[MOC] [Instructions] UCS Zeta-class cargo shuttle
WTFett replied to Renegade Clone's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I don't remember mine skipping but if they were going to, they'd probably skip when trying to raise the wings. I support them with my hand to raise or lower to take stress off the gears.- 113 replies

[MOC] [INSTRUCTIONS] UCS Tantive IV - CR-90 Corvette

Looks great, viptouge -
Very cool diorama feel.

I have no idea. If you zoom in you should be able to figure out the length x width with the tan plates. The rectangular layout shown above is basically enough to be the footprint of the shuttle. The part to the side isn't necessary but I thought it looked better than just a big rectangle of tan. As far a piece count, all the tan plates in the picture are pretty much shown, you can see the 8x8s and wedge plates to tally them up, and the grey tiles to make up the "tarmac" are countable too if you want to go that far. The orange containers and trees are from the Battle on Scarif set (75171) and the antennas/beacons I modified based on that set as well.

The instructions are just for the ship, not the landing pad. I built a pad off of RenegadeClone's pictures but it's in storage during a move right now. But I used a bunch of tan 6x6 and 8x8 plates and wedges, and LBG tiles in 6x6, 4x4, 3x3, 4x2, 4x1, 3x1, 2x2, 2x1, 1x1 to make the pad itself. The other design features I modified from the instructions on the Lego site for the Scarif battle set. Here is my base:
