  1. The journey of Parzival Chapter I, part I The wakeup Total darkness. A buzzing sound fills the consciousness. “Where am I? Who am I?” he thinks He open his eyes a bit. A bright white light fills his eyes and it stings and burns. But he really wants to see… He takes his hands to his face. It’s warm and he is sweating. His mouth is dry, but he tries to say something. “- Gahh. Where… who…. Tirsty!” “- He is awake!” a voice says. He opens his eyes again. He can see a bright light and shadows. He close his eyes again and do another try. Now he sees a bright sky between some form of bars in front of him. And he sees shadows… no, it's faces looking down at him. “- Here, drink some of this.” a voice says He feels a warm liquid pouring down his throat. Is smoothing and the pain in his throat begins to decline. The people around him helps him to a upright position, sitting against some kind of bars, they are warm. “- Where am I? Who are you” “- Haha, that's a good question son, why don’t you tell us?” He opens his eyes again and look at the man. He can only see a blurry face of an older man, with some kind of patch over his left eye. “- Who are you?” he asks the man. “- Well, that’s a good question also. We can’t answer that questions ourselves son. But all we can say is that we are traveling through some kind of desert or wasteland.” He covers his eyes and shields away the sun and look around him. They are sitting in a carriage with steel bars and some kind of cloth shielding the most of the sun away. The carriage is drawn by an elephant and in front of that there is a camel with an man in a cape and a hood. He looks around himself and se four other people in addition to the first man, all poorly dressed in rags that only covers their private parts at the most. “- Who are you?” “- Well we don’t really know that. We all waked up here in this carriage and we can’t remember who we are.” “- What do you remember?” He tries to remember something, but his head is all fuzzy. He tries to concentrate and remember something, but the more he concentrate the more some kind of buzz increases in his ears and he feels a pain in his head. He stops and feel more tired than before. “- We don’t know our names, but we got nicknames. I’m called Pointy, because of my point ears of course. The man to your left is Hammer” She points to a man with a black mohawk type hairstyle. ("Hammer") “- The man besides him is Left eye” She points at a man with black hair and moustache and a patch over his right eye. ("Left Eye") “- And I am called Right eye” “- And I’m Hooves. And we agreed to call you Z” “- Why do you call med Z?” “- Well, that’s simple”. You got a Z type birthmark by your dragon tattoo” she points at his arm. Z looks down on his upper arm and se a big tattoo of an dragon on his arm. He looks at his other arm and se some kind of wound, or a mark och brand like the ones used for cattle on his other arm. Z looks up and sees that the other males in the carriage has the same, but not Pointy. Then he sees that all of the males also have a metal cuff on their right arms. “- What’s this” Z hold his arm up and shakes the cuff. “- We all go that so the slave trader can chain us together” Left eye points towards the man at the camel in front of the caravan. “- Slave trader?” Z asks out loud “- SHUT UP BACK THERE!” a man in the front of the carriage yells at them. “- Yes, he is going to sell us we think” she says with a sad face…... Z and his crew Next Part...
  2. Thanks. The storytelling is a big part of GoH i think. So I really want to build up my shire so everyone can get a feeling of it. The Microscale really helps with that. Then I can buid small parts and stories in the shire without building huge Castles that is impossible to capture on photos.
  3. Thanks! I want to give my builds a red line to follow. My first MOC was the micro build, it was a fast way to show my idea of Zamorah city and "shire". And I really liked the 5 pieces Towers and bridge and it was fun to build it in a larger scale. Thanks!
  4. The shire of Zamorah spands true a wast valley with the Mitgardian mountains to the north, in the east and in the west there is offshoots of the mountain going south. This surrounds the shire like a horse shoe. To the south there is rolling green landscape with farmlands and forest along the river going south. At the mountain ridge on the west border of Zamorah shire stands the twin towers of Anc' Dam. Old watchtowers built in ancient times long before Zamorah was there. In the old library at The Royal Cartographer's Guild of Albion there is an ancient script roll that tells of long forgotten times when a race, not much different from the orchs roamed these lands. The script roll tells of two twin towers built by this orchlike race. The twin towers stands on either side of a ravine in the western mountain ridge. The ravine has always been a natural way to cross the mountain offshoot. When Zamorah was built and the shire expanded this was a good place to fortify. A bridge was built between the towers and a fortified gate was built at the bottom of the ravine making it much harder to enter the Zamorah valley. The ravine and the gate The bridge then made the western mountain ridge one of the most popular ways to get up into the Mitgardia mountains. The bridge is therefore a heavily guarded tollgate between Mitgardia and Avalonia. A good income for Zamorah and a great way of controlling the traffic between the guilds. The guarded tollgate on top of the mountain ridge View from the north of the twin towers of Anc' Dam Location The twin towers and the western gate is located in the west of Zamorah Location of the western gate in my micro scale MOC of Zamorah Shot of the western gate from my micro scale MOC of Zamorah
  5. Thanks man! Yeah, I don't think I will find a use for that hat again soon ? Thanks man!
  6. Thank you alot! I'm glad you liked it! It's alot of details that I love to put in. Some of them don't show on the photos ? The thing is that I don't have a good lens to my camera and that I don't have taken the time to learn the camera. I take all my photos with a mobile cam and I can't zoom in. So I can't get further away and get decent photos ? Some day I will get to that issue.... but it is time I have to take from my building time.... Always the time that is the thing you want more of ? Gideon has many awesome builds. He is the one that lured me into GoH and building fantasy/castle ?
  7. Wow! What a great story! I love it. I like the way you have made the tower more interesting with different colours. I've seen many structures with that technique in only Lbg, and it's not as nice as this. Great use of different coloured leaves. I have bought a few cyclops that I'm planing to use. Now that I read this story I interested in trying to fit some in my story
  8. This is a great and magical temple! I like the colour combos and the overall share of the temple. Then I like the use of that wallpaper printed bricks with the dark red. Great work mate!
  9. Thanks! Well, after the summer I will start to work again. So my pace will decrease a bit. But I have layed all my other projects aside and I have like 10 GoH builds ready in my head already. So I will have project at least builds to cover all my spare time this year
  10. Thanks! It was fun to build. Didn't know that I had 3 different yellow coloured cheese slopes ? Thanks alot! Hahaha. Well, I have to finnish my first Kali MOC this summer so I can get a entry to the middle east category in summer joust. Thanks!
  11. Thanks Thank you
  12. Thanks alot! ??
  13. Thanks man! Wait untill you see the city ??
  14. Thanks! Thank you! I got the idea from some sort of traders wagon on Pinterest. But then I did my som version of it
  15. Thanks! It was a fun little mini MOC to build. It will probably have some place in my sigfigs adventures later on
  16. Thanks alot! The cheese shop was fun to build ?? I'm a little bit more fantasy than classic Castle builder ??
  17. Really nice MOC! Great colour palette with the mix of olive green and Dark tan. It goes very well with the yellow flowers. I really like your storytelling. And I like the little shrew. I might use that one in a MOC if it's ok? K would be fun if one raided the Camp at night eating the Good supplies or such.
  18. Thanks alot!
  19. Thanks alot. Roofs is always a good place to try new techniques. I tried to do the ice cream roof like the carrot roof. But it was tricky, so it didn't came out as I wanted it from the start. Well well, you Always learn from your misstakes. Thanks alot! The farrier was a bonus I did. The stables is right beside the Blacksmith, so it felt obvious that it should be a farrier there. I really like Elves Stickers and banners. They generally fit good in fantasy themed builds. My first idea was that the Mortys traveling puppetry was going to stand where the storyteller is. But it was to much. ??
  20. Yeah, it's a great feeling. But also scary. I have to move into place for the photo, anything can go wrong. And when it does it takes forever to put it together ...I'll just move to Kali. They got flat roofs there
  21. Thanks! I hate roofs You know that friend when you was a kid that didn't like Lego because it always broke into pieces when he pushed to hard!? .... I'm that guy when I build roofs Thanks! What to do with a Cheese slopes!!!??? Let's do cheese!!! I'm glad to hear that you can see a red line (don't know if that is only a Swedish expression, it means that it connects... ) with the colours palette. I have collected pieces of various of my favourite colours for awhile now. I think I'll keep using them I got a bit outside my comfort zone with Miller's Garden with thoose bright colours. The sand green big roof is built with net technique. It's quite hard with big fingers. Potatoe stick is a good tool to untangle the nets. I'm really inspired by the HSS. It gives me many nice ideas of what to build. My mission is to finnish the HSS up to City this summer. Then I'll start building my main characters story. .....no, that's not entierly true... I'll start my sigfigs story also so I can build at least another MOC for Summer Joust. Thank you my King! I bow of gratitude The reference to LoTR makes my eyes watering. That's a really nice compliment That's the kind of feeling I want to the observer too feel. The bakery came from the Elves Sticker. I really like that as a sign of a bakery. The hole was the original idea but it was not sufficient to make you want to buy cookies. So I built the stand afterwards. I'm glad you like it. I take most of my pics outside (as you can see in the Astronomer pic). So I have to build in sections. I built it in many different sizes of baseplates. That is put togehter outside on my porch. The houses is also sectioned so they can be moved in pieces. I'm used with building for exhibitions with Swebrick. So I always thinks in modules when I build. Also now with my GoH builds.
  22. Thanks! I imagined that it would be more pieces that unfolded to the sides and with drapes and such. But it would have been to big carriage. Maybe it could be better if I had put a few hours in to it. But I'm inpatient and this was just a fun extra to my village at first. Thanks! I tested to put like reins åt the horses but it looked to crowded. And if the carriage is still you really don't need them anyway So I made it easy for myselfe Thank you! They look alot like boards/planks. I've used it in other MOCs earlier. Thanks. And Yes! It's a micro horse made of three parts I didn't think anyone would see that I really don't think the hat fits in any theme... it's just to much. And that's why I choose it. Perfekt for an entertainer! Gold and Dark Red match really good .....or Pearl Gold always look good (says the one putting 50% of his Pearl Gold pieces into one steampunk airship )
