what happened to it. de Gothia and his men started to search for civilians. They looked in every house but they didn´t find a soul. dG: Break up the doors that are locked and make sure that we are not ambushed by the soldiers of the Hand! When the evening came the Capital had been searched and the Guilds started to make their way into the Great Keep of Cedrica. Like the city the Keep was abandoned and they all searched through it in hope to find any trace of Revolword, soldiers of the Hand or civilians. de Gothia and his men entered a big room with a large stair in the middle. They heard cryings and when they looked on the walls they saw childrens. Hundreds of them. Chained to the wall with a guild flag over their head. The men rushed to the walls and tried to help the little ones. A dark and cold voice interrupted them. Murgol: So, you like my paintings?! Much more fun when they are alive! Don´t you think? de Gothia looked up to the stair and there was Murgol. Along with Revolword. But Revolword was on his knees, chained up as well! M: Suprised?! dG: How...why...? M: Well, let´s say we are not ready to die for this man and his ideas! We have killed the Elemetals. dG: So?! What do we do now? Where is the KIng?! M: The King is dead! Revolword killed him right away. But here is the deal. I will give you Revolword and you will give us our freedom. We will leave Cedrica without a fight and head home. dG: How about we kill you and then take Revolword!? M: Really, don´t you have higher expectation on us? Didn´t you noticed that your Capital had no civilians? We have them! Every one of them! So go ahead and attack us and we will make sure that all of them die! And that my friend, will be your fault! So how will it be? dG: You have my word, you are free... June came, the Capital of Avalonia turned into a place of happiness. The war was ended and the marriage between de Gothia and Lena Chorian was done! They stood in front of the Cathedral of Albion. The bonds between Avalonia and Mitgardia was now more stronger then ever. But even if de Gothia was happy, a thought gnaw in his head. He was sure that Murgol would come back. Murgol was no lover of peace, he wanted power. If only peace would come now, de Gothia said to him self.. C&C most welcome! Thanks to my Avalonians homies for tips and ideas with my mocs! Scored builds will be
  17. Oh, I´m really embaressed now! Sorry if I missed your signup, I have always been a fan of your mocs so I´m surprised that no one noticed such a talented builder signing up for GoH! I can agree at some points about GoH but somehow I feel that GoH is much easier to understand and that GoH don´t have so many rules as LCC. I was near to sign up for Lenfald but my time with my bricks have decreased even more now with my two kids! Hope I didn´t offended you in any way and I would be the first one to welcome you once again to Avalonia!
  18. That queen is fantastic! She looks really royal! The small cottage and the wagon is also great! Well done!
  19. Have to echo Kabel here! This is just epic! To first realize that the mocs you have are built by the same abs as we have and then to read the story! Wow!
  20. I hate spiders! And this one gives me nightmares so you have done a great job with it! Cant wait to see the rest!
  21. Wow, I have followed this moc since the beginning and I just love it! The clean look, the photos and all the small details! Well done! Now come and join Avalonia! Edit: Oh forgot to ask, how did you do the font?
  22. Your building skills keep improving!! Great to see that you pay attention to tips from other builders when you build. And that poor soldier!
  23. Wow this thing is huge! And it´ looks great at the same time! As said before, it´s hard to go down with the details in such a big moc but just the size makes this thing so good! Well done!
  24. Well DC, as said by others, you are in your own League. This is beautiful! So much details and technique to look at! And as SK said, that headlight techinque is great and I´m sure we will soon see that in mocs from others !
  25. Looks great! I love the uruk hai camp! Some friendly advice: The ground seems a little to clean. Add some stones (round plate 1x1) or other colours on the plates to make the ground more lively. Perhaps add more people who watch this joust? Right now it feels like they compete against eachother in the forest. Anyway, great freebuild for sure!
